i bought my first tin of formula today [dives for cover awaiting to be shot down] cos I cant bf again this time...

glad there is someone else out there that loves marmite!

With any luck i will pop before yingers, but as she has gone rather quiet i wouldnt be surpised if she is in hospital right now!

nemo - ive had one in the cupboard for weeks!!! Ill give it a go but only lasted 4 days with jess so not holding out much hope!

I might join you Nemo, if it means I can have a drink!!

lol - george honney after i've seen him for an hour tomorrow morning u can have him! lol - i've not seen him since weds morning (well tues night properly) still not to worry. I like the idea of expressing takes longer - does that mean u can have a few instead of one! lol.

nemo - it's bloody awful isn't it. blinking men thats what it is! lol@the dogs - our two are like that - gits for licking around the chops after dinner - still saves vacuming! lol. (my friend's little boy used to stand there whilist they licked him all over - didn't matter how much I told them off he still got licked clean - and his spot around the table as well)

ah don't worry - was gonna get a few tins of formula in just incase - don't know if I can feed yet- althou have u watched that avent breast feeding video? - that's odd whatching the woman express - it's like seeing a cow being milked or something!

lol munz adam likes the dog to clean his hands...or worse still will join her in licking things...yuk

jabm i managed 3 wks with adam but dont even think i will try this time mainly due to going back on meds asap and also with adam being around.

lol. DH has already tried my breast pump out - I don't know waht it is exactly he's trying to get out of his man boobies! lol.

nemo - thats my biggest fear - jess REALLY isnt gonig to like this baby being so close to me all the time.... and to be honest, i dont want to deprive her of cuddles because im feeding a newborn.... oh i dont know what the hell im gonna do!

men can bf though..... i saw an article once!

lol - OMG u mena i'm gonna have saggy boobies? - right then girls be brutal here if u BF do u have saggy boobies? and if u bottle feed do they stay pert?

yes if u bf they do tend to sag.... and not necessary stay pert if you bottle feed.... go for the boob job - if i could afford it i would!

how about having her up with u on the sofa having cuddles and that after baby's been fed and winded?/ before as well - doesn't the baby whisper talk about distraction toys as well when feeding is going on?

grr adam is now sobbing because i wont let him eat the whole pack of jelly sweets..lol

but a newborn feeds CONSTANTLY.... i dont know if i can do it to my little princess

munz its hard to bf as it is hun..or was for me last thing i could do was also concentrate on adam and read a story especially in the first week or two.

LMAO - awww u have H cups? god my DH would love that - so far i've gone from a D to a DD - he's pleased with that - but the bigger the better for him!

do u think I could claim a boobie job on the NHS? - in wales u get free care till 24 prescriptions and medicines and such?

yeah adam used to feed for 40 mins then have hour off then 40 mins again...arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just wouldnt work with a toddler and dh will be back in work after 2 wks.

god that often? - how soon can u start to express? - I did want to try it at about 3 weeks if I could manage to feed that is cos there's no guarentee is there?

because adam fed so much i started expressing after 10 days..although by the time he was 3 wks i had more than had enough of it. Especially because no one can help and my boobs were big anyway and there is nothing like that feeling when milk comes in..ouch
