i measured last night - nearly 8 sheets too

Cadmum · 05/10/2005 00:56

I am one of those rare, strange few that does practice my pelvic floor exercises every day, several times a day.

I have since I was about 10. Long story but I snuck a peek at a program with Dr Ruth and she was explaining that one of the benefits was avoiding incontinence. I was SOLD on the spot because I hated the idea of weeing my pants when I was older. I am sure that she went on and on about how it would also improve your sex life but that part was actually lost on me at the time.

The result seems to be that all 3 of mine were born with 2-3 pushes and I have yet to wee myself. Get doing your exercises ladies!

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 05/10/2005 00:57

im a wee-er..... if i cough or sneeze ive had it!! I blame Jessica - its all her fault!

Cadmum · 05/10/2005 01:00

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 05/10/2005 01:00
