Wanders disconsolately off to bed (not even sure if she can spell 'disconsolately' correctly).

Night all!!!

TheDemonicButDandyLioness · 26/10/2009 23:22

Do you think it would be wrong to ask DH for a divorce so I can remarry just so I can have a virtual May '09 hen night?

morning all.

how's everyone today? sausage? did you make it to bed ok?

what a party! I should have done same for my 40th in july. that was a blast.

not too bad a night. no DDs waking up though i got up at 3ish (out of habit?) and proceeded to toss/turn until H woke me up for good at 530.

nothing planned today but champers chilling for tonight - 9th wedding anniversary! just going to have an indonesian takeaway as we'd gone to bali for honeymoon. a place in town does a very good nasi goreng/fried rice.

hope you're all well today.

runningscared · 27/10/2009 07:18

GHOSTLYPRessenceofSES · 27/10/2009 07:51

Morning!

LoobyWooooooooh · 27/10/2009 07:56

MORNING!

how are your heads?

name check amnesty please

sorry I missed the virtual hen night - sounds like you had fun haven't caught up yet.

I spent last night turning up the curtains for M's new room and making blinds. M went to sleep in her cot at 6.45 after a BF then woke at 9pm so I managed to give her 6oz from a bottle - yay! and she slept till 5.50am - over 8hrs - YAY!

then it was time to get up tho - after a BF.

M was v.snotty so I put some olbas oil on her sleeping bag and it really seemed to help her breathing (I'd run out of saline drops so off to the chemist this morning).

There's a family fun day at a local hotel with alot of the childrens centres activities going on so I might try and get to that later.

flippineckitsabitspooky · 27/10/2009 08:02

morning all

Glad everyone made it home safely. Did you all have all your shoes?

Slightly better night here, A woke at 2, had a feed then fell asleep on me. I kept dozing off, waking and thinking I ought to put her in the cot but then going back to sleep again. DD1 obviously hasn't adjusted to the new time as well as we thought she had, she came into our room at 5 announcing she was very hungry. She came into bed with us in a feeble attempt to get a bit more sleep but she's a right fidget and DH eventually gave up at 6.

Nothing much planned today, we might go to the library, and we need to find a present for a friend's daughter. What do 9 year old girls like now? I guess it's an awkward age, not wanting to be a child but definitely not a teenager.

HeadlessLadyH · 27/10/2009 08:30

OOOOOhhhhhhhhhh maaaaaannnn. [hasd] I missed it all. DH commandered the laptop last night. He had to work. Or something. Glad to see Sexybuilder managed to put in an appearance though. Had me ROFL this morning. Hope the heads are ok this morning. You ladies know how to party!

llaregguBOO · 27/10/2009 08:34

flippineckitsabitspooky · 27/10/2009 08:34
