'ullo.

Dizzy glad Dylan was ok. Much worse for the spectator, I find.

Hurrah Miamla! Will FB you with address. ALBS so glad things are looking up, have been thinking of you... now can I interest you in coming along for a therapeutic glass of fizz on Monday?! Anyone else? Can't boast any particularly efficient childproofing round ours but our stairs are at least inside, bannistered and carpetted

Dizzy re names... an old school friend of mine has just called her first Albert, nn Albie - my mother was when I enthused so I have not mentioned that this was one of our top two if DD had been a boy

it's still waiting - we have just been toldthat there have been budget cuts in that department so will have to wait and see, unlikely to be before the summer now. but we have been told we can have a low dose of meds unsupervised if we haven't had an appointment by August.

Steaknife · 30/04/2009 22:38

Right bed for me - I think that might also be west.

Good night all.

Also got my blood results today - thyroid is abnormal - but refused to give details so I can't even google [blah] so have to have re-test next thursday and see if it was a blip or problem! So that may well be a contributing factor.

oopsacoconut · 30/04/2009 22:41

Okay going to wrestle DD into bed tired or not and if Dh thinks he is getting the thing he was after he is sadly mistaken after his escape to the bath when faced with a small child!

Yup, x post times a million as per!

Hi all, thanks Sazzles

Lovely champers Steaky, we had a taste testing weekend which rather made my mother at our recycling! (Yes she does that a lot.) Hope Mr Steak's new job is great and sends him home cheerful every night...

So slow! Started answering emails etc an hour ago. Must go to sleep or DD will be waking up before I've had more than a couple of hours - I hate that [shudder] Night night all.

LoveBuckets · 01/05/2009 09:50

MOrning, been up since 5.30 urrgh, so still in dressing gown as kids have an Inset day.

If you fancy a laugh check out these guys, so cute!

LoveBuckets · 01/05/2009 09:57

Miamla it may not be too late to train T with a poo signal since he's obviously aware of the sensation, might make life a bit easier in future. Just coo 'poopoopoopoopoo' in his ear whenever he does one, maybe do a 'whiffy' hand wave sign. I got a perfect poo out of Kurt into the potty yesterday, holding him by the thighs to get that deep squat position. We do pssswswswswsss for wees (have to move backwards a foot to catch those in the potty!)

Zoo this avo, trying to rustle up some company - anyone fancy it?

Miamla · 01/05/2009 10:05

morning all
sun's out so not going to be on here for long

we're back on "keep theo in his cot in his own room" plan
so, for my own record because i can't imagine anyone else enjoying it!
11-1.30, no feed, cuddled to sleep
1.35-2.15 gave in and he came into bed with us
hmm, i only managed one back to cot, oops, thought i'd done more than that, still, gives me something to work on tonight!

sorry to hear you've had an early mornging buckets, hope the littlies will let you have a siesta

got to go, the computer's in our conservatory type room and i feel like i'm sitting in a greenhouse and slowly cooking at gas mark 7!

oopsacoconut · 01/05/2009 10:13

Well it's cloudy and miserable here. The turf man just deliverered our turf, which we paid extra for afternoon delivery So now it needs to be moved around the back. DH has the day off but is in work??? don't know when to expect him home. So I need to move turf and watch whingy pants who can't be out of my sight.

Where's the Zoo Buckets?

I need to get myself into gear I have my last BF supporter course in an hour and we are no where near ready.

Miamla · 01/05/2009 11:16

buckets crossed with you earlier.. someone else said something similar re cooing in his ear but had forgotten til you mentioned it. i will indeed attempt to remember, thank you

oops its almost the afternoon... sorry to hear you're stuck with moving it all. have you tried putting whingy pants your DD in the wrap on your back? its the only way i get gardening done round here with my whingy pants DS

alittlebitshy · 01/05/2009 11:50

my whingy pants hates being put down at the moment. I need miamla someone to help me with trying H on my back so I can do stuff. It's mostly cos he wants to be standing all the time but bear in mind he needs me behind him the whole time waiting for the inevitable crumple and to prevent the bang of his head on the floor, it's tiring!

Miamla · 01/05/2009 14:50

well you know where i am! pop round whenever you like
