Phoenix - didn't I already say to bring something puddingy? And don't worry about it being dairy free. And don't bring enough for mrm.

mrm - I wouldn't be offended, but won't you need something more substantial to soak up the alcohol? You could have cheese free pizza like me to go easy on fat/cals.

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 09:49

Oh ok sorry i didn't know that was an actual suggestion . I'll have a look for some goodies What puddingey thing is anyone else bringing?

mustrunmore · 12/03/2009 10:49

ok will have your pizza csws.

Friz, I've been really slacking thats the trouble . Too many goings-out etc. And only done 2 classes in 2 weeks.Hopefully thats all sorted now.

Jas · 12/03/2009 12:58

I'm bringing flapjack, and can do either ldc or fat free tea cake as well if anyne wants.

mrm has chocolate I think.

mrm, I'm bringing my juicer for Frizbe so you could try it out. Personally I would just eat real food and miss the alcohol though!

Ds has been awake since 8am And he has eaten today!

DP is driving me mad and sabotaging everything I planned to do this week. I am so looking forward to a night away.

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 15:31

Oh god i have had the scariest/awful few minutes of my life this afternoon. We couldn't find Lewis in the soft play thing. We were both looking for him and dh was shouting his name at the top his voice but no answer from him. I knew he couldn't have got out of the place but it was still awful, i was a crying wreck. The staff put an announcement out for people to look for him too. I eventually saw him at the top looking out through a dome glass window thing. He couldn't get down so just sat there. I never want to go through that again it was awful

EachPeachPearMum · 12/03/2009 16:19

Oh Phoenix that is so scary. I'm scared if I just lose sight of dd in whsmith or something. I hope he wasn't too scared.

Jas- glad ds is a bit better.

Ok- so I am bringing garlic bread ingredients. And clothes for various people. Anuything else?

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 16:24

Don't think he was scared, he didn't look like he'd been crying or anything, he was just sat looking out of the window over all the tables and people that were looking for him lol.

mustrunmore · 12/03/2009 16:33

Ah, poor you phoenix. I must be totally heartless, cos I never panic; cos ds2 is always missing. Ask Jas about when her ds was found in the kitchen at our soft play tho

Thanks jas, but then I'd have to clean it lol! I'm happy with fruit and non dairy pizza bit. And, yes, its all sorted so I can go enfiled, if you really dont mind dropping me either where i need to be, or somewhere on a bus route

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/03/2009 20:31

Well you'll never catch me turning down a ldc Jas, but don't worry if you don't have time .

Sorry for your little scare Phoenix. Glad you found him ok.
I think the others (esp flame) were hoping that you'd bring trifle.

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 20:42

Oh ok i'm so thick i didn't realise that suggestion was aimed at me either . Can i blame my pg brain .

Dh says we'll have a go at making a trifle tomorrow. We won't be putting any alcohol in it though cos we don't have any If it goes wrong i'll buy one.

Have you got non alcohol drinks?

mustrunmore · 12/03/2009 20:48

I'm bringing
G&B dark choco
2 lots All Gold
Jeans for Flame

Does anyone want a very small wooden WHSmiths garage, or a big old wooden castle?

And should I bring anything else??

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/03/2009 20:51

I'm impressed Phoenix. I thought you'd opt straight for buying one .

Is there anything in particular non-alcoholic that you like? I have orange juice, apple juice, caffeine free diet coke, blackcurrant (and prob some other) squash, tonic water I think, milk, tea, coffee, water and prob some other random concoctions! Maybe lemonade too, but not 100% sure.

mustrunmore · 12/03/2009 20:52

csws; 1.26pm from here to WGC, arriving 1.51pm. would that be ok??

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 20:59

No nothing non alcoholic in particular was just wondering if i should bring any. Do you want me to? I may be tempted to a glass of wine

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 20:59

Caffiene free diet coke sounds very boring btw

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/03/2009 21:03

We drink loads of it. It is packed with aspartame you know, so that gives us our excitement .

That's fine mrm. May be dh picking you up, but will text you to let you know which of us to expect and which car to look out for.

EachPeachPearMum · 12/03/2009 21:08

I will bring my own fennel tea!
What time should we aim to arrive? Have no idea how long it's going to take to get to you.

OMG I made the talk round-up... and it';s been sitting in my inbox and I hadn't realised- just read it now!
Yay! I've made it on mn at last!

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/03/2009 21:13

Ooh I haven't read mine yet - will go nose.
I have fennel tea .

Am I right in thinking that you start off very close to M42 EPPM? If so, then prob a little over 1.5 hrs.

Just remembered that Phoenix wanted my address. Does anyone else need it?

Jas · 12/03/2009 21:23

Depending on traffic, EPPm. It took 4 hours for me to get there in october, and 2 to get home.

I will check for your address. I think I printed it before my printer died and my email wiped it out. I will let you know if I can't find it.

EachPeachPearMum · 12/03/2009 21:29

Is it best to come off junc 9 or junc 10 please?

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/03/2009 21:31

Coming from the north (as you will be), junction 10.

EachPeachPearMum · 12/03/2009 21:42

and should I come through H, or avoid it?

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 21:43

My satnav says 2hrs 32mins

CantSleepWontSleep · 12/03/2009 21:46

I'll email you some directions from M1 tomorrow EPPM (and you Phoenix), as satnavs pretty much all give not the best route!

EachPeachPearMum · 12/03/2009 21:50

Well- google reckons 2 hours from my house... and add an hour for stopping to feed (ds and me!)
A time to aim for would be good... and then you can laugh hysterically about the new mum who can't get anywhere on time...
