Maveta J is in a bed, M was in his before he was a year old so when J started climbing out of his cot (travel cot really, he hates the bars in a cot so I just bought a proper mattress for the travel cot) I put him straight into a bed.

I love the name Iris Elizabeth Leaky, I have an aunt Iris and my middle name is Elizabeth so I may be a little biased

SOL, hope you got a cough free night last night. F actually slept through last night, first night in a while for her so I do feel a bit brighter and more rested today!

Dh worked until the early hours of this morning and has just gone back into work. They need him to do a bit of the job during the day today, but will still pay him his extra night rate and he won't have to go in tonight either. Will actually be a bit odd with him around this evening!

Bramshott - you wait till she gets to double figures. M will be 11 this year!!! Where did that decade go? Actually I think R being 8 in a week or so is even more freaky because I do still think of her as the baby - even though I also have my baby baby I don't know what I'll be like when B starts school - richer obviously - but that's going to be quite a moment! Of course M will be nearly 14 by then and she will be 20 when B starts secondary and 27 when she leaves and then if B goes to uni and does a three year course M will be 30 when she leaves and R will be 27 and I will be........no let's not go there!

Found out that the MD wanted to get rid of all part time staff in with the last lot of redundancies All being a total of 2 - me and an other woman. Apparently my boss (and another manager) really fought my corner, and told him that I was def one member of staff worth keeping. Quite about it, but the MD agreement was that I have to increase my hours. Just hope I don't let my boss down.

K has been a pita today - I thnk she just gets really tired from nursery on a Tuesday and then Wednesday is a nightmare. B had a friend round for tea after school which went well - no pooing in the bath episodes this time!
