Today hasn't gone well at all at playgroup. I left him there screaming after me. I cried all the way home and still am, I feel awful . I hope he's settled.

Phone them and ask. They won't mind, and he will probably be fine by now.

I've been crying too much to ring them . She said they would ring me if they couldn't settle him. I'm going to pick him up soon. I don't want to take him again but i know i have to.

Yes she said he settled not long after i left and, like Tuesday, he's had a few crying moments but has been easily settled/distracted . She told me he didn't drink his milk so when i asked him why he said because he was crying

Ok. Back from GP, a bit calmer than i was.

Was going down a road by us with many junctiony cross road bits along it. I had right of way.

Woman I thought was just edging forward to get a better view carried on going straight across in front of me (visibility is always hell there with the cars parked etc). I slammed on the brakes, but knew there was no way I was going to stop in time. Was going about 20-25mph before braking.

Not much visible damage to my car, big smush in her passenger side.

I have whiplash, doc says it is very very tense (funny that), and has given me codeine. Dude was in the car, but didn't bat an eyelid. I do need to get a new car seat though - please go and give opinions in "products"

Courtesy car coming tomorrow morning. Hoping demon car from hell is a write off - will get more insurance money for it than we ever would selling the bloody thing.
