I'm a bit dopey. Dh can take dd to the in-laws and stay there anyway!

EachPeachPearMum · 30/12/2008 21:45

nope Jas... but I'm assuming (or rather, praying on CSWS's behalf) that her DS might be a little better by the time we get together

Frizbe · 30/12/2008 22:07

oooh a meet up fabulous, yes please take me away from my beloved children, so I can coo over your lovely little newbies I'll do my best to fit around you guys, as dh hasn't actually finalised when he's running next years events yet and I've refused to have anything to do with it, as he's been driving me nuts re shop running and event running, as he's trying to pass on all decision making to me and only do the fun bits himself and I want to do the fun bits too!(I have booked him a date in Aug and one in Dec and then I've left it upto him)

I guess that means I come on here for a rant too then eh

Fell out with Debenhams today, its on my blog if your interested, I'll re send Flame the link to it shortly (have linked to your new one Flame)

Anyone else watching shooting stars? I'm watching out of the corner of my eye.

CSWS for you getting visitors new years eve, hope you have great fun.

We've got a few people coming around for drinks, including a late entry today, my friend whose husband has a horrible degenerative illness (Parkinsons) she's said she's coming on her own and her dh is staying with his brother, so I'm thinking he may be having more probs with his medication, as what ever they try only lasts for so long I really hope they're both ok, but I guess we can discuss more tomorrow night, so hard to help when you don't know how to, just listen I guess.

EachPeachPearMum · 30/12/2008 22:17

Friz- do you mean real shooting stars or on television?

Frizbe · 30/12/2008 22:50

EPPM on the TV!

EachPeachPearMum · 30/12/2008 22:53

Oh, thougth there might be a meteor shower on that I didn't know about!
It is very clear (and cold) here tonight...moon was utterly beautiful when it rose earlier, and was the only thing in the sky along with a planet...

EachPeachPearMum · 30/12/2008 22:57

Can't believe shooting stars is still on television though... is a repeat?

Frizbe · 30/12/2008 23:30

Ah yes, was that Venus we could see earlier? was v bright new moon too

Yep brand new series of Shooting Stars

WellOiledWench · 31/12/2008 11:50

Hang on, if EPPM is allowed to bring here baby to the meet up, can I bring my personal trainer ? Its the same principle of not being able to be parted

CantSleepWontSleep · 31/12/2008 12:21

Methinks you are getting a little too obsessed WOW .

mustrunmore · 31/12/2008 12:40

Not

mustrunmore · 31/12/2008 13:02

over here please

Frizbe · 31/12/2008 15:18

Are you two siamese now then?
I think you both look lovely on that link, your dh and ds's are beautiful too Now will you believe us all?

mustrunmore · 31/12/2008 15:22

Shut up

I notice someone said dh was nice on that thread!! He'll be chuffed. Hey, dont mention who she is on there incase it clouds people's natural judgement.

Flamespar · 31/12/2008 15:24

for your friend Friz.

WOW - NO to bringing trainer, I am not sharing.

Feb is good for me If possible when my half term is would be good, if not a Saturday night. Flamechick will sulk like hell when I tell her where I'm going

Flamespar · 31/12/2008 15:30

Oh and I guess I can accept that holiday excuse

Frizbe · 31/12/2008 15:30

at you two fighting, now share nicely girls (that's my favourite phrase at the moment)
Right there goes my kitchen beeper, I'm off to fiddle with food, laters girls and if not later Happy New Year (freezing one at that!)

Phoenix · 31/12/2008 15:31

We'll have to work round birthdays if we do it in Feb but that should be easy enough

mustrunmore · 31/12/2008 15:42

EachPeachPearMum · 31/12/2008 19:36

Wow/mrm- your DH is LOVELY! What yummy hair
Looks like you're drinking cranberry juice in the first pic- v light wine!

Erm- Not too early feb, please! Bear in mind if DS goes 2 weeks over....that will take me to DD's birthday (4th)

EachPeachPearMum · 31/12/2008 19:45

Well- it's our 5th wedding anniversary tonight- I am sitting in the dining room on macbook by myself- DH has gone for a sleep as we were up most of the night with DD who was having horrible nightmares poor thing ALL night
('Mama- there was a scary man with reindeer in the pictures behind my eyes'!!!!)

I can't drink (got no champagne in this year, as I knew I wouldn't be able to drink) yet am absolutely craving champagne (have been for weeks for some odd reason! And the smell of new car interiors and petrol )

Am I the saddest saddo on mn?

EachPeachPearMum · 31/12/2008 19:46

Oh, and we have tons of chocolate etc in, and I just don't want any of it- its not 'chemically' enough.

Phoenix · 31/12/2008 19:48

Haha i'm here too, also not drinking

And will prob be in bed by 10.
