the TV remote is in the freezer, your car keys are down the loo, and there are little smears of food at knee height down each corridor!

After 2 years through thick and thin, ups and downs surely there'd be no better birthing partners?

OP posts:
Flame · 07/04/2008 20:34

Precisely! We have done pregnancies, post partum, tantrums together...

Phoenix · 07/04/2008 20:37

Has mrm dragged you out for a run yet Flame? Are you having fun?

Yes csws we'd all be perfect birthing partners

CantSleepWontSleep · 07/04/2008 20:52

Best all come 1st October then .

Flame · 07/04/2008 20:56

You don't look convinced

Lexi not letting MRM drag me anywhere She is currently upstairs with him. Dinner all prepared, just gotta wait to cook it now because it will cook quick.

Phoenix · 07/04/2008 21:07

Ds is still up too. Everytime i ask him if he wants to go to bed he says no. Normally he asks to go to bed.

Phoenix · 07/04/2008 21:08

Scrap that last post he's asking for a dummy and bed now but he won't tidy his toys away first

Flame · 07/04/2008 21:08

I'm here!! Ds1 still awake, but am hopinfg he drops off through boredom!

I love being at Flame's She is lovely

(its me BTW!)

CantSleepWontSleep · 07/04/2008 21:15

Err, he's not really known for dropping off through boredom though is he?!

Flame · 07/04/2008 21:22

Nope she's back up there...

Frizbe · 07/04/2008 22:22

Oh well at least you two are together at last

I'll let you lot decide on a date, then let you know if we can make it or not, as things pretty hectic here in Aug, dh working 2nd 3rd and 4th weekends in Wales, and the whole week inbetween 3rd and 4th, plus we are supposed to go down Flames way for a week 1st week of summer hols July/Aug but who knows what will happen at the moment

Yay for lots of snow glad you all got to enjoy some! even Flame had a dusting here, but it went quickly, much to dd1's annoyance.

dd2 nearly killed herself again yesterday (sun) 1st I caught her coming face 1st down the cargo netting at the playground then to top it off, she went round to the firemans pole bit, whilst i was just helping dd1 out and bloomin jumped que a face plant and a few mins of crying, before she bounced back and went on her way...thank fully she landed on the bouncy floor stuff.

Flame · 08/04/2008 07:44

Me n MRM wanna come on an event at some point too

Flame · 08/04/2008 07:50

So, we discovered that flame doesnt react to being kicked in the back in bed by someone else's 2 yr old!
And that the boys dont lie in even if on holiday.

CantSleepWontSleep · 08/04/2008 08:09

So if you two (plus random numbers of children) are sleeping together, where is MrFlame?

Flame · 08/04/2008 08:49

gallantly sleeping on the sofa so I could sleep with his missus

Flame · 08/04/2008 19:06

Tis much easier to ignore someone else's child and go back to sleep

MRM left me about 3ish to go do beachy things and was planning to head home about 5.

Twas a looooooovely visit

MRM - So i don't hunt round my house for no reason... did you throw out DD's pull ups from last night?

CantSleepWontSleep · 08/04/2008 20:05

Ooh twas brief. Thought she was staying tonight too.

Flame · 08/04/2008 20:15

She was originally, but then her friend said no

Although to be fair, I am exhausted Possibly a bit less talking would have been wise

mustrunmore · 08/04/2008 21:11

Sorry , I did tidy them up inoto the bin

We went to the oceanarium free (reentry all day, so used her ticket from AM!). ds2 LOVED it... so many Nemo's!!!! Had icecream (in ds1's hair and eyebrows), bought a postacrd and a shell.

On the plus side, I am now home for skip day in the morn . But I really really could've stayed all week. Although Flame would not have put up with me I suspect. Yep, we talked far too long, but I still need to know more.Maybe I'm too nosey. Jusy want to know how the Flame brain works! And thank you Boy for giving me your bed, and putting up with the boys running riot in your house

Flame · 08/04/2008 22:23

Will stop looking for them then!

yay for doing oceanarium

EachPeachPearMum · 08/04/2008 22:37

Sounds like a great visit!

Flame wots this about re usable sanitry towels that Uni's on about then? and have I got it right that you're selling soapnuts (must really look at your site sometime soon!)

Glad you and MRM had fun you're both welcome to come and crew an event later this year (anyone else who wants to be a pirate can come too!) Then end of May bank hols might be a good one, if you can make it? failing that I'd recommend Aug Bank hols, for hopefully warmth.

MRM at all the Nemos!

So anyone else been upto anything then?

Been crew kit washing here and doing accounts, yawn.

EachPeachPearMum · 08/04/2008 23:23

I've always wanted to be a pirate!
Well, no actually, in all honesty I've always wanted to be a bounty hunter... but I do think the roles overlap quite a bit.
