Ikea very tempting Holly but am asking myself
1.do i need more crap (could not possibly go to ikea without purchasing)
2.can i get there on the train (with 3 in tow)
3.do we have any room in 20ft container for one of those egg chairs

HollyPutTheHabitOn · 29/02/2008 22:19

I'll let someone else explain ria, I can hear my dd crashing around upstairs, I'd better go and investigate!

Night xxx

nunobal · 29/02/2008 22:20

See Sputnik's post on pg 26...

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 29/02/2008 22:21

stop talking about farking Knocked Up

LOL Ria, those wee emoticons are a great help aren't they. Don't worry though, we all get you by this time

I'm feeling much better Annobal. I'm listing nappies and trying to keep up with you lot (pregnant brain added to baby brain = someone stirring my brain with a spurtle

HollyPutTheHabitOn · 29/02/2008 22:21

annobal, you could just come for coffee?! I suppose it's a bit of an effort to go halfway across London for coffee though!

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 29/02/2008 22:23

should I sell my easy peasy bimble? or just buy more?

SisterSputnik · 29/02/2008 22:23

Ria, my DH sent me a text about "nunsnet", it was the Nokia predictive text thing.

LOL at nunobal
You could pack tones of stuff inside one of those chairs.

Right I'm really off before Daisy gets back

nunobal · 29/02/2008 22:24

LOL Daisy - I can send one back for you.

I'm off too - I've had about 10hrs sleep in 3 days (the little buggers work in tag team).

Night all.

HollyPutTheHabitOn · 29/02/2008 22:24

Buy more, buy more! You can never have too many nappies (though I think I do)!

Right, I really am going now.

Peace and love x

SisterSputnik · 29/02/2008 22:25

Oh she's back.
Shouldn't you be getting some rest, luv?

SisterSputnik · 29/02/2008 22:27

I really really am off now. x

howdyousolveaproblemlikeRia · 29/02/2008 22:28

i have been away so long i can't work this anymore. nite nite all. I may be back tomorrow, not drinking my weight in sauvingnon blanc, so could make more sense.

stupidly I mentioned daisy to DH... he is considering the challenge seriously...

howdyousolveaproblemlikeRia · 29/02/2008 22:29

surprisingly that name change worked. it didn't tell me it would?

nunobal · 29/02/2008 22:31

Night Sputnik.

Holly, it's not that bad to get to Ikea - can get train from London Bridge - I'll let you know...

Daisy buy more, always buy more (now do you see why it's so dangerous to send me to Ikea?)

nunobal · 29/02/2008 22:32

ROFL Ria

nunobal · 29/02/2008 22:33

Foxy have you proposed yet? You're keeping him waiting, aren't you

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 29/02/2008 22:37

I'm too slow to keep up....aaaaaargh.

LOL at the names Ria and annobal

Can't think of any nunlike references with mine!

howdyousolveaproblemlikeRia · 29/02/2008 22:41

you could have a "daisy-ary"?

obviously am not catholic ... or religious in a proper way... ...

howdyousolveaproblemlikeRia · 29/02/2008 22:56

btw, ds3 (now a FF baby) is fond of cat litter and plastic play food.

nite x

FairyFay · 29/02/2008 22:59

llo, anyone still here? I'm a bit tiddly. I'd like to come to Ikea on tuesday assuming that we are talking about Croydon one?

for baby andiem, that sounds miserable

rofl at nunsnet

Welcome back Ria, you were missed

FairyFay · 29/02/2008 23:00

Bugger, you've all gone. Hey ho, I'd better go to bed then.

andienovicehabitlifter · 01/03/2008 08:55

morning all

normal night here no exorcist style moves from lo and he seems better this morning

dh is doing my head in leaving crap everywhere and generally being unhelpful am thinking of bursting into tears and running out of the house to give him a kick up the ar*e

looks like ikea on tuesday is a goer we have holly fairy and me maybe annnobal any other takers????

oh dh has just announced he's going to the gym

BumperliciousNeedsaGlassofWine · 01/03/2008 09:26

Morning,

Andie, glad LO is a bit better. I would put all DH's crap stuff in a black bag and stick it by the door!

Fairy, did you have a nice evening?

Can you hear that...?

...It's the sound of silence in my flat! DH just took DD off, they've got 3 bottles, if they are home before 4pm I shall be miffed!

I've got back into bed to mn for a bit, then I am considering going for a jog, swinging by sainsbo's to pick up some bread and bacon and papers. Coming back, having a bath, bacon sarnie and getting back into bed

FairyFay · 01/03/2008 10:34

Good morning. We had a lovely evening thanks. A friend offered to babysit so we went for a crafty chinese. mmmmmm

Andiem, I'm glad lo is on the mend, and grrrr at Dh!

Bumper, enjoy yourself! A jog sounds like an unecessarily exertion to me, but if you must!

I have just checked my diary and realised that we have the dentist at 9:30 on Tuesday. I should still be able to make Ikea though, assuming you aren't all planning to be there too early?? Holly, what's your plan?

The stag weekend that Dh was due to go on was cancelled yesterday afternoon, so he's here this weekend after all and has taken DD off to Coral Reef in Bracknell for some water fun and lunch, so just me and DS this morning. We are then all going to DD's friend's birthday party and then to my parents' for the rest of the weekend. I might get my mother's day lie-in after all.

Have good weekends everyone

andienovicehabitlifter · 01/03/2008 11:36

fairy I don't think we will be that early

have a lovely day bumper

fairy have a lovely time at your parents too
