I was a bit annoyed with mothercare. The wee buggy I have at the mo came from their when DS was little and it's a nice pattern of cartoon cats on a navy background. This season's are either chavvy pink or chavvy blue, and they have white wheels FFS!

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 26/02/2008 21:03

holly, I have that with DD. she wiggles her way under the desk then gets stuck and howls. i put her in the middle of the floor, she wiggles under the desk, and repeat ad nauseum. If I pick her up, same as your DS!

Your photos are great btw....your DP is quite fit, for an old codger

derlorisMonica · 26/02/2008 21:08

hello my lovelies,

PMSL at all the man bashing going on.....just had a similar few days recently in this house...full moon maybe?

Daisy - WTF???? are you pg Mrs?? - i thought that was a no go in your house??

i've just sat down for the 1st time in 2 days!!
yesterday went skiing to snowzone, then food shopping, then home, tea, bathed LO's, bedded DD's, then body pump then bed
today - waxing (yikes) science centre with LO's then home tea, bath bedded DD's and now sitting

Sputnik · 26/02/2008 21:12

I just hit the chocolate too. Baby Sputnik woke up and spent 45 minutes screaming himself hoarse
On past form he'll probably do that at some point in the night too, at which point DD will probably wake up and come and make a noise like an air-raid siren for 1/2 an hour (she already did that at bed time). And no DH to take her back to bed. Pray for me folks.......

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 26/02/2008 21:14

Thanks daisy! I shall tell him that, he'll be mighty chuffed!

FFS derlor, you are one busy bear! I think I'd pass out if I did that much!

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 26/02/2008 21:16

Our Lord, who art in heaven, please allow sputnik and her dh to have an unbroken night of sleep (actually can I have one too?). Amen.

Sputnik · 26/02/2008 21:16

Busy woman! Tis all that pumping. I have been working out too and feel great actually.

WTF is the point of white wheels on a buggy?

derlorisMonica · 26/02/2008 21:16

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm did someone mention chocolate???

foxythesnowman · 26/02/2008 21:16

Evening.

Yep, man bashing - I have got to the source of mine - work. We are OK now.

I have had shit, shit, shit.

Had to take the kids swimming after school, parking machine not working, phone council, get discretion, put note on dashboard, get a fucking ticket anyway. Quick swim, LO getting upset, DD1 wailing as she has to get out of the water too (DSs having swim lessons by this point). Baby has The Runs. Guess who has forgotten the change bag? Have to improvise with loo roll and a swim nappy. Get back to car, on phone to Doctor, can I take LO straight in? Have to arrange babysitter for others. She's fine - just a virus.

derlorisMonica · 26/02/2008 21:18

i've got a real exercise bug at the mo Sputnik, i've got pump again tomorrow night and combat on thurs and i LOVE it - i feel great.

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 26/02/2008 21:19

now now Foxy just cause you had a barney with him earlier thee is no need to ruin his clothes!!!

LardyMardyDaisyBoo · 26/02/2008 21:30

derlor, I'm dizzy just reading all of theat, and in answer to your question; erm...might be

foxy your day sounds like shite . I hope poor DD2 is better soon.....just thank your lucky stars that she didn't explode in the pool. That happened to us in St Andrews when DS was about 18mo old.
Glad you and your DP have resolved your differences. Mine is a bit of a bottler as well. He'll snipe and snarl, an only after me asking what's up twenty times and then us having an unholy row, will he spit it out.

I blame his fecking mother. They are so repressed and uncomunicative in that family that he has never asked why he has had a certain surgical procedure on a certain bit of his anatomy

derlorisMonica · 26/02/2008 21:30

Holly, just as well i can't reach you!!!!!!

foxythesnowman · 26/02/2008 21:31
