Yahs, I could have my G&T on it. Probably in a sports container with a straw for easy access when the kids are driving me mad. DH is prob going to the US in June. He says he could get one if I want it. He has zero interest in buggies, but thinks having the kids facing each other is really cute. I mean, for £100 if I absolutely hated it, it wouldn't be the end of the world. I wonder if I would actually make it up the hill pushing 70lbs of buggy and baby? Will give it some thought.
LG&T - Taking the Pear apart wouldn't be an issue as I'd have an umbrella fold to keep in the boot.
Right. I won't talk about buggies any more.
Cam - I'm gutted for you about your stuff. I'd be in tears. I bloody hate moving house and to not have your stuff show up... I would feel like I wasn't "home" 'til the stuff arrived. Boo hoo.
Pebble - I'm glad A isn't the only one who grinds her teeth. It makes me feel sick listening to it. That said, she's been doing it for days and then finally, one of her centre front teeth has arrived. She won't look like a vampire (with the side incisors only) for much longer. I feel sorry for DH. I grind my teeth in my sleep when I'm stressed.
Congratulations to MrG&T for tomorrow.
Lups - glad things are going well. It's going to be lovely to have all that countryside in the summer.
Scoot - I'd be very happy to bring out a cup of tea to you. Just give me a ring. Some toast or a bagel or English muffin? Are you a Marmite lover or hater? (I'm the latter, but I have to give it house room for DH.) I also have damson jam, orange or lemon and lime marmalade, blueberry jam, cream cheese...
Am very tired. A woke up at 4am for food. I think she's stocking up after being sick for so long. I couldn't get back to sleep until after 6 and then the alarm went off at 6.30. This was after not being able to get to sleep until after 1am. Do you know what was on my mind? Going back to work. FFS. I don't actually have to think about it for another YEAR. I think it's because my friend went back to work yesterday. I started thinking about finishing my exams and going back to work and asking for a raise (in order to make it worthwhile going back). And why pray tell, would I want to go back to work? Because I saw lovely clothes in Karen Millen yesterday, which I'd have bought for work, had I still been there. Shallow, moi? My friend (the one who went back to work) said, "Why don't you just buy the clothes and do the school run in them. It would be cheaper than paying nursery fees for two."
