I was out at a friend's last night, get back about 1am and was veeeery tired, was going to log on then, but DH had turned puter off and I couldn't be bothered to getting it all going again!! Am at my sister's house, haven't really been able to properly catch up but so sorry to hear your news, oooggs . Hope you & DH get some TLC time.

Ds must have made himself a New Years resolution because last night he slept through for the first time ever - my first unbroken night's sleep in OVER EIGHT MONTHS!! I'd gone to bed at 10pm (my sister's ds2 is a crap sleeper too so we were both too knackered to stay up for Hogmanay - what a pair of saddos ) and up at 6.30. Woohoo!!

Fantastic liath, it's such a shock to the system isn't it?

Quiet night here, nice meal, a game of scrabble, watched the lie of brian, played xbox - was shite not very good so went to bed just before 1.

Much as it pains me to say, since C has been ff only he has slept 6.30 til 6.30, with a dream feed at 12

Dp back in bed for an hour so I'm here with a huge box of biscuits and a cuppa...happy days!!!!

Morning all and Happy New Year - In bed by 10pm woke with ds2 for a feed at 2.15am and wow the pain, couldn't get back to sleep, but must have done cos dd woke me at 4.15am for a feed.

Anyway dosed up on pain killers and ready for the new year.

Katy - Falmouth is 1.5 hours from me, I am just in Cornwall, close to Plymouth (which is in Devon ) travelling with little ones takes ages, we travel to Hull quite often (to mil) and when we went to Leicester last week it took 7 hours instead of 4 hours because of mealtimes and feeds, whereas dh and I just drove and ate on the way normally.

Pesha - I will be up to Street to see you this year (and raid the Clarkes village )

Ellie - you must also get further south

Dippy - I hope to catch you as well on your anually pilgrimage to Bude

I have a really lovely Christian song that has really, really help me through that last few years - would anyone be offended if I posted the words here? I think they are inspirational and so lovely - I thought they might strengthen a few people here as we enter this new year......

Feeling very miserable today, generally down, and it seems like dh is just angry with me for feeling like this. He has taken the children over to see his mum, but has gone off in a strop because I didnt want to go too. Is it too much to ask for a little support? I guess sometimes it is
