Lizzzombie · 08/01/2008 19:59

£200 wii vs £200 on shoes!!!

its the shoes for me everytime!

eandh · 08/01/2008 20:01

pmsl when ellie wanted a go earlier, dh was all 'well just one go and do it like this etc etc' like she understands (was quite surprised he let her touch it!)

Lizz I think he'll be taking it to work to make sure i don't ebay it

OP posts:
Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:01

Nooooooooooooooo! I just mis-typed it and meant to put 'next time' not 'this time'.

That was fun though

Hee hee!

eandh · 08/01/2008 20:03

Lizz - it will be used as a big bargaining tool!!!!!!!!!

RGee · 08/01/2008 20:03

Roll on April 1st

Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:05

I think I may have to murder my DH. He is being ULTRA efficient about the extension, cleaning, cooking for J - everything! HE IS DRIVING ME FUCKING INSANE.

He has lists for lists for lists - he is bouncing off the walls with energy and trying to make me do things when I have had a manic day at work and just want to sit and do sweet fuck all.

He is really REALLY annoying me.

..................and breathe....

bunnyhunny · 08/01/2008 20:08

lol wilkie - that sounds like me and dh reversed!!
at us getting over-excited.
wilkie I think you SHOULD be pg, just to satisfy us lot!

eandh · 08/01/2008 20:09

ooo I am so like wilkies dh!!

OP posts:
Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:09

Bunny - it actually made me WANT to be PG!!

LTH - you should wear a hat, mac and carry a magnifying glass a la Sherlock Holmes!

Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:12

EAH - if you and my DH lived together you would be the worlds most ANNOYING couple. Your house would be ULTRA tidy, everything would be colour coded and have a spreadsheet linked to it along with 'to scale' drawings of any extensions you made to the house...

Need I go on??

MrsCarrot · 08/01/2008 20:12

you have missed me off, EAH

RGee · 08/01/2008 20:12
  1. I LOVE lists
2.
laughalot · 08/01/2008 20:13

wilkie I wanted you to be

Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:14
  1. They are only useful at work
  2. They are a sign of anal retention
  3. They are annoying to the people around you who do not like lists
  4. My DH is REALLY ANNOYING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MrsCarrot · 08/01/2008 20:15

oops

came in book style and thought EAH had put up another list without me on it.

Lists, eh?

RGee · 08/01/2008 20:17
  1. I write them all the time at home
  2. I am anally retentive
  3. And a control freak
  4. They can't stop people being annoyed with their husbands.
bunnyhunny · 08/01/2008 20:18

I love lists.
I am sitting at my pc, and within reaching distance are about 3 different lists! And that's not including the shopping list, or the post-it note on the piano of "things I must take to work tomorrow".
I do find that when they get a bit messy, I have to rewrite it!
Did I mention I think I have OCD?

eandh · 08/01/2008 20:19

he he Mrs C I was wondering what list I had recently done and missed you off!!

Wilkie - I would LOVE someone else in this house to be organised, instead it appears hattie has inherited er fathers style of throw it on the floor and leave it (Ellie is actually turning into a mini me and hates her room being messy )

OP posts:
Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:20

PMSL

But YOUR lists wouldn't annoy me. It is just my DH...

He is annoying becuase:

  1. His hair desperately needs cutting
  2. He has on a nasty red golfind jumper that I HATE
  3. He is being all bossy and anal about the extension and talking to me SLLOOOWWWLLLYYY as he explains his 'ideas'
  4. He has just taken his socks off and there is now sock fluff on the floor
  5. He made my tea and didn't put enough creme fraiche in the pasta

....I AM A HORRIBLE WIFE

eandh · 08/01/2008 20:20

When I was planning our wedding, I had a huge notebook of lists that ended up as list of lists plus I had a huge spreadsheet with everything sectioned, contact numbers, deposit paid, amount due, by when etc etc

OP posts:
eandh · 08/01/2008 20:21

wilkie you made me with that list, throw him outside to remeasure the extension

OP posts:
Wilkie · 08/01/2008 20:21

EAH - if me and your DH hooked up our house would be a sh*t tip (but SOOOO lovely and messy)

bunnyhunny · 08/01/2008 20:22

lol eah. you are obviously mrs uberlist
I have a tendency to lose mine, or go shopping but leave the list at home, so I don't know why I bother really.
