T has only pooed once when his nappy was off
It was on moving day at 8am, we were moving at 10am and were pretty much packed. Good time to be hunting for the carpet cleaner
He does regularly crawl off with a pooey bum though, and then sit on the carpet At least it's brown!!

I have to say - we haven't had a "poo with the nappy off" experience with P yet!! However, my BF came over with her 7 week old yesterday and he poo-ed out of his nappy and vest, into his dunagrees, all over my friends lap and the chair she was sat on!!!! Felt sort of glad I didn't have a newborn anymore!!!!

DippyChristmas · 18/12/2007 09:38

Yum - loving this convo at this time in the morning!!

Shall I add to the vulgarity, shall I!!!? Shall I!!!? .......

ElfPolarBear · 18/12/2007 09:41

DippyChristmas · 18/12/2007 09:41

Oh - go on then ..........

Yesterday, while at a Birthday Party for a friend, DD2 announced that she had poo-ed in her nappy and then promptly shoved her hand down the back and pulled out a HUGE wodge of the stuff ..... just to prove it!!!!

What a delightful child.

ElfPolarBear · 18/12/2007 09:42

Toddlers. Gotta love 'em.

.... Cos if you didn't ...... you'd probably kill 'em!!

fpesha · 18/12/2007 09:52

Thats why they are so cute dippy cos if they werent they'd be out!

D is starting to get difficult to change. With N I used to pin him down with a foot on each shoulder/arm It was the only way I could do it or he was off! He was a little sod though!

DippyChristmas · 18/12/2007 09:53

fPesha! How are you today??

AngeGabriel · 18/12/2007 09:54

fpesha

runnyhabbit · 18/12/2007 09:57

Morning

Oh yes, W is def a wriggle bum when it comes to nappy changes

As for fridges/freezers - do not buy lec ! In our defence, they were on offer when moved into this house, and didn't have a great deal of money to spend, so choice was limited. If we were to buy now, would prob go for Bosch etc.

Has anyone ordered anything from Amazon recently? Ordered some DVDs for fil on 4th December, and still haven't arrived

Have just seen that Prince Edward and Sophie have a had a baby boy. Aaahhh, babies make my feel all mushy

runnyhabbit · 18/12/2007 09:58

make me

fpesha · 18/12/2007 09:59

Tired although I shouldnt be, D slept in his cot in N's room from about half 9 ish till 6!! Was lovely being able to put the light on when I went to bed so I could see what I was doing and being able to actually move around in bed and all!!

runnyhabbit · 18/12/2007 10:00

you know what it is, your body isn't used to sleep

DippyChristmas · 18/12/2007 10:17

I can hear your body screaming from over here, Pesha! Glad D slept so well though, good stuff!

I'd be about the Amazon stuff too, runny - hope it turns up soon.....

fpesha · 18/12/2007 10:17

No but I'm so looking forward to when it is again!!

Just been looking for link to my fridge freezer but guessing they dont do them anymore Its hotpoint anyway and very good!

Have to go into town now and try and get the rest of my xmas shopping but with very little money Dont get paid till end of the week but need to shop now Might have to write one or two cheques I think!

See ya later huns

DippyChristmas · 18/12/2007 10:18

ElfPolarBear · 18/12/2007 10:24

{{{{{{EPB}}}}} What's happened, honey??

ElfPolarBear · 18/12/2007 10:30

Just a huge argument about him inviting his parents over for midnight mass on Christmas Eve, ending in him telling me to go away as he couldn't look at me. Slamming things about while holding T

geordiemacminxpie · 18/12/2007 10:34

Awh Katy.

Hope you are ok. Would it help if you took T outn for a bit? Clear your head, have a nice cupppa and a chill out. Christmas is soooo stressful with families, especially when it is your first xmas a fmaily of 3. We have closed the doors this year, wont be seeing anyone from xmas eve til boxing day, which I'm quite looking forward to.

Take yourself off to Starbucks or Vennels and have a chill out, I'm sure things will be better when you get back!

ElfPolarBear · 18/12/2007 10:45

Things are already better, he's apologised and so have I but I'm so sick of things being like this. Might go out when T wakes up, good idea GMM. Right now I just want some MN escapism!

Just popping in to say hello/good morning

I see I missed a big debate understatement. I don't want to restart it, but just wanted to say that I don't really understand the full story and so am not commenting. I've missed the threads on mn, I'm not msn-er and I usually don't make meet ups living in deepest darkest Norfolk.

So sadly I don't know you all as well as i'd like .

As I said, don't want to bring it up again, but just wanted to explain where I stand incase anyone thought I was ignoring them.

Personally I find mn a huge support and don't know what I'd do with without my daily fix !
