Would that be a large or small pumpkin as I have a couple of small pumpkins that wouldn't really make an impact ifkwim. Plus as I have 2 children I guess you could say that I am still postnatal and suffering psychological trauma that I am obviously now fully recovered from but nevertheless I would like to join your club because I need to be liked and loved and given a home.

Well, if the small ones won't make an impact it had better be the large one...

Although i have only read the last 10 posts or so, am knackered from dd's party so just popping in quickly before bed.

Hi everyone, including the gatecrashers. No one going out to fireworks etc tonight? I'm sure D will love them in a few years time.

We had a ridiculously manic day - the NCT sale was fun, and then I added up that D saw 10 members of my extended family today. We got the train back from the NCT sale to aunt B's house, then met my little sister at aunt A's house, where we also saw A's dp and my cousin and her two daughters. Then we had lunch in a cafe and returned to my house, where my mum said goodbye and drove up north. Then my sister had arranged to meet my stepdad (her dad) and his wife at the nearest tube station to my house and bring them round to visit D and us. So by 5 pm when our visitors left dp, D and I were all really rather shattered. D's asleep now.

I bought a few clothes, mostly in 9-12 months as I think D has more than enough in 6-9 m. The baby clothes were quite handily hung up according to size, but annoyingly, one of the sellers had labelled a lot of 6-9 stuff 6-12, and it was all hanging on the 9-12 rail. We also got D a few toys. My mum kindly footed the bill, but I'd recommend NCT sale shopping even with your own money on this first experience. I even bumped into a colleague from work whose wife/partner had a baby a few weeks after Danny!

Enough rambling from me.

Well she was wondering what our title was about...thought she was disapproving...most folks seem to.

Also I have a headache and am busy looking for diapers on HUGE websites...with no f'ing clues on...so a bit short tempered.

Blimey Elkie, that was a day and a half! Haven't braved an NCT sale before - I am way too impatient and intolerant when shopping at the best of times!

No, not buying more...it's a game...you have to search for the special nappy icon on lots of website. I've found 45 and have 21 to go.

Have been meaning to say for days thanks for suggestions for party games [smiles] Although kids were all too manic for playing much but it went well, cake worked but took hours hence me being soooo tired, last night didnt get to bed till half 1 and 1 the night before and d wakes around 3 and then feeds every hour or so from then on Although he seems to have grown loads so hoping was a growth spurt and will come to an end soon

Right eyes losing focus now so off to bed!

Might see if im brave enough for rhubarbs pumpkin tomorrow - thanks for the wearning dippy
