laughalot · 14/01/2008 10:14

spelling was good.

I reckon she will have a boy

NatalieJane · 14/01/2008 10:17

Awww bless her, money though? Oh well, at least you can get her something she'll enjoy more than another bit of plastic tat!

I don't if I have any feeling boy or girl, but I do keep going to write her for the baby, rather than him/her IYKWIM?

One of us will be right!!

How are you anyway? Been ages since we last chatted.

NatalieJane · 14/01/2008 10:18

mmmm just found the last strawberry cream in the quality streets tin Yum!!!

laughalot · 14/01/2008 10:23

Im very well thanks nat Aidan is at nursery now so im always busy on the school run and because I dont drive it is a pain in the bum. How are you and the boys ? We did used to have some laughs on the ttc threads. Have you seen wannabe about latley ? Pussycat is next to pop. Right must set off for school chat later.

NatalieJane · 14/01/2008 10:30

God it doesn't seem long ago Aiden wasn't much more of a baby than Lauren!

I am the same, I don't drive, but luckily DS's school is literally just across the road so not too much of a PITA.

We're all doing well, last week was one of the worst weeks of my life, but we have got through it, making plans for the next 12 months or so, and talks of trying again have helped a lot.

I have been thinking a lot lately of us all on the old TTC threads, probably because of the talks of another I guess, it was a good time, everytime one of us got that all important BFP, and all the symptom spotting LOL Seems like yesterday not 2 years ago!!

I have seen wannaBe about lately, I think I might have put my foot in it a bit, but apologised straight away, and she didn't reply, so don't know if she has just not got round to replying or if I have hurt her feelings

Yes PCM, just think we will all have to go through this waiting again in a couple of weeks (maybe less )

Just thought, I know you've gone Trace but good luck for today with Chloe, will be thinking of you

wuzzlefraggle · 14/01/2008 13:33

Happy Birthday Lauren (sorry I'm late!!)

Jen - Has you're baby arrived yet??

What about PCM?????

Hi all lol. Sorry, not been on for aaaaages! Hope everyone is well xx

NatalieJane · 14/01/2008 13:58

Hiya Wuzz

How are you? And Anna?

Don't know if you read the last part of thread, but in case not, Jen was having regular contractions last night and lots of bloody show, so we are awaiting news She has a bit of a following building up over here

LuckySalem · 14/01/2008 20:18

No baby,

Apparently head is the wrong way... (should be resting on it's chest but its lifted in the air) The pain i'm getting is under my bump really sharp period pains that hurt like hell and keep coming in mountains but according to Midwife it's not labour.

Got to go for a monitoring tomorrow at 2pm. Got a feeling i'm going to end up in hospital anyway.

wuzzlefraggle · 15/01/2008 08:18

Hiya Nat! Me and Anna are both great thanks! She will be 15 months on Feb 1st! We have decided that we will take her for her first holiday in early June...cant wait! Oh and any tips would be welcome for planes etc lol Hows you lot??

Jen, I hope all goes well for you with the screening etc...Sounds like labor is around the corner!!

NatalieJane · 15/01/2008 09:49

Jen I have replied on the other thread

Wuzz, trust you to dissapear for months and then come back just in time for Jen Can't believe Anna is 15 months! We took the kids to Menorca when George was about 8 months (I think!!) it was wonderfull, the only down side was at the airport, was a nightmare with DS1, George in the buggy/sling 3 huge suitcases (you will need hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ones!!) plus 3 lots of hand luggage full of changing things and toys and stuff for DS1 to do, but other than that it was great! Any ideas where you want to go?

We are doing OK thanks George doesn't stop chatting away, DS1 is doing really well at school. Had a crappy week last week but starting to put it all behind us and move on now. Got lot's of plans for the couple of years that look like they are starting to take shape Yeah everything is going in the right direction!

laughalot · 15/01/2008 12:55

Hey wuzz how are you ? There are some pics on my profile of laurens birthday. Cant believe our babies are getting so big. Roll on jen and pcm

NatalieJane · 15/01/2008 13:04

Meant to say yesterday Lota, Lauren is beautiful, and Aiden, you must be very proud

laughalot · 15/01/2008 13:11

Aaah thanks nat I was just taking a peek at your boys they are little cuties too. I think george looks so much like you.

NatalieJane · 15/01/2008 13:17

Do you think?

They are both the spitting image of their dad (poor sods ROFL)

I do need to get some more recent photos on there... and remove the one of me!!

MrsMcJnr · 15/01/2008 14:27

NatalieJane · 16/01/2008 09:17

Trace

I don't really know what to say, but you are her mum, you know what is best, and if these tests can help her, then you know it is the very best thing to do.

I don't know how you cope, it must be so heart breaking, but then at the same time, I expect you are more greatful for every day you have with her.

If there is anything we can do, please let us help, if not, at least whilst this is all happening, try to take some time out for yourself, even if it is only a couple of hours to sit and watch the world go by in a cafe or something.

Thinking of you all xxx

wuzzlefraggle · 16/01/2008 10:35

Trace - Nat said it perfectly. My thoughts are with you all xxx I hope you get the answers you need soon

NatalieJane · 16/01/2008 10:44

I have a cold I am grumpy LOL

MrsMcJnr · 16/01/2008 15:15

Trace - so sorry, I had no idea that you were having such a worrying time with Chloe, so hope you get answers soon.

We Jan AN ladies are getting excited because Lucky/Jenswish has been very quiet.... fingers crossed.

Juicylucytoo · 16/01/2008 22:08

Hi Girls,

Just a quick post before I take myself off to bed. (O still waking twice a night )I've been really rubbish on mn for the last few months. Barely find time to shower, so reading mn is a stretch and posting an impossibility!!

Trace - sorry you've got worries about Chloe. Hope you get some answers soon and can just enjoy being a mum to her xxx

Mrs McJ - posted on your antenatal thread, but not sure you saw it. Hope your labour starts soon and your baby isn't as tardy as my little one. Hope it is short and sweet xxx

Love to all you other lovies

xx

MrsMcJnr · 17/01/2008 14:18

Thanks Juicy I have been really crap at getting on MN so I didn't see your message but thank you. Glad to hear all is well We saw the consultant today and she seemed pretty relaxed which was great. She basically said that my risks in being overdue are in her opinion the same as anyone else?s and therefore she is in no great hurry to induce. I personally have always felt that my EDD was actually 17th or 18th rather than the 15th because of when I ovulate anyway. So, we have an appointment to see her again next Thursday if the baby hasn?t arrived by then. A CTG told us all was fine today so that was a relief. She did check me too and things seem to be softening and dilating so that was positive her parting shot was that she was on call Friday and Sunday if I could manage one of those dates
