I'm off to bed too now...good night!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I love it! It made me laugh so much when I read it last night! I love the hideous spelling! What a pikey (am I allowed to say that?)

So...does anyone want my paypal password so they can withdraw all the money from my bank account and transfer it to their own?

And I thought MN was full of middle class bores?!

trendaverter · 05/10/2007 14:10

yes please

hun xxxx

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/10/2007 14:26

TA, did you report her to MNHQ?

If not, I would. I'm sure they don't want people getting the site a bad name.

I' totally farked off with the swap/for sale boards. With all this swapping that's going on no-one wants my pram. I was tempted to add that I'd throw in a free screwdriver and screws, bit it might not have gone down too well

Charlie999 · 05/10/2007 14:39

what a thread....don't suppose anyone want to swap my BabiesRUs cheap travel system, good condition despite being slung in the car, driven through mud, dog shaking water/mud all over it, rain cover probably on the wrong way round (can't work it out to save my life )???? No?

Charlie999 · 05/10/2007 14:40

and for today only...I'll include the baby that sits in it .......

riabutterflew · 05/10/2007 14:50

I'll swap my DH - only two owners - hardly used, for Lloyd Owen...

riabutterflew · 05/10/2007 14:52

so, have been to the supermarket - yuk, and everything seemed so much more expensive today. Back to morrisons/Tesco next week I think. and I've got my ADs...

Morrisons have 1/3rd off nappies til Monday I think.

foxybrown · 05/10/2007 14:55

I'll swap the embarrassment of shouting at the builders 3 doors down in the middle of the street as 3 yummy mummies came by (one of which I think I am meant to know but my memory is so bad) for my dignity.

Pleeeeeease?

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/10/2007 14:56

Ria, things probably are more expensive...the crappy weather and flooding is having a knock on effect all the way through the food supply chain.

So sayeth my DH....so it must be true!!

Some friends of ours decided to try and economise so they bought half a lamb from the butchers. It was only £35 and was chopped up into joints. I need to clear a bit of space in my freezer, but definately more cost effective than buying lamb in Sainsbury's.

riabutterflew · 05/10/2007 14:57

I didn't notice "weight gain" mentioned as a side effect of my ADs

DH needs to get a job - he keeps randomly emptying shelves and chucking the out of date stuff away. he's reorganised a whole cupboard and the fridge

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/10/2007 14:58

LOL foxy, I hope you shouted something suitably uncouth at them (the yummy mummies)when they tutted in your direction?

I want to be a yummy mummy

foxybrown · 05/10/2007 15:01

The had a huge delivery of sand. On the pavement. For 5 hours and not shifting it. I already called the Council when I went out, but having to push a wide double-buggy into oncoming trucks on the busy road where I live pissed me off.

So I'm shouting "see? SEE?!" As these yummies are wheeling their buggies into the road around the sand, completely unbothered by it. "Get it shifted. NOW".

None of them had a clue what I was saying as none of them spoke any English and I suspect they were laughing at me.

And they know where I live.

Should I be scared????

loonylovegood · 05/10/2007 15:06

I'd have got pissd off too foxy! It really gets my back up when people block the pavement and I have to push my precious cargo into the middle of the road! Luckily I have a tandem, if I had a side by side I'd never get anywhere round here.

foxybrown · 05/10/2007 15:10

Now I have to go out and do the school run. Oh dear.

Charlie999 · 05/10/2007 15:17

I've also been to Sainsbury's - things are definately more expensive atm. It's amazing how I have to get out of the way when some old lady is coming my way...

AND while I was unpacking the car NOT in a P&B space, 3 fucking people without children parked in P&B spaces

my DD is crying and whinging today and is doing my head in

Obviously not having a good day am I? Sorry for the rant ladies

Charlie999 · 05/10/2007 15:18

FFS - changed, fed, slept, bonjela'd....what IS the fucking matter?

Hope the christening goes well, Trace. Are many people having christenings for their LOs?
