pesha AT CRAP DENTIST !!! You poor love . That sounds a nightmare. I've had loads of problems with my teeth since I was little, I came off my bike when I was 10 and knocked out my front tooth, but it was my adult one , but the thought of the dentist making it worse is awful! I now drive halfway across the country to go back to my home dentist for treatment I've just had so many probs, he's been my dentist all my life and knows my whole family. Would find swapping really hard. Anyway, lots of sympathy and hugs for you xxx

I agree with the fresh air thing, we had a bbq a few nights ago and I had N on the roof in his bouncer while my dad and I got the bbq going. He was totally out by 7.30pm which was unheard of for him. I think from now on, any night that he´s still awake at 7.30pm, up on the roof he´s going

Weighed myself at my mum´s and have lost 1.5kgs! I think in about 10 days though I can´t remember exactly when I last weighed myself. How fab?! Can´t see quite where from but hey, hardly the point...

Also stocked up on pampering stuff to keep up my weekly commandment to spoil myself, some Lóreal fake sun moisturiser type thing, face masks, eye cream (suddenly essential!) and a lovely cleanser. Can´t wait for the weekend to get on with it

grand. she is a real laugh and such a sweetie. went to bf group this morning and a bit hacked off that she has only put on 1lb in 4 weeks. she is a real muncher so was sure she had put on more - especially as she now has 3 chins and rolls of fat on her thighs ... like her mum!!!!

Hi CD!!! Millionaire Shortbread - yummy indeed.

My mum thought she had packed some of that yesterday for the picnic we had at the races, and I thought I had seen it in the bag. Anyway, we couldn't find it, despite pulling out everything in the car. Mum then found the M&S receipt and it turned out she hadn't bought any in the first place!!!
It was very funny - you probably had to be there tho to get the full extent of how muppet like we were!!

Just got back from Morrisons. There was an accident on the motorway so what normally take sme 10 minutes, took me 40 but I hate to complain about that as you never know if anyone was hurt.

Thought best to fo shopping tonight as have not found the weekly shop very joyful with 3 kids in tow. DS1 and DD gang up on me and egg each other on to sneak things in the trolley

Well, I went to Body Balance, and it was really good. A mix of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga for a whole hour! At the end there was 10 mins of relaxation, and I have to say I completely zoned out.

Nearly didn't make it, as dh was feeding K, and she was being an absolute nightmare for some reason - crying and messing around. So, I took over and fortunately she was fine. I think tbh she was just knackered as she hasn't slept much today at all.

Tooth is crap and hurting more now, didnt go to dentist as I knew we had to go town this afternoon and didnt want to be walking around all numb! And wont go tomorrow as we have to go clarks village for school shoes, darent leave it any longer or the place will be a nightmare! But will def go dentist next week and until then will just keep taking pain killers and eating soft food!

But on plus side I got this phone on contract cos my old contract runs out next month and I LOVE it!! Nothing like having a new toy to cheer me up!

SOL - glad your body balance thingamybob went well. Really want to join you all in your exercise/diet plans but am too tied to my baby, too skint and my crappy bloke works stupid hours!! Plus I'm struggling just not to put on weight at the mo with bfing so will have to wait. Oh well will be winter soon and I can cover it all up!
