We've got a FAB baby bouncer that is specially designed to take the weight of a toddler (up to 40lb, I think) It converts into a toddler chair once bubba has gorwn out of it as a bouncer. It is by Fisher Price. I'll try and find a link .....

I need to pump milk. I have a Tesco order due between 8 and 10. no sign yet. It's gonna arrive as soon as I get my norks out isn't it?

Oh yes! Do you have to plug into the mains or can you run on batteries and walk around freely!

Ellie, pmsl at you getting your norks out and the Tesco Man turning up!
Bit surprised he smelt of smoke. The Tesco people we have are all lovely, and not smelly at all!

Hi CD. That bouncer looks really good.

Waiting for fil to phone re Becky. So hoping everything is ok with her. Dh and I are missing her terribly.

Evening all

Haven't a hope of catching up with thread since Sunday so I will just say that I hope you're all well. Although I'm trying to cut down on internet time I missed you all.

Visit home was tiring (George still teething and being a night-time milk monster) and emotional (my gran is so poorly and frail and my dad's sibs are falling out with each other all over the place). My brother is moving to Australia in 6-8 weeks for work. My aunt (more like a sis only 3yrs older) got married last Saturday at Gretna Green. Told family day after! She's very happy which is fab. So that's my news.

DH has come home from Edinburgh, woke the baby had a shower and gone to bed in a huff. There's still loads to do to get the house straight for his parents visiting tomorrow. He left it in a mess on Monday morning before he went away;dishes unwashed, clothes dumped on floor from airer, bed not made. I am so cross with him! He says "We've got enough on our plates without trying to make the house perfect for visitors". Who cares about perfect I just don't want his mum to think we're (by "we" I mean me) dirty buggers. If she starts cleaning when they get here I'll feel like I've failed!

Anyway rant over now.

Better go finish cleaning bathroom. Grrrrr.

Morning katy!

Morning - nipping upstairs quickly to put clothes away and come on here .... older 2 are playing shops (and antagonising each other, no doubt...) and P is kicking on her playmat.

She woke up at 8am in the end!!!!!

Shame she's not my 1st!

CD - dd didn't wake up until 8.40!!! !! Pity I'd been up with ds for nearly 2 hours by then.

Bouncy chairs - I think baby bjorn do one that lasts beyond 6 months.

MIL kindly gave us some cash last time she came (kind of makes up for the Housecoat ) so we splashed out on one of these and ds LOVES it!!

Oooggs, hope you had a nice meal out and a better night last night.
