my DS picked up some sheep sh*t in the park today. Didn't make it into his mouth though, TG...

Welcome Naturopath. Does the name mean you are super earth mum type then??

glad to see shoe discussion. means we are getting back to 'normal'

those of you with one older than 1.5 years pls tell me where I should get a wee pillow for DS - John Lewis? Mothercare? Must be internet delivery a true shop is too much work at the mo...

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:14

oh don't worry Daisy I'll help you find some (this is almost as exciting as buying shoes for myself)

loonylovegood · 15/07/2007 20:15

Good shoe choices girlies! I think I'm just gonna go in to town and try some on. Thanks for looking!

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:16

loonylovegood · 15/07/2007 20:17

daisyandbabybootoo · 15/07/2007 20:17

LOL lilkel....i was thinking wee as in urine....was trying to figure out what you meant

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:19

lilkel, is this the size you're after??

daisyandbabybootoo · 15/07/2007 20:20

This is the sort of thing I'm after, but strappier across the front.

bumperlicious · 15/07/2007 20:21

can't link daisy but if you have a look at the clarks site at women's shoes there are some called funky doo. they are dead comfy and gorgeous in blue. i would have a pair but i don't really wear blue and the brown ones make me look lentil weavery!

lilQuidditchKel · 15/07/2007 20:23

Hiya ladies - PMSL at 'wee pillow' as in 'urine pillow' -- no pun intended (oh dear will we ever not think of bodily functions as main conversation topics again?)

Yes he sleeps in a cot at the mo - soon to be cotbed - so the Amazon one looks to be right size. Guess I need "wee" pillowcase too?

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:23

this is cheaper

naturopath · 15/07/2007 20:23

sorry - prob my fault re the poos.

Thought I was a 'naturopath' when joining MN. Since giving birth all good intentions out the window - currently doing daily 60degree washes, tumble dryer, not getting to the plastics recycling thing, tons of disposable nappies.. yes, all gone a bit wrong.. but hopefully only temporarily.

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:24

OK Daisy - i'm on it.............

bumperlicious · 15/07/2007 20:28

yep, my reusable nappy intentions haven't materialised yet! soon though!

daisy, well done on your sleep btw. good ol' dh! gutted about that post re: missing a night feed, that's the whole point for me! but then i guess you've missed a night feed. any side effects?

daisyandbabybootoo · 15/07/2007 20:32

this is the sort of thing but without the wedge.

bumper, I had a look on clarks website but didnt see any I liked

foxybrown · 15/07/2007 20:33

check yr emails xxxxx

daisyandbabybootoo · 15/07/2007 20:34

naturopath, i am currently researching real nappies with a view to becoming a fully fledged lentil weaver. I've been at the amount of nappies in the bin since babyboo was born.

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:36

Daisy - bit pricey but nice
maybe these? dodgy link - go to women, footwear, flats, then see 2nd last sandal on 2nd page.
i LOVE these

daisyandbabybootoo · 15/07/2007 20:37

I'm checking....nothing

derlor · 15/07/2007 20:38

I know they are not all available in your size but they might be in the shops??
think i might get myself a wee pair of those red ones!

foxybrown · 15/07/2007 20:39

Hello everyone!
