Hi all. A good night here too as B slept until 7.30 and we had to wake K up at 8.00!

Sun was shining, but a bit grey now. Planning a BBQ later so hope the sun is back.

Hello! Also had a great night here, N slept from 8pm - 5.30am.. we have everything crossed for a repeat... AND he slept in his cot instead of in our bed (even better!). He had a bit of a sleep this morning but has been pretty awake since then. It´s really hot today, everyone´s pretty grumpy with it too..

N is lying on him tummy on the sofa next to me all NEKKID! (yes we´ve protected the sofa under him just in case) and I could just eat his little bum!

Well I got a lie in this morning too. Then I had a quick dash to Ikea, which meant struggling to get past stupid buggers who leave trolleys in the middle of the aisles . Then into Leeds for lunch with Elkie. Was lovely to meet Danny, who was very good and slept all the time...unlike Erin who decided to cry lots . It was nice to meet you Elkie & your DH, shame we had to put up with the drunkards nearby (that doesn't include me in case you're all wondering )

I got 2 pairs of jeans today too, woohooooo.

Glad to hear lots of LOs slept through the night & pmsl @ wanting to bite N's bum Maveta .

It is peeing with rain!! .

Dh is still going to BBQ under the trees with a waterproof on - he is MAD!!!

Managed to spend half an hour at the lido before the clouds loomed which was lovely.

Glad babes are starting to sleep through for many - fingers crossed it lasts.

oooooo very about all this sleeping through! S is now 9 weeks old so it can't be too far off for us, can it [hopeful emoticon]?

erk, am drinking some v good champagne (won yesterday at E's school summer fayre) and a bastard fly has landed in it. S is hanging off my boobie and I can't get up to get a spoon to fish out the fly. OK have called Em to get me one - see 5 year olds do have their uses! that's better.

Sun still shining here - had almost forgotton what it looked like, so about bloody time.

I still need MSN explaining to me. And facebook come to that. Are these things I should be getting into, or are they a slippery slope into addiction?

Need to start making an effort to come on here more often I seem to have missed loads.
I hope everyone is ok and all the LOs are behaving.

All is well here Alex is now a whopping 13 lb 14 oz !! my lil hunk-a-chunk!! His 8 wk check went ok but he has to be referred to a urologist as the Doc thinks he should get the skin on his penis checked as it looks like it is very close to his 'wee' hole and he doesnt want it to cause problems as he grows and starts to potty train.The doc said it is only a precaution and best to check it now then have probs further down the line.
Alex has also had his first lot of needles and he was an absolute star was very proud.

Not much else to report really not been up to much but every day seems so manic and thats just with 2 kids!! dont know how those of you with more cope!!.

I have msn too I am much more likely to be caught on there as I prefer to speak to my friends on it as its cheaper than ringing them. as my DH constantly reminds me !!

Well, we managed the BBQ. The rain stopped at 5.00 and dh ran out and got it all sorted, although sadly took his eye of it as he came in to watch the tennis for a bit and most of it was burnt ! Hey ho, at least the wine was tasty

Evening all, we're safely back in London though I'm missing Ilkley. It's daunting how long it takes to unpack and sort things out with a baby around - Danny was very good as normabutty mentioned through lunch and on the train journey but he woke up and was quite demanding for various things this evening.

It was nice to meet normabutty though when I first spotted her and her dh and daughter I started to go up to them and then got cold feet and thought "what if it's not them?" and went back to fetch Mike and Danny, thankfully then we did all decide who each other may be and spoke to each other!

Baby Erin looked beautiful in a blue and white dress, Danny wore one of his best zebra suits which he's nearly outgrown (he has several), we're just trying to get maximum wear out of it.

Good morning.. a fab night again here, N slept from about 9pm til 5.30am, fed him in bed and he fell asleep again til 7.30am when dh took him through with him to let me sleep a bit more. Fab! I just know this is going to last just long enough to let me get really used to it and then he´ll get tired of all that sleep [hope not!!]

Got to go feed him now.. x
