You sarky lot . Realised of course that it's so long since I've been out to a pub on a Friday night that I have nothing to wear .

No problems with my teeth since I started using electric brush, and my dentist thinks they are good.

mustrunmore · 06/07/2007 19:32

Friz, your gym had cbeebies on???!!! I'd change gyms if I were you!

csws, just wear jeans. I would. But then, I'm a slob Or jeans with your perky tits blue top if you're out to impress

Jas, dd1 will be a complete nightmare for all of her teenage years...

mustrunmore · 06/07/2007 19:56

Here's an interesting one... ds1 asleep by 7.30, after a huge tantrumetc as usual. Butb askedb to go withb no nappy
Anyoneb knowb howb tob stopb myb keyboardbputtingab b on the end of everything?

Flamesparrow · 06/07/2007 20:09

OP posts:
Frizbe · 06/07/2007 20:13

good luck with the dry night then??? got any bed mat things? if not lob a fleece under him, they soak up loads. Re the b, stop pressing it?

Chloe or was it phoenix, had an attack of half way round Tesco, as realised I'd not said Twycross Zoo to answer one of you

anyway Tesco did not have any new jeans in my size,(had to get some as been living in one pair all week since other pair died ) so I ended up at Sains'bs and got a pair £5 cheaper!! (£10 total) also got two new bras for 3.50 each in the sale in the correct size!!

Flame just afternoon this time, as have arrange to see a friend in Poole in the evening! (getting about me!) what time is best 1.30ish? (avoiding lunch with 4 small people in tow)

BTW can anyone tell me why the 16mth old can out eat the 3year old

Oh and Hi Soupey, where you been?

Frizbe · 06/07/2007 20:14

Dame have a great weekend hon!

Phoenix · 06/07/2007 20:17

It was me Friz but i forgot i'd asked until i just read that lol.

I'm home alone with wine (dh on nights, ds at my mums)

Flamesparrow · 06/07/2007 20:18

Thought that was the plan, but that I should check

1.30 sounds fine

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 06/07/2007 20:26

The baby always outeats the toddler in this house, unless its tinned spag hoops

'B' seems to have repaired itself

Phoenix · 06/07/2007 20:30

maybe you're not pressing b anymore

Flamesparrow · 06/07/2007 20:31

Baby outeats everyone

(See, told you the B would stop when you stopped pressing it )

I haven't spoke to dh for about 21 hours When i went to bed last night i rang him to say goodnight as i normally do and we ended up arguing about money, AGAIN . He hung up on me which made me even angrier so i haven't rung him all day. Its been made easier cos he was in bed til 4 and i've been at work since 1. He always normally rings me before now and he hasn't. He texted me earlier putting "ello luv wot u doin?" I replied "working" and he hasn't texted or rang since BLOODY MEN!!!!!!!!![ANGRY]

Jas · 06/07/2007 20:46

My three all eat about the same amount each But ds still drinks milk as well, and they don't.

DP and I just don't talk about money, or houses at all, then we don't argue
fro you though Phoenix. It isn't nice to be arguing about money.

lol@ the B

Frizbe · 06/07/2007 20:46

Oh well u never know Phoenix, maybe he'll make it up to you this weekend?
I wish I could have a glass of wine I will be making up for this next week I assure you all

Flame glad you found the Beta mums thread

ChasingSquirrels · 06/07/2007 20:50

I don't like the hoody either.
Flame - do you think your period and mine are wandering about having fun somewhere? I'm at 52 days now, although slightly reasurred by csws's point re the extra feeding I did while on holiday I would still like it to turn up.
mrm - fingers x'd for dry nights, ds1 decided at 2.11y that he wasn't wearing a nappy at night, he had about 4 accidents in the next fortnight and that was it
T is sick, bad cold, streaming with it and very sad
ds1 had earache last night, woke screaming with it, administered drugs and he woke up ok this morning, its about the 4th time he has done it (since birth) and it is always ok in the morning, v odd.

Flamesparrow · 06/07/2007 20:59

PG

DH is out at a friend's birthday meal (was meant to be both of us, but I blew the budget with the various London trips this month ) - sitting in my tidy house ( a whole 2 days now ) and just trying to be relaxy.

OP posts:
Flamesparrow · 06/07/2007 21:01

They've sodded off abroad somewhere hot haven't they? I'm only on 38 days (longest has been 34, but I was getting closer to the full moon which has confused me), but the stomach ache has gone now, and I have no b/feeding to blame!!

Tis stress. Tis stress. Tis stress.

We worry this time next week.

OP posts:
ChasingSquirrels · 06/07/2007 21:03

I'm normally 35 days, but only had 3 since they came back in Feb, so maybe still settling down. I tested in the week which was -ve but still want it to turn up. Discovered 99p tests in Savers aswell, which I wish I had known about when I was trying for dc1!

Frizbe · 06/07/2007 21:05

Flame I was about to say they'd both gone somewhere nice and hot together

CS for the poorly people in your house, hope you get a better nights sleep tonight.

ChasingSquirrels · 06/07/2007 21:11

night was actually ok as it was late evening that ds1 woke up, but hoping they both sleep ok tonight.
Yay on your jeans/bras - I need to get measured for new bras, am currently wearing either feeding bras (which I don't really need for 1 feed a day) or pre-pg (1st!!) bras which unfortunately don't fit anymore

Frizbe · 06/07/2007 21:15

oooh go get em re fitted young lady you need to keep em perky! I'm off to bother dh now girls, so will catch ya all tomorrow Have great weekends!

Flamesparrow · 06/07/2007 21:30

DS keeps screaming and I can't work out why.

Nappy is fine.

Calpol given.

Babygrow off (he felt hot but that could be due to screaming - he tends to just sleep in nappy or longies anyway.

Full bottle in there.

Keep cuddling, settling. He is quiet for 5mins or so and then starts screaming again (screaming rather than crying )

OP posts:
Phoenix · 06/07/2007 21:49

Dh has give in and rung me. We had a very off conversation that lasted about 3mins. I think i'll have forgiven him by the time he gets into bed in the morning.

Flame - I hope ds settles for you and you can get back to relaxing Hope he isn't ill.

Phoenix · 06/07/2007 21:51

I've just looked back on my mobile and the call actually lasted 1min 3secs.

CantSleepWontSleep · 06/07/2007 23:28

I'm back! Did you miss me? Had a lovely evening, so much so that we're planning on meeting up again next week! They are the nicest mumsnetters I've met so far

Flame - teething perhaps? Apparently dd screamed for half an hour whilst I was out too, so as that's 2 nights in a row we're now assuming teeth (was worried about dairy last night, as she had parmesan with tea).

CS - are you braving our meetup next month? Don't think you've ever said.
