Hello girls - just a flying "Hello" (Hotmama waves)

Dp is away tonight - so I am taking a tremendously rare opportunity to look at Mumsnet.

I'm working full-time at the moment as I'm just so busy and also in the middle of a restructuring exercise at work - will try to drop a couple of days towards the end of the year. Hence I am never on Mumsnet anymore.

Nice to see this is still a 'live' postnatal group.

Hope you are all fabulously well and the lo's (that are not little any more) are fabulous as well.

Anyone want to give me a quick summary of any news/gossip - anyone pregnant etc (hopefully haven't asked a faux pas if there has been bad news etc).

I was wondering about Dewmeadow last week and did a search....she is posting on her antenatal thread (and Harry Potter) after a bit of a break and is due in 4 weeks

I shouldn't have said anything about no extra milk (plus I rashly told my neighbour with a non sleeping 9 month old that ds is sleeping through), yesterday. Up at 1am for an hour, required milk, calpol and lots of cuddles

Phew made it through the night once I finally got all of my boys to sleep, it took me ages to go to sleep as was listening for ds3 too much having checked him quite a bit through the evening. He seems fine today if a little warm so some calpol and off to rhythm time later I think It may take me a few days to stop worrying as I had rather a scare but I do think he's ok now.

Right must get kids dressed and to school bit late really isn't it?

Hotmama - one thing we haven't mentioned... Kel and her husband are getting divorced

Not had chance to catch up but carpet man been and I'M GETTING A NEW CARPET!!!!! all because the paint had gone hard on the carpet - yay!!!! Cant be angry at DS now for spilling paint can I?!!!!

Will catch up soon, just trying to do my shopping list within budget which I hate doing!

Not upto much here, just been on the cbbc website with dd1 for a bit, but she's getting fustrated with the mouse control (lack of it) so we've left it for now thought after CS mentioning it yesterday, it might be a fun thing for her to try. Ah she wants me to do more colouring with her now, no rest eh!! (dd2 asleep, so someone is at least chilling out!) if I'm not back on this weekend its cause I'm away, however if dh is on form like last night and asleep for 9pm I may well be back on!

for clingy teeth - DS is chewing his whole fist sooo much atm. Both are winding up DH whilst I hide out here "cooking".

DH cut the grass of his own accord today . I've just spent some time attacking the bathroom a bit - going to suggest the 30 mins thing again tonight - we got a lot done last night. If he does the kitchen again and I sort clothes - I will then do kids toys in the lounge whilst watching tv. Very tempted to get more wine We are on the really cheap stuff now though

at getting more wine, I thought I could be bad, until I walked past another mum down the streets recycling last night it was only 2 weeks worth of bottles, lol, made me feel lots better!!

Hmmm I'm swaying towards gym....

Oh and yay for grass says she wishing dh would think about doing theirs.....but that's my job at the moment, sigh......
Hey we got paint!! sent my mum to buy some 342 using her oap discount! sometime in the next two months our living/dining room may well get a facelift!! hurrah!

I didn't open the bottle dp bought me but I've had a very odd day today, and I think I will open it tonight.

I did loads of cleaning today and dp was really impressed. The whole house looked good. I'm going to write him a list of jobs to do to finish off in here (he never finishes anything)and try and get the house nice for us all.
