Er, bad about that!

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/06/2007 22:45

Not sure either pg, but always worth a try.

£60 bar pence mrm. Yes Friz, it's the layered one.

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/06/2007 22:47

You just always have beds on your mind .

mustrunmore · 20/06/2007 22:48

But not as much as your bin cost, eh?

I really need to g oto bed, else I wont be up for a run tomorrow before Willows(am going out for an evening one too, with neighbour)... and dh will be home soon; if he catches me on here, I'll have no excuse notto get up at 5 with ds2 in the morning, as he'll realsie its my own fault Im tired!

mustrunmore · 20/06/2007 22:48

Was going to make some witty remark about my bed favours....

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/06/2007 22:50

Oh don't talk to me about that ruddy bin. The lid just goes up and down all bloody day by itself, when no-one is anywhere near it! I must get on to Brabantia and tell them what a waste of an extortionate amount of money it is.

I think I'm off to bed now too actually, once I've put the dishwasher on.

mustrunmore · 20/06/2007 22:51

Thats not the bin's fault, its a ghoster in your kitchen
My carrier bags on the back of the door cost nothing, and they never flap open

Phoenix · 20/06/2007 22:54

The other thing is the boss of the roofing business is the dad of the 2 lafs that are doing our roof so we think he might just stick up for them

dh says we might as well just pay them and get shut but we'll see what they say tomorrow when we drag them to look at our ceiling

Phoenix · 20/06/2007 22:55

lads not lafs

Frizbe · 20/06/2007 22:57

Ohhh hope it goes ok Phoenix, BTW have you seen smiley recently? not posted in June from what I can make out????

Night CSWS and MRM and probably me as well!

KelBelle · 20/06/2007 23:24

Hi Ladies,

I'm well behind on this thread - thanks for the update today Flame!!!

Well today I filed for divorce not sure on my feelings about it really, had a text conversation with DH the other day and said I was thinking I would do it this week and he said he thought we should so there is definately no point hanging on and I saw my solicitor today so it is all starting now. By Christmas I will be single.

My "Friend" seems to be feeling a lot for me now. he has told me a few times he wants more than just sex (which we still havent done by the way) I really like him too now but think it may be because I'm lonely and he makes me feel good about myself. He is coming round tomorrow evening and I reckon things could move on a bit IYKWIM. We are talking a lot on the phone and he tells me I'm beautiful all the time!!! He is really sweet but I'm not sure if a full time relationship can come out of this. He came round Sunday and we had a long chat and that is what made my mind up about divorce as telling him about DH just made him sound terrible and I realised perhaps I could do better.

DS has been an angel this week, all smiley and sweet - probably wont last long though

Jas · 21/06/2007 07:13

I've run out of tea bgs Is it too early to start knocking on neighbours doors to borrow one?

mustrunmore · 21/06/2007 07:21

Thats a very serious situation Jas, given how much you drink Shame you're not here; I've got about 860 on the top of my fridge

Kel, trust me, by the time the absolute actually comes through, it'll seem soooo long ago that this all happenened, you'llhave all sorts of men on the go , and loads of exciting stuff. And you'll have forgotten all about dh. A word of warning though... when I got divorced, I didnt use a solicitor as we'd agreed stuff ourselves anyway, so dh said he'd get his one to do everything needed on both sides (which she did do!) but then he decided he didnt want to pay her bill for about 3 months, so it held all the paperwork up

Flamesparrow · 21/06/2007 07:55

Oh Kel for divorce, but for nice man. I still can't quite believe we gone through a marriage breakup in the last 2 years (obv you can't either )

MRM - Have made a note to write down absolutely everything I can about you now so your round up is at least twice the length of everyone elses

Friz - You weren't meant to let him read it!!!!

Where is MrCSWS???

Argh for roof

Argh argh for 4 molars - that's gotta hurt!!!!

at the possessed bin.

at the year long favours... you do know that favours don't have to be done to the person who did one for you? They are like gift vouchers and can be used in oodles of stores, so someone does something nice for you (gives you a lift), you do something nice for someone else (send random strangers online oodles of baby clothes), someone online helps an old lady across a road, old lady listens helps out granddaughter with something, granddaughter buys your mate a coffee.... all sorted

In other words let it go! You don't have to be in control of everything (as much as you would like to be )

Jas - I have tea, and would be fine with a neighbour knocking for some at that time.

Flamesparrow · 21/06/2007 07:58

I won the doodles

When I told DH about them he said "you do have a weird obsession with pirates don't you?"

How long has it taken for him to realise????

Jas · 21/06/2007 08:05

I much prefer Flames favour theory, to the once a year one.

I went for tea....first choice had curtains closed, but next one had tv on. Her husbad answered the door, told me he's been in casualty all night with his wife who collapsed at the clinic getting her coil fitted She is home nowand ok (I think).
I did get my tea bags though.

Kel.
Also vomiting baby, leaking roof, and teething.

Flamesparrow · 21/06/2007 08:17

collapsed getting a coil fitted??!?!?!

2boysmacca · 21/06/2007 08:33

I'm going to say for the divorce Kel because this is a step forwards for you.

for the leaky roof.
for the friendly tea bag neighbour

No more sickly baby here, but dodgy tummy mummy! Am aiming to make it to the gym though so I can't be that bad Ds2 is currently rifling through my bag and is pulling all the antisceptic wipes out Right better get boys ready for creche and nursery. This will be ds2's first session in the creche on his own without his brother, I'm not looking ofrward to leaving him (he usually cries when I leave him) . Then to pick up wedding outfits from dry cleaneres, come back, pack the car up, pick up ds from nursery, feed them then drive down. Oh How I loathe that journey!

Chloe55 · 21/06/2007 09:22

I hope things go as smoothly as they can for you Kel, it must be very hard and draining but once it's over you can start a new chapter in your life, with or without the new man

at your roof PG, I would be so annoyed! I hope you get it sorted soon without having to spend too much cash on it.

The reason it took 7hrs to Glasto is because he spent 2 of them in stand still traffic queueing to get in!

Glad your ds is better Macca.

Will have a look at the dress properly when I get back from work CSWS.

Chloe55 · 21/06/2007 09:23

Oooh ooh I forgot, Inside & Out (is that what the programme is called? PG/Frizbe might know) anyway they are filming a chemo case at my work today and seeing as though I will be the only nurse there today I presume I will be on TV Could do without it tbh, I look a right mess at the mo.
