I'm lost, why Oliver, isn't it Joseph?

He sleeps well, he's my prize for putting up with no naps ds, who's bedtime was 5pm up until he was about 20 months.

CantSleepWontSleep · 19/06/2007 14:59

Err, I meant Joseph, sorry . We only did Oliver once.

Chloe55 · 19/06/2007 15:01

Put the last nappy on an hour ago, lets hope he can last until 7pm - if not looks like I will be running round after him with baby wipes again.

I have calmed down a bit now, I think I have just got bad PMT combined with a dh who just doesn't think half the time.

2boysmacca · 19/06/2007 16:25

I'd be extremely jealous if he did think!

Flamesparrow · 19/06/2007 18:41

new design

I need honest opinions!! He says he will change the font on the "departments" etc boxes to match the logo

CantSleepWontSleep · 19/06/2007 19:16

Assuming that pictures and products are to follow (home page needs a pic), then I prefer. Will look more later.

Flamesparrow · 19/06/2007 19:23

lol yes, the content etc will be the same as it is currently.

Going to do the roundup this evening - will send to everyone I have addresses for. We don't have to start a new thread, really just wanting to try it out and see how it would work!

2boysmacca · 19/06/2007 19:56

I like it!

Just going to get my hair cut. May or may not return later

Chloe55 · 19/06/2007 20:20

Yes it looks good so far Flame, bit more eye catching and staright forward than your old one I think. How's the business going? Are you making much yet?

Found my keys btw, they were under a pile of clothes on the bedroom floor, not where I eft them.

mustrunmore · 19/06/2007 20:51

Chloe, dont jump the gun... IME, ds1/2 move things more often than dh!

Macca, is that 'may or may not come back on mn later' or 'may or may not come back from the hairdressers'

csws, I thought of your dress; saw one in woolies (I know, not posh enough! But it was a lovely dress!) No lacey yuck on it, simple, tasteful, £14 so good to wreck.... smallest size was aged 3-4 Sorry!!

I'm sorry, but I cant believe that someone doesnt know every word to every Joseph song already I used to listen to it every day for the majority of my childhood years, and still put it on alot now! I adore musicals. I used to get laughed at alot in 'music appreciation' in primary school for knowing all the words, and lending teachers the albums I so clearly remember when Song And Dance was televised, I was at my grandparents, and Grandad let me stay up to see it because I heard the first 5 minutes and was totally entranced. I got the tape for xmas that year, and I'nm still isteneing to it copied onto cd now. I'd love to get a proper cd though, as the sound quality is appalling.

Chloe55 · 19/06/2007 20:54

I was the Pharoah at school and got a standing ovation , I had the Elvis lip going and everything!

Jas · 19/06/2007 21:04

Very professional looking Flame

Chloe - I agree much more likely to be ds moving keys. (Did I mention dp had to screw the back door shut last week at midnight because we couldn't find the only key? The next day dd2 retreived it from the garden, but is still denying having put it htere)

I've never seen Joseph I was a nun in the sound of music once though.

mrm- whichever place is easiest for you to get to, unless you actuallty want to go to Brent Cross.

mustrunmore · 19/06/2007 21:08

Was that a nun on a bike? I love the Sound of Music too...
Thats a great image of the door!!! Dh will appreciate that. If it was us, he's have nailed planks all the way across it too. And had to plan the job for an hour first.

Er, I'm not bothered about Brent Cross. I'd only spend money. And I'm lazy, so close id good! Then I'll get home about the same time as dh or not far off, and I can do a run And I'll satisfy my Tescos urge... oh... except that I'm not buying groceries But as we have only 3 loo rolls left, i should really go and get some What time were you thinknig?

Jas · 19/06/2007 21:11

Late morning? Stay for lunch?

Jas · 19/06/2007 21:11

Late morning? Stay for lunch?

mustrunmore · 19/06/2007 21:15

Sounds good to me! Now, ds2 normally sleeps 11-12 at best, but he might fallasleep on the way over if he's tired enough, so that would sort that out. If not, he'll fall asleep on the way back from sheer exhaustion and then not go to bed But dh can deal with that, as he's only on a 9hr shift both weekend days

Jas · 19/06/2007 21:22

I've don't bother planning round naps (ds fell asleep in my friends daughter's high chair the other day because I forgot) My theory is that if he's tired he sleeps. He will sleep in the car, too.

My friend sold my cakes at £1 a piece today! She sold 9 of the 12 she took, and will take the rest tomorrow

Frizbe · 19/06/2007 22:06

Yay for the cakes Jas more baking for you then

Chloe, sorry to hear you've had a pants day hope tomorrow is lots better for you and that you got nappies on time (FYI sainsburys have em free in the loos)

Off to watch ITV now, and cringe at the roleplayers and the comic!! Dara Obrien....
Will catch you all tomorrow (and no its not our lot!)

Oh Flame, the site looks fab very professional.

2boysmacca · 19/06/2007 22:07

I'm a musical fan too. Have seen the majority of them but haven't been to see one in years and years, but have seen Starlight Express at least 4 times! Last one I saw was probably Jesus Christ Superstar (had Ferdi from This Life playing JC)

Saw Joseph with Jason when he reappeared after PIp Schofield!

Off to bed. Ds2 not settling and I need to get some z's in!

mustrunmore · 19/06/2007 22:17

Ooo, I love Superstar!

Like that phrasing, about having a pants day with no nappies

CantSleepWontSleep · 19/06/2007 22:40

Yay for cakes Jas.

mrm - I don't mind a dress that comes from Woolies, as long as it doesn't look like it comes from Woolies IYSWIM.

Ooh, found out today that dd's 2 'mystery' teeth are indeed molars!

Flamesparrow · 19/06/2007 22:47

@ Ferdi and Jason.

I've been chorus for many shows

I have spent 2 AND A HALF HOURS typing the roundup!!

If its going to be regular then I need to keep notes during the thread.

Tis not witty in any way - tis literally a rundown of the posts. Some have less about them than others - not due to lack of posting, but to lack of posting about own lives... some poeple reply more than start things iysiwm.

Will sort out emailing now.
