Aspergers Syndrome - lack of empathy is a big part of it, along wiht lots of routine based things. So far she has a lot of the routine issues, but the empathy wasn't a problem (my sister is mild AS and DD has many traits)

Sounds like a normal 4 yr old thing. I don't think children that young have much empathy. My dds are only just getting it properly.
