bloss - think leo weighs somewhere between 24 and 28 pounds! He will be weighed next week (if hv turns up this time) Lo and toby look v similar! congrats at crawling too

lysette - lol at the crawling backwards. Won't be long til he is full speed ahead!

Good luck to all those coming down witht the chicken pox...

Add us too the moving bunch. Just found out today we are being offered a three bedroom house (council) just down the road, so we are delighted!

TheGoddessBlossom · 31/05/2007 20:02

yeah I think it is the pox. Would explain his clinginess and grumpiness over the last 3 days or so which is so unlike him. He slept more than usual today, has had a runny nose, and has one big "mother" spot on his back (Harry had the same thing, one big one on his cheek, and then lots of other little ones)and about 4 around his willy, one on his ear, one on his eyebrow.....am expecting more to have apppeared by morning. Pants. Oh well, gets it over with, and it is better for them to have it young cos they don't scratch them - so much....

Wallace · 31/05/2007 20:02

good luck jacob at paed

congrats at house Wallace! Yeah I think Toby is in that weight range too. Little gut buckets. Leo is a right looker so I take that as a compliment!

lol at the spotty botty! jacob has suffered on and off (mostly when teething) with that - his poo is more acidic then i think is the reason behind it. they get quite bad and can even blister up but sudocrem seems to help.

leo and toby are both georgeous ladies! jacob will be nowhere near that weight.

he shows no signs of crawling forwards - but when he's sitting up he is starting to shuffle his left foot backwards and forwards like he's trying to turn into a bum shuffler

jacobandlysette · 31/05/2007 20:22

and well done on your house wallace!

Wallace · 31/05/2007 20:25

Darn, for some reason photobox isn't working and can't uplaod a pic to my profile either I will keep trying!

lysette - Leo took ages form looking like he was going to crawl to actually doing it. But since he started there is no stopping him In the couple of weeks since he started he is now pulling himself up, cruising, and walking slowly when holding onto something tlike the hoover!

hey ladies!!!

just sat here, waiting for someone from orange to answer my call!! recieved out razr phones today which we bought for £29.99 each and need to register it before they can be used!!

bloss- like everyone says, better to get them over and done with now as its more easier!! kz- has chili had the pox yet??

lysette and wallace- good luck with the moves!! i went council today to see why they havent offered me a bigger place yet, they havent added junior to our form!!

junior tries standing by himself now!! he has made couple of successful attempts, he managed to stand alone for 3-4 seconds!!

and im loving the relationship between him and dd, they play together so well and i love it when dd tries to get junior to play with her and waits patiently for him to follow her!

bloss- lovely pics, oooh those legs look scrumptious!!! dont the two brothers look so much alike!

going to grab a bag of crisps and wait for these people to answer my call!!

Wallace · 31/05/2007 20:55

Prettymum - that is really bad about the council, what a pain!

KZ - fab idea! I wish I could get you to take a phot of Leo, too, you take such wonderful photos. Any further with the meet-up plans?

I'm waiting for my bloody dh to get home so I can go for a run!

Hi girlz
On the suject of spots... it turns out Sefton had... and it sounds a lot worse than it is! ... hand, foot and mouth disease!!! My firends little girls got the same symptoms on the same day so we traced it back to a music class we went to. It is just a viral infection whic has to work it's way out like any other, nothing serious at all. BUT he has little spots which look like chicken pox on his hands and feet (some still there). Luckily they are not itchy so he is not in any discomfort. Sounds yukky tho!
DH out for the night so pizza and wine for dinner - will get back on the dieting wagon tomorrow.

Ceebee74 · 31/05/2007 21:33

Haven't got time to post properly - will catch up asap but wanted to say what a fab idea the montage of photos would be KZ - how about we all take one of our lo's on their birthday so they would all be exactly 1 year old...what do you ladies think?

I am in for the meet up, it is a bit ££££££££££££ but I should be able to scrape it together!
We will come via train

Gawd, isn't Big Brother drivel?
