Coriander73 · 05/09/2007 14:40

OP posts:
wuzzlefraggle · 05/09/2007 15:46

lol! i must admit, i get broody too. its being pregnant that I miss. I used to love feeling Anna riggle about and kick

Jenswish · 06/09/2007 14:00

Thats the one thing thats both cute and annoying. I don't mind getting kicked but DP wants to feel n he can't so he's feeling left out. Plus always kicks when I want to eat and makes me feel sick!! hahaha

We've thought of some names.

Ffion for a girl. Matthew for a boy. I like Cole as well and also Anthony.

wuzzlefraggle · 09/09/2007 20:24

lovely names jenswish!

tell your dp npt to worry about not beng able to feel the kicks yet, in a few more weeks they will be non stop, and your baby will move too, which looks like a tidal wave in your belly! lol

How you feeling hun? any more news on the robbery?

Jenswish · 10/09/2007 09:04

No Nothing on that.

I'm going to try and ring the insurance company tonight and play hell cos its taking the mick now. It's been over a month.

I'm feeling sick!! AGAIN. Heartburn and knackered....ahh well.

peachygirl · 13/09/2007 20:00

ohh didn't see you all here glad to hear you are feeling OK jen, even if you are getting kicked, Cori WOW a year already!
I'm back at work part time which is OK I really want DD to sleep through the night though ... any tips?

NatalieJane · 14/09/2007 17:01

Hello everyone

Sorry I have been away, broadband went down for weeks, and we've been on holiday, and then broadband went down for more weeks....

Anyway, how are you all?!! Jen how's it going? Have you got to the stage where you want it all over with yet?

Wuzz, how's little Anna doing?

Anyone know how Trace2 is getting on with Chloe, last time I could check she was in and out of hospital with her, but that was months ago, hopefully things have settled down a bit by now.

We are all well, George is 9 months now, how the time flies! He is crawling and standing, cruising around the furniture! He has 4 teeth now, haven't had a new one appear for a little while now actually.

Anyway, hope you are all OK, TC xxx

wuzzlefraggle · 15/09/2007 16:57

hiya nat! hiya peachy and jen

Well, Anna is 10 and a half months now. has been walking for the last 3 weeks, has 4 teeth. She's getting really funny too! We've been out in the garden playing in the flowers All is great here. I cant believe that in just under 6 weeks it will be her 1st birthday!!!

Nat where did you go on hols?

I've been wondering about Trace too...i last spoke to her when she was looking for some baby clothes, but then she had to take the baby into hospital...I hope that she is ok too. I'll see if I can dig out her email address and see if I have eny luck getting hold of her.

Jenswish · 19/09/2007 12:54

well I'm knackered and fed up!! ready to quit work now.

My friend is having her C Section today (well 10am this morning apparently) I want to meet my baby now. Its making me really impatient!! haha

wuzzlefraggle · 19/09/2007 16:51

lol ahhh the joys of pregnancy eh?

Well, I'm afraid it's tuff titty!! lol

How far gone are you now jen?

Jenswish · 20/09/2007 12:12

I'm now 25 weeks gone, over half way and getting fat.

Just not quick enough.

Hows Anna? and Wuzz?

wuzzlefraggle · 21/09/2007 11:30

AAhh, its not fat, its baby bump!!! I cant believe that you are 25 weeks already!

Well, Anna is fine (had a nasty fall yesterday and bumped her eye, but is fine today, just a little bruising )

As for Wuzz, I'm good (now I'm over the upset and shock of last night!) and its my SIL's birthday today so I got us tickets to see Vampires Rock at the Bristol Hippodrome (Eddie Ojeda is playing there!!!!! he's the guitarist from twisted sister) I cant wait!.

Jenswish · 21/09/2007 13:01

Sounds good!!

And yes alot of it IS fat!!! hahaha

Jenswish · 24/09/2007 18:22

Bad days the last couple of days.

I haven't eaten anything proper since Saturday afternoon cos it just gets thrown up. I didn't sleep last night due to stomach cramps and a bad dream that the baby was dying in me but the hospital wouldn't operate to try to save its life.

I've been off work today to try to sleep and Ive had a couple of hours but still nothing staying down. S/W hospital last night about cramps who suggested going to the MW.

Went MW this afternoon and baby's heart is beating fine and been told as long as can feel movement then cramps shouldn't be worried about but if I'm still cramping tomorrow or it gets worse they're gonna want me to go in to check i'm not in early labour?!!?!

I've been so bored at home all day and feel really paranoid. I spent yesterday changing the bedroom around so panicking that i've overdone that and hurt baby but every kick is like a big reminder all is ok.

Just hope this has gone by tomorrow so I don't have to go back into the hospital.

NatalieJane · 25/09/2007 12:25

Hello Girlies

Awww Jen, you just wait till the baby is here, all of this that you are going through now will be forgotten! When are you due, I know I could work it out from your dates, but I can't be arsed to put my brain into gear!! I had contractions all the way from 34 weeks till I had George, (do a search for the NatalieJane labour threads LOL Oh the fun....! Anyway, the contractions were put down to an irritable uterous, nothing serious, just a pain in the arse... or the uterous.... LOL

Wow Wuzz I can't believe it is nearly a whole year since Anna was born, it just seems like yesterday.

We went to Menorca back in August, on our hols, it was very nice but soooooo expensive (£2.50 for a loaf of bread, £3 for a large beer, £5.50 for a pack of baby wipes) and the food was absolutely disgraceful (I haven't been able to touch squid again yet) but other than that it was lovely

We are moving to Spain next year, so we used the holiday as a bit of a practice run.

George has had his 8 month check today (at nearly 10 months - go figure ) he weighs 21 lb 3 and a half OZ, and is 74cm long, he is absolutely full of a cough and a cold, he is rattling all over the place bless him, his poor little face looks so poorly

Right I am off before I take up the whole thread on one post! I seem to find it increasingly impossible to keep my posts to any less than 100000 words...... xxx

Jenswish · 25/09/2007 17:02

Due on 2nd jan so I'm 26 weeks now, scary if its starting already.

NatalieJane · 26/09/2007 09:48

How is it going Jen? Have the cramps stopped? Are they just BH?

wuzzlefraggle · 26/09/2007 12:44

Hiys nat!! ahh, hope george gets better soon!

oooh, you lucky thing, moving to spain! I'd love to live out there...we have only just bought this house we are living in now though, so it will be a few years before we start thinking of moving.

Jen, are you ok hun? have the cramps stopped or gotten worse??

Anna is 1 year old in 4 weeks!!!! oh my god!! I went a bit nuts on her pressies too, which I have bought already! lol...I LOVE toys'r'us!!

Jenswish · 26/09/2007 12:55

I'm in work today and I don't know if its cos i'm in work or what but my belly is really hurting today.

It's not pain as such any more its just pressure.

NatalieJane · 26/09/2007 14:45

LOL Wuzz I love Toys 'R' Us too, don't worry about going nuts with her pressies, everyone says 'but she's so young she won't even realise' but I say bollocks, the more pressies the better IMO

Jen, are you going to go to the hospital? I wonder if the pressure is just because the baby is growing very fast at this point in the pregnancy, I used to feel the pressure mounting over a few days, then I'd have one almost unbearable day where everything felt so tight and heavy and then the next day it would go again, and it would go around in circles, pressure mounting, peaking and then subsiding again.

Yes, we are moving next year, plan is to get our house on the market in the summer, once it is sold we are going to hopefully find somewhere to rent around here so DS1 doesn't have to move schools, then once we have completed the sale of the house, DH will spend a few days at a time in Spain looking and hopefully finding work, when he has a job secured we will all go over, sort out somewhere to live and schools and then we are off

George is still full of it, bless him, wish I could do something for him, it seems such a shame for the little ones, DS1 has just about got rid of his cold, still coughing though.

NatalieJane · 26/09/2007 14:47

Meant to say, Jen, at least the pain has gone, so it certainly isn't labour - which is good

Jenswish · 26/09/2007 20:14

yeh no labour yet, although wouldn't mind if baby came out now. Nice N easy like
