We didnt get invited back either, after ds1's rampage with the walker

Sorry, no chat tonight; Dad still here!

Only did 15min on treadmill tonight; shattered after a day out and my 4th day runnning on the treadmill (literally, if you see what I mean!)

2boysmacca · 09/04/2007 20:43

Where did you go in the end MRM?

KelBelle · 09/04/2007 21:19

Hi Ladies,

Sorry not been on a lot this week, things have been a bit hectic here.

Well on Wed DH told me he does not love me anymore so I doubt very much now that there is any chance of us sorting things out. He still hasnt been to the doctor. I was at my lowest ever and got a packet of paracetamol in my hand and wanted to take the lot. Not sure what stopped me really but it did make me see the doctor and he has given me some antidepressants now and I am starting to feel stronger. I realised then that I couldnt go on like that and DS needs me more than ever and I felt ashamed and guilty that I actually contemplated it.

Took DS to the farm on Friday which he absolutely loved. I took a friend too and there was loads for Ben to do and he didnt grizzle once. I felt lots better just for getting out and spending time with him and all my efforts from now on will be with him. Yesterday we went to see friends in East Grinstead too which was lovely.

DH had DS today and I did a bootfair but the gameboy I wanted to sell got stolen from my stall which really annoyed me as I could have done with the money now being on my own. Came home and had a sleep then took dogs for a lovely long walk over the field and DH dropped DS off at 6pm so I had quite a nice day.

Will try and catch up with the post althoug not read since Tues!!!

ChocolateSucksWithoutSugar · 09/04/2007 21:23

I've already invited you all to come and play once we have the playhouse - geeeeez!

Went to Whipsnade today. Took forever to get in - traffic for miles and huge queues blocking the underpass which meant that we couldn't even get to the membership queue (which was straight in without queueing!). Was great once we were in though - dd had a ball wandering about (usually in the opposite direction to where we wanted to go) and being carried around. She should certainly sleep well tonight!

Lew looks like he was having a ball behind that curtain pg!

Right, mrm, Jelley, anyone else vaguely local - I need to know all of your plans for the next 3 days so that I can decide who to tag along with when!

ChocolateSucksWithoutSugar · 09/04/2007 21:26

Ooh - cross posted Kel.

Glad you have been to the docs and sought some help. Ds needs you very much you know, so don't go even contemplating anything like that again .

OP posts:
KelBelle · 09/04/2007 21:33

ok mum!!! I'm feeling stronger at the moment, I will probably have tough days too but this weekend has done me the world of good.

Glad you and Pippa are feeling better now too.

Oxygen · 09/04/2007 23:54

AMANDA'S GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mustrunmore · 10/04/2007 08:38

Kel Please please focus on all the good aspects. Dad still here, so I dont have time to write anything inspirational, even if I could think of something. But I've been in some pretty crap situations in the past(never marry your childhood sweetheart!!), and I promise, things will get better.

Macca, we went to Bekonscot in the end. Good all round. Boys got exercise, and ds1 loved all the houses etc. And he was so chuffed with his ruler from the gift shop
Glad we didnt go to Whipsnade then csws!!!!!

Er, next few days.... tomorrow, Enchanted Forest place near Tunbridge Wells if ok weather, Thursday just at home I think (egg hunt next door for a little while) so you'd be very welcome here!, Friday got a friend over (so will be offloading lots of uneeded baby stuff and a slide and a birthday pressie, making room in lodgers room again!!). Weekend; might see a friend for a bit one of the days, as she's just gone back to work, so its hard to see her now (dreading the day I need to get a job again!!). Other than that, its me and the boys on our own and looking for entertainment, so you'd be welcome then too, if Mrcsws Mr Jelley etc etc all doing something blokey.

KelBelle · 10/04/2007 10:02

MRM - thank you hon, I am starting to slowly see light at the end of the tunnel although some days that doesnt seem possible,

Great news for Amanda!!!

Off to see a mum from baby group shortly be nice for DS to have some company too. Catch up later.

Jelley · 10/04/2007 10:04

I haven't read properly, but FIL has been here so I've had no computer access He's gone home now (still has double vision, refuses to see a dr).

mrm - I looked and haven't got the creche receipt, I don't think they gave it back.

csws... no exciting plans. Today we will be cleaning, visiting the local museum and doing homework
Tomorrow the dds are swimming, and I have nothing planned after 11.
Thursday mum and dad will be here.
Friday probably going to Hayes Hill farm (local to me, smaller than willows, but alot cheaper and a really good day out with small children and a picnic if anyone wants to join us)

Weekend...don't know yet.

I will come back later and read the thread.

PhoenixChick · 10/04/2007 10:15

for u all doing things. I'm back at work this aft

((((hugs)))) for kel. Glad you are beginning to feel better.

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 10:58

We're not up to much either. Had a bloke come this morning to quote us for a new driveway. Ds2 not very well, he's been in bed since 9.20 (but was up every 45 mins in the night). I think I arranged for friends to visit this afternoon but I can't remember if it was a maybe or a definite. 3rd lot of washing in the machine waiting to be put on the line.

Thursday I'm going back to my mum and dads. The a/c on the car has stopped working and it's my grans 90th birthday party on Sunday. Dh will join us on Saturday afternoon.

Kel, not much to add. Just keep it together for ds

Oxygen · 10/04/2007 11:06

Oh Kel - I hadn't read the rest of the thread when I posted that

Also nothing inspirational to say, just that you have a little man who loves you and needs you. The ADs normally take a few weeks to kick in properly, and then you'll suddenly start to remember what it feels like not to be unhappy all the time - I don't mean that they will magically make you happy, but its a bit like going over the rainbow, and you can suddenly see there are all these different colours around you rather than the world being black, white & grey. You might not necessarily be in a chirpy yellow place, but you can start to rememer what they look like.

My tummy hurts, weird spotting. Think this is going to be a regular occurrence. Going with last period I would be about 3 weeks pg, and I think this is the coil doin its things - just that the teeniest bit of different hormones makes me go bleurgh. Does that make sense or is it some weird twisted logic?

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 11:21

Makes no sense at all

Oxygen · 10/04/2007 11:26

That's ok then

Jelley · 10/04/2007 12:48

Kel - that you have been feeling so low. Hope that you have turned a corner now. ADs can take up to 6 weeks to start to work, but the fact that you are taking action and taking back control may be enough to help you through til they kick in.

I hope the paracetamol thing was a one off, but I have to say that a paracetamol overdose is not quick or painless. Please don't go there

Flame - you've lost me, too.

ellenrose · 10/04/2007 13:58

217 messages and I've only just found the thread - really must get on here more often

Kel - no words, only thoughts of you. Glad to hear that the ADs might be helping - you are taking the right steps, I am sure you will start to feel the benefit soon.

CSWS - fab footage, Pippa walks so well. It is so lovely to see how they are all growing.

Desperately trying to up my running - 5 weeks till the Race for Life and I really need to get more practice.

Must dash again . . . have to read the rest of the thread before there are more postings I have missed.

Chloe55 · 10/04/2007 16:16

Hi everyone,

Kel - Sorry to hear how things have been for you but so glad you have been to see your gp and made a start on the road to recovery.

Not been on here since last week, not much to add, just been eating LOTS of chocolate and getting fat really Just rung and cancelled my Weight Watchers meeting tonight

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 19:23

Finally got round to catching up. CSWS loved the video, loved even more the calm voice saying 'No'. I shout too much now I have 2

Kel, what was the result of the Dr's and Bens constipation?

Erm, can't think what else was said.....

Downloaded some photos taken over the weekend.

Easter

Jelley · 10/04/2007 19:32

Anyone here?

I've watched the pippa vidoe, Lewis and gizmo, and checked out maccas boys pics....All lovely.

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 19:38

Just cooking, will be back on later

Jelley · 10/04/2007 19:42

ds has just woken up.

I'll be back later too.

I'm being cross with dp.
We argued earlier, then at 7.00 he told me he was taking the dds out, "because they asked" WTF? Can't he say no at such a stupid time?

So they are out, and I'm seething

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 20:10

Ooops! Men have no idea about routine, or time! What time do they usually go to bed?

Ds2 went to bed at 6.15 and he's already been up 3 times. Looks like another wake up every 45 mins.....again

Random thought. Anyone else noticed how many bees are about?

Took ds for a haircut today. It is very short. Short = straight

ChasingRabbits · 10/04/2007 20:18

we have bumblebees (or one doing a fast circuit) circling our garden. we had a nest in the grass last year which was a pain with the kids running around - we found it when dh stood on a bee coming out, and got stung. hope they don't nest again

I gave ds1 a no 3 haircut at the weekend - v v short, a bit TOO short I think! ds2 still has nice hair (not LONG but not shorn), he is staying my baby for a while.

Oxygen · 10/04/2007 20:24

Guess who sent the wrong order to the wrong person!

Off to fume at myself in a bath!!!

Tomorrow is bra day
