Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 21:16

It'd cost me as much in petrol to come and take it. My Robin Reliant would need about 1000 trips, even if the boys filled up their buckets too

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/04/2007 21:22

You don't really have a RR do you?

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 21:24

Yep. Bit of a squeeze with the 2 boys and dh but we like it We had to get rid of the sports car when I gave up work and had ds

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 21:33

Anyone any idea where we can get some logs from? I want to lay a border to contain the play bark around the play centre. I don't mean the log fences, I mean big old logs iyswim?

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/04/2007 21:35

Nearest forest?!

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 21:38
Grin
Oxygen · 10/04/2007 21:45

Not a clue!

Yup, London & back tomorrow by train, then Wales first thing Thursday morning... I am sooo looking forward to that

2boysmacca · 10/04/2007 21:47

but at least you'll have perky boobs

Right off to bed before I bore everyone with my silly banter.

G'night all

PhoenixChick · 10/04/2007 21:49

Hiya,

You're all very chatty tonight

I'e got nothing of any use to add but thought i'd say hi

PhoenixChick · 10/04/2007 21:50

Goodnight

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/04/2007 21:50

Goodnight macca.

Jelley · 10/04/2007 22:02

G'night macca.

Flame - NCIS is on FX(179 on Sky).

Oxygen · 10/04/2007 22:04

@ my perky boobs!

Off to bed, dunno when I'll be back on (laptop is coming to Wales but internet connection might not be happenin!)

Have fun and keep bumping my ad please

Jelley · 10/04/2007 22:04

No thanks for the seconds. I'll get them all together when you have them.

Jelley · 10/04/2007 22:07

I will ask random questions and then moan bacause you aren't answering

Have fun tomorrow.
Hope Wales is better than you are expecting.

PhoenixChick · 10/04/2007 22:11

Goodnight Flame

Jelley - How can you get rid of Sky. It costs loads and we could really do with getting rid as we're so skint but we couldn't cope without it. Especially dh without Sky Sports. We pay £63.50 a month for Sky+ and Broadband and i think there might be £10 on that for having it in the bedroom too.

Jelley · 10/04/2007 22:17

£63.50.

I get broadband from Virgin (£10 a month).
Basic Sky downstairs. No movies, no sports (DP couldn't name 3 footballers I don't think).
He's sick of adverts, channel hops and then forgets to go back to the program he started watching. The dds will miss it, but I'm hoping to keep them outside in the summer. They have a video and portable tv (no ariel) upstairs for weekends and holidays.

I'll miss a few programmes but definitely worth a go to save a few pennies.

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/04/2007 22:20

Also at £63.50. Think we pay about £35 for sky+ (inc movies), and have no idea how much our broadband is.

PhoenixChick · 10/04/2007 22:21

Yep £63.50

Full Sky package is £43.50 then £10 for multi room and £10 for broadband.

PhoenixChick · 10/04/2007 22:23

dh won't get rid of sports and there's no cheap package with sports so we just get it all.

mustrunmore · 10/04/2007 22:27

We got rid of Sky easily... lodger paid for it, so when he got seconded to the states and left us, Sky left us too! But we did manage to get 2 months free before they disconnected it or whatever they do

I really intended to come on here tonight and gab for ages, esp as I'd done my run this morning, and dh is at work. But we had friends over for tea, so bedtime was a bit late. Then finally thought they'd both gone down at 8.15 after all sorts of messing about, went into my room, heard the patter of toddler feet, and ds1 appeared at the door naked and dancing Got him asleep by 9pm, but then made a couple of cards for up and coming birthdays, half packed bag for day out tomorrow, tidied up, ate some cottage cheese, and now its half ten!! Still got a sink of dishes and washing on the line

Oooo, R&P, posh bird I saw one price tag, and carried on past to M+S!!!

I'm knackered. I did read all the posts, but have forgotten alot I dont know how people like you ever catch up, ellenrose

I love Wales I miss it.

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/04/2007 22:37

Better late than never mrm. The only thing you need to remember from the posts is that I'm planning to visit you on Thurs!

Jelley · 10/04/2007 22:38

You're you again csws. Or at least the next best thing after Tabs.

mustrunmore · 10/04/2007 22:43

Get me 3 6x6 fence panels if you go past a DIY place, will you?! Our fence still not fixed from February (next door is a council house, and the council scheduled it for May) and B&Q dont have any due to a 'national shortage' So we have an 18ft gap for the boys to stumble into the brambles and greenhouse and general debris that is next door Luckily ds1 has been really sensible (suprisingly!), but I'm getting really peed off with it now as we have no privacy. I wouldnt mind if it was the side with the nice neighbours, but its the side that swear at their kids all day from 6am etc etc.

Am off to bed.

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/04/2007 22:47

You're not exactly selling this visit to me mrm!

Yes Jelley - not because it's appropriate any more, but had to slip out of my Easter guise, and this felt like coming home .

Off to bed now. Night all.
