Nothing wrong with 4 boys . Saves money I can tell ya. Where is your DP from if you dont mind me asking? Gonna update my montage thingy now. I used Wonderful World for the song though. Might have to change it cause my Mum used it at my Grandads funeral last week.

Bendy: your little boy is GORGEOUS! (As are you and your partner - maybe you cd do family modeling ). Feeling rather hormonal - had a bit of a weep at your lovely piccies . It's hit me that I'll be back at work for 3 days a week soon - I think leaving Wiiliam will be harder than I expected.

Had a chat with the hv re solids (W now 19 lb!) and she agrees that I can start soon. I'd leave it a bit longer, only don't want to start just I go back to work - no Mummy, no bf and stange vegetables all at the same time is bound to p** him off!

Bendyb- lovely montage-I'm trying to up date mine now! LOL

Gingeme- need to get yours sorted coz I really want to see now!

Had LO weighed today 19lb 5oz HV has told me to start decreasing milk and begin to introduce- she really is growing fast.

Swizzler · 14/03/2007 19:58

Your LO is still ahead of mine by a bit Pmoore! If you don't want to intro solids yet, don't feel pressured into it - my HV didn't encourage me to, just said it might be sensible considering the circs (i.e. going back to work at months) but that waiting would be OK too.

Thanks swizzler- I thought maybe just do it really slowly- maybe try some breakfast for a while. Think HV is thinking it may help with the amount she is sick if she gets some solids in to her. I have put up with the reflux for all this time!

Pmoore: I would assume sickness not a prob if she's packing on weight? HV said to start with lunch at about 12ish, to see if there's any reaction, and to do it betw feeds but not when DS is really hungry if that makes sense.

Pmoore: she is lovely. I love her christening dress and the fab hat! Makes me a little bit sad I don't have a girl (only a little mind ). Her eyes look an unusual grey from the photos - are they?

BENDYB · 14/03/2007 20:44

aw pmoore she is so cute! x

She has deep blue eyes- must be the camera.

No the sickness is only a problem to my washing machine and other peoples' clothes. Her weight is good gain! Maybe I'll start with the lunchtime one, see how she goes. Thanks for advice.

Swizzler just noticed William was born the day after Samantha- he has good weight gain. A little more than a pound lighter too. Excellent stuff
