Mum fail. Have realised he hasn't done a poo in 24 hours so is trying to sort himself out. He did this one day last week

Have you tried a tummy massage on him country? Or bicycle legs?

I think DP would leave me if I pumped at night! He's precious about his sleep Hmm

CountryGal4 · 17/03/2016 12:36

He filled up at 9 and is happy as larry now. I do hula legs once a day but he hates it!

Country gx he sleeps better tonight. Nap as much as you can!

Jelly he's precious about his sleep? What about your sleep? I think a kick up the arse is in order!

I'm coming down with a cold. Gx it buggers off. DP is off tomorrow thank god, I'm running on empty with no sleep, although this night was a bit better.

Glad to hear last night was better carrot. Maybe your just run down from lack of sleep??

Hobbit19 · 17/03/2016 20:09

Oh dear, definitely a kick up the arse needed for Mr Jelly! Tbf I usually step out into the nursery for midnight expressing but if I did choose to express in bed DH would know better than to comment!

Been shopping with the small bean today. I bought her two (lovely) toys and a handful of clothes from H&M. £60! Babies are expensive! I looked at the fancy clothes in Mothercare and John Lewis. So gorgeous but seriously £26 for a tiny dress that will get vom and poo on it! Will have to peruse their websites for sales! I feel a bit guilty for 'spoiling' P today, what with being on Mat leave and with us starting the new business etc; I am usually v careful with money too. But my precious baby totally deserves all of the things! Hopefully in a couple of years things will be a bit more settled financially and I can buy all of the Frugi. Grin

Gx the cold is a non - starter Carrot, I've had one all week, less than ideal!

Did the poo make an appearance Country? I hate poo-ticipation when they haven't been for a while; you never know where is might end up!

I think a tooth is breaking through. I can feel something on his gum. We've got a fuckton of drool and diarrhoea. He seems to be over his cold now and not coughing much. We got an inhaler on Monday from the GP which he hates.
He didn't have a temp at any time so I took him swimming today with friends and babies....he absolutely loved it! He laughed and smiled the whole time and we were in the pool for 45 mins! So I proved he does like swimming but not water babies. The changing rooms were amazing though, loads of family rooms with safe places to put babies...I didn't know such things existed!

I have to stop clothes shopping Pud. It's addictive and he's just gone into 9-12 month clothes but I got some from Asda and they won't fit for very long!

Bugger about the cold Carrot, hope he doesn't linger. I've had tons of colds since I had B Hmm

Hope you get better sleep tonight Country

Jelly your Nan is a legend! Do you feel like a new woman today?

And for the viroids pissing on sticks before 12dpo, have a word with yourselves!

Definitely a cold. Had some paracetamol and a magnum so feeling a bit better now.

Purple that's lovely B enjoyed swimming.

Pud I'm jealous of your shopping trip. I really want to go to H&M too, their stuff is quite reasonable, and I have some vouchers to burn.

NFMNipples: we've turned the corner! The last couple of feeds today were almost pain free, and I even slept without a bra last night! Woohoo! So happy I can finally turn that page!

O has been really fussy tonight. She's been awake for nearly 3h, slept for an hour or so and woke up again for a feed. She kept rooting, although she was already full to the brim, then just sucking but not swallowing and just letting milk dribble out of her mouth. Tried dummy which sent her to sleep for about 10 mins but then she woke up demanding boob again. Turned out she just wanted the other side Hmm such a madam! Really hoping the long awake period and all the feeding mean a nice long stretch of sleep tonight, but it will probably be the opposite...

Ooh Yey for NFMN Carrot, pain free already is good going!

Having previously got down to one wakes up between 7pm and 6am (which was obviously amazing), P's sleep has gone completely to shit. Stupid cold!

Yay for poos and sleep Country!

Cold is in full force here. But we did have a bit better night, so can't complain. Also it's the last day of abx for O, which hopefully means her nappy rash will finally clear, poor thing.

Hello viroids. We could do with some of your poo skills over here. R has been constipated since he had croup three weeks ago and it's making him so uncomfortable. He's now on reflux meds, constipation meds and conjunctivitis meds, poor little peanut. He'll also only take medicine with apple sauce so he is now officially addicted to Baby Crack.

Purple I am so impressed by little Purple's feeding skills. R has never managed more than 800 mls of milk a day in his life, and is now barely making the minimum 600 mls (20 ounces), which includes what he has in his porridge! I have to get him weighed again next week and report back to the dietitian. I'm hoping he'll have gained a bit and they'll give us the go ahead to start trying dairy as I'm fed up of cooking separate meals for everyone.

It was a few days ago you were talking about it but more finger food successes here have been mini white pittas, strips of omelette, strips of grilled chicken (for sucking on), tangerine segments, pear with skin on for gripping, roast potatoes. R also likes to eat yoghurt and fruit creams with his hands, which makes the most awful mess. He is definitely asserting his independence at mealtimes now.

Jelly, as a father of a small baby I think Mr Jelly needs to become rather less precious about his sleep - what on earth was he expecting?!

To all you viroids ttc number two, I can relate to the madness and I don't think it was any better for me second time round, I still wanted total control of the situation and had absolutely none! Sadly there'll be no more mini Snaps but I am super excited for you and will live the thrills of POAS vicariously through you lot!

Have you tried infacol Country?

I have decided that we are not having baby number 2 until we can afford a cleaner. The house is dirty (and my standards are not that high) and I hate it. I just can't keep on top of it all. Also, my cats keep catching mice and eating then in the kitchen! Gross! They are getting through at least one a day between them - the local mouse population us surely be almost extinct by now!!

Snap sounds awful, hope he gets better soon Thanks

Country is it the burps or bottom wind he struggles with? O struggles with bottom wind quite a bit, bringing her legs to tummy and back sometimes helps to release some of it.

May the cluster feeding commence!

We found Infacol worked best for E when he was little, we switched to Dr Brown bottles but if course if you are breastfeeding then that won't help. We found he only had wind problems for a couple of months though and also not straight from birth more when he was 1-2 months I can't remember exactly!

We love H&M E has alot from there! Good quality and not expensive! Also washes well!!

Eurgh pud! Quite grateful my cat is too stupid to hunt things! Grin I'd actually love a cleaner. My standards are super high but I'm also super lazy. Lethal combo.

Sounds like R is enjoying his food snap! Bless him. Hope he's better soon x

Good luck with the infacol country. Colief is also good.

Woo!! New house Popz! Great stuff!

Pippa has actually slept tonight, WOO! She just did 8pm to 3am and then only woke up because I put my hand on her chest to check that she was still breathing. Idiot so I've had 5 hours on a row and now feel like I could climb Everest. :-) Maybe not Hope the other Viroid babies are doing the same.
