Hello viroids. We could do with some of your poo skills over here. R has been constipated since he had croup three weeks ago and it's making him so uncomfortable. He's now on reflux meds, constipation meds and conjunctivitis meds, poor little peanut. He'll also only take medicine with apple sauce so he is now officially addicted to Baby Crack.
Purple I am so impressed by little Purple's feeding skills. R has never managed more than 800 mls of milk a day in his life, and is now barely making the minimum 600 mls (20 ounces), which includes what he has in his porridge! I have to get him weighed again next week and report back to the dietitian. I'm hoping he'll have gained a bit and they'll give us the go ahead to start trying dairy as I'm fed up of cooking separate meals for everyone.
It was a few days ago you were talking about it but more finger food successes here have been mini white pittas, strips of omelette, strips of grilled chicken (for sucking on), tangerine segments, pear with skin on for gripping, roast potatoes. R also likes to eat yoghurt and fruit creams with his hands, which makes the most awful mess. He is definitely asserting his independence at mealtimes now.
Jelly, as a father of a small baby I think Mr Jelly needs to become rather less precious about his sleep - what on earth was he expecting?!
To all you viroids ttc number two, I can relate to the madness and I don't think it was any better for me second time round, I still wanted total control of the situation and had absolutely none! Sadly there'll be no more mini Snaps but I am super excited for you and will live the thrills of POAS vicariously through you lot!
