Add your stats Viroids (or don't bother). I feel like there's something I'm supposed to write here but don't know what it is... Confused

Earplugs may be being purchased. Our I'm going to ask for them for my birthday, fucking rock and roll me!
Talking of such fripperies, bought a chest freezer today.
I feel very mature.
My child has done nothing but shit for 2 days. Yesterday she had 5 of the fuckers and today 4. I was all very confused until I reminded myself I gave her out of date yoghurt... Oops
Maybe that's why she's been a beast today.
Night all, see you at 2!

Minion · 06/09/2015 06:04

She slept through.
Like really really slept through

DulcetMoans · 06/09/2015 07:03

That's great min. Maybe we all need to get some out of date yoghurt!

What time did you get micro down wil?

I hope you're all ok fleur. Will you get answers soon?

You need to be a less good host mini! Just stop talking or offering refreshments. Leave the room completely until they get the hint. Must get myself to the dentist!

I'm staying at in laws this weekend. Many hands to help which is lovely. Bit chilly overnight though. Hopefully J didn't feel it too much.

Minion · 06/09/2015 07:43

I'm a bit concerned the three naps made her a better sleeper however.
I'm not getting into that again. I get so much more done with two naps.
And when I say ' so much more ' of course I mean sitting down and eating more biscuits..

WilHarlot · 06/09/2015 07:46

I thought I had got her down at nine but clearly not looking at my post so I dunno. However she did sleep until 5.45am. Very bizarre. Obviously so full of the cold she couldn't be bothered to get up. Of course I was up at five worrying. So good nights all round.

I'm off to the inlaws on Monday Dulcet - very much looking forward to showering in peace.

When do you go on holiday Zyla?

OP posts:
ZylaB · 06/09/2015 07:57

Yay for sleeping through min

We go a week today wil if I'm talking to mrZ. He's lost his wedding ring, the day after I told him fucking twice that I thought he should take it off until it's been resized because he's lost weight, you know...because it'd be awful if he lost it.....

minimooo · 06/09/2015 09:22

Oh no zyla! At least you've got a recent time frame so hopefully he can retrace his steps and find it? Has he just been round the house, or has he been out and about? Bloody hell, hope he finds it!

Yay miniMin and microWil!

E slept quite well too - she gave me a 5-hour stretch at one point, woohoo! I'm full of beans this morning.

Have fun with the in-laws dulcet. Make the most of long showers, hot tea and eating meals with two hands! Grin

ZylaB · 06/09/2015 10:08

Mostly around the house, only the petrol station and the drive otherwise. We can't find it :(

Fleurchamp · 06/09/2015 10:55

Oh no zyla fingers crossed it turns up. I would be devastated if DH lost his Angry

Paed apt was ok but he was more worried about S's prolonged jaundice (which I then googled and have been worried sick ever since) and so he is running tests for that. With his reflux it really seems to have settled down in the past week - maybe he is growing out of it? We increased the amount of gaviscon due to his weight gain which may have also helped. I just don't know!

I am almost certain dairy is not the problem though.

Great news min about the sleep!

I am off to the in laws at the end of the week - DH refuses to sleep in the spare room and S wakes up most days at about 4am and is a bugger to settle which means DH gets 5 - 6 hrs sleep (he gets up at 5am for work). I am forcing him to have a couple of nights' sleep in the hope that he is less of a knob for decent rest

WilHarlot · 06/09/2015 11:48

Good that you went then. Could some of the crying be connected to that? He could definitely be growing out of the reflux.

Oh no zyla that's rubbish. Fx it turns up.

My boobs are so sore today from not feeding last night. Trying to force feed the baby!

OP posts:
RPopz · 06/09/2015 20:12

Poor little dude Fleur. Glad he seems better on the reflux front anyway. Can you and him sleep in the spare room and leave grumpy arse. You might get more sleep with him in bed with you?

Min slept through!? What did you do??? My mum's been banging on about SMA progress milk all day. She's adamant that'll make mini sleep through. He needs something more "substantial" than bm apparently Hmm

Oh zyla! Sad Gutted. Hope it turns up. Is it insured? I've cracked my engagement ring! Shock Lord knows how.

Hope you're enjoying having a few extra pairs of hands Dulcet x

Indigo and La you're both v quiet! Hope all is well xx

ZylaB · 06/09/2015 21:23

I don't know or care if it's covered with the house insurance, it's what it means and the fact I'd suggested he took it off the day before because it was loose! Hoping it turns up but it's looking less and less likely :(

Just had half a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our garden being finished and I feel tipsy! I can't decide if it's a good thing that I drink less, or bad lol. (And for those on slimming world... It's 14 syns for half a bottle of fizzy! Also...apparently men gat 25 syns a day because they use more calories just existing, so so unfair and explains why mrZ has lost so much! I'd better get my stone award, which really means 1 and a half lost as I lost half before I joined, tomorrow at weigh in becaus I want sweets and am not eating them!)

ZylaB · 06/09/2015 21:26

Oh and popz with the bf comments, me and everyone I now know have given up listening to any crap about it. My 7 month old (how the hell did that happen!) still has boob every hour and a half or so during the day unless I find something else suitably distracting for her to do. Once I got my head around the fact she snack, and is happy to do so, I don't give a fuck what people say. She's happy and so am I, with my boobs out everywhere lol. I am loving my snuggly lazy feeds at the moment with her though, they're like a time of peace :). She's started signing milk again now, but seems to do it when she's hungry and wants solids too, I'm trying to teach her the food sign but as far as she's concerned the sign for milk means 'put stuff in my belly now!!' Hehe

Pisghetti · 06/09/2015 23:53

Aw Zyla that's crap :-/ hope it turns up soon. Good luck for tomorrow! I'm hoping for some movement on the scales but wouldn't be entirely surprised if not as yesterday we were at an all day party type thing. I did try and prepare a bit by bringing 'free' sausages for the BBQ along with a fucktonne of crudités to keep me off the crisps and some free dip I made. So food was all good but I drank quite a bit. Not enough to be drunk... But added up over the course of the day it doesn't look pretty.

We tried out camping with BabyPis for the first time. Wasn't too horrendous. We anticipated that it would be cold so triple layered her but somehow didn't think to bring gloves (and packed the ONLY sleepsuit without built in mitts Hmm) so while she felt warm around the neck/belly, her hands were icy cold Sad

Hope S is ok Fleur

Minion · 07/09/2015 07:41

We didn't do anything different she just didn't wake up.
She went back to waking up last night this time 4 was her chosen hour

Fleurchamp · 07/09/2015 11:54

It's quiet on here, I hope that means all the babies are being little angels Grin

S slept for 6.5hrs last night!! Of course this now worries me too Confused as it could mean he is unwell. He didn't wet his nappy during the night either - is this a cause for concern? (He has had 3 heavy nappies this morning though and the colour is fine).

DulcetMoans · 07/09/2015 13:37

Staying at in laws did result in showers and fully drunk cups of tea so it was a success. Back again this weekend as well, might try and get a nap! Enjoy your visit mini.

Camping was brave pis, I've been quite chilly in the evenings this week. Did you have a good time?

Yay for the garden zyla! Hope weigh in give you more to celebrate tonight.

Why SMA specifically popz? Do you tell her outright no?

How's the boobs wil??

WilHarlot · 07/09/2015 16:37

I think it's just quiet because of the lack of app situation.

Boobs are ok today after spending all of yesterday unblocking them. Don't know why it keeps happening. May have to phone LLL.

To be honest Fleur I would expect a wet nappy overnight. But if it's just a one-off, probably just a freak thing?

I could do with a large glass of wine!

OP posts:
teejayem · 07/09/2015 17:16

Fx the ring turns up zyla !
Ooh I miss camping, pis did you have a good time? I can't wait to take TT next year, I think I'm going to book us a eurocamp holiday next June, I had many happy holidays in French woods as a kid.
wil I'm joining your hankering for a large wine. I bought a couple of bottles in Aldi at the weekend for cheaps and I really fancy a go on one of them.

popz arrrgh. What is with people nagging about giving BF babies 'more substantial food' mil has bought rusks and baby fruit porridge for when I 'let him stay the night' (no fucking chance)
'Won't it be lovely when he's 6 months and other people can feed him?' (Mil & sil have said the same thing) no, no it won't. Piss off. I've said to my mum that I'm going to EBF TT until he's bloody 21 just to spite them.

We've just come back from TTS second lot of jabs. Sad he was amazing during them tho, hopefully he's inherited my affinity with needles. We got Men B. Chucked in as well so he had three injections, and the nurse said they usually administer calpol as part of the drill as the men. B vax carries a high chance of fever. I'd already dosed him up before we went out though. I feel like such a wanker, he was in really high spirits this morning and now he's all hot and hateful. Still. It's far more preferable to actually catching something, so I've batch cooked for the week and we are going to camp out on the sofa and watch true blood. Which I totally missed first time round and has afforded me some serious eye candy. Even if it is mildly ludicrous.

ZylaB · 07/09/2015 18:45

Still no ring, I think it's gone :(. I don't know how I feel about a replacement because it wouldn't be the one I gave him when we actually got married :( :(

I want H to have the men B vaccine but we gave to wait until the docs get in touch with us. Sofa and TV and boob on tap with calpol as required was how we got through vaccines tee

wil ring LLL, they might be able to suggest something hopefully. Is it always in the same place?

(Lost 4lb this week!)

WilHarlot · 07/09/2015 21:30

Woohoo well done zyla, that's ace!

No, it's both boobs and not always same place. It seems to be whenever she feeds less than normal. Obviously I'm left with too much, but no idea why that turns into a blockage. Continually getting the blisters on my nipples. I think I will phone them.

What a weird obsession your inlaws have with feeding your child Tee. Because cuddles aren't enough? Stick them on nappy duties if they feel the need for extra bonding. Wink What an arsey thing to say; so obviously having a dig at you.

OP posts:
Pisghetti · 07/09/2015 21:37

Do you pump any off when you're overfull Wil? It must be pretty annoying for you - hope you can get some good advice!

Woohoo well done Zyla!! I lost 3lb and won the sad basket of slightly past it fruit Grin

Your inlaws are mental Tee Confused I'm a bit confused about whether BabyPis can get MenB or if we'll have to go private.

Pisghetti · 07/09/2015 21:40

Wibu unreasonable to put some clothes on and drive to the Co-op (approx 2minutes drive) for a bottle of wine? BabyPis is fed and asleep and I'm in pyjamas but I reeeeally fancy a glass and we know the BoyPis can put in a dummy like a pro.... Just feels a bit wrong

RPopz · 07/09/2015 22:07

Do it Pis!

Sorry about the ring Zyla Sad Its a tough decision.

Dulcet - SMA progress because that's what she gave me and my sisters when we were babies! And we all slept through the night from very early on apparently... So she swears by it Hmm I just ignore her haha! I'm not dead against combo feeding but it just feels a little redundant having got this far without. Plus I know plenty of ff babies who don't sleep through the night either....

Fucking annoying isn't it tee!! I feel a bit like various family members think I'm being selfish still bfing him so they can't have a go with him... The newest one is "oh well you'll have to stop now he's got teeth won't you" Hmm

Mr P is off work for the next fortnight so I'm palming mini off on him at every opportunity Grin

DulcetMoans · 07/09/2015 22:09

If you trust him not to chuck her down the stairs or set her on fire then go for it pis! Or am I being a bad parent??

Well done to you both for weight loss!

Do you think the blisters and blockages are related wil, or just coincidence?

Hope TT is feeling better not tee. We have our first lot next Monday - not looking forward to it!

Been trying to encourage J to sleep today as I think I've been mistaking sleepy for feeding cues. Got a couple naps out of him so felt pretty good about it but there's a log of years before he will go down. DH made a comment that I was getting him to cry himself to sleep and now I feel awful. That's not what I'm doing! He just cries before he goes to sleep - that's normal right?!
