Don't talk to me about weeds! Wink

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 13:18

Oops! Sorry Wanda

Wandathewindfairy · 10/06/2014 15:04

I would get one of those old lady trolleys if I could walk to the shops? Any wine suggestions from Lidl? I was musing on trying their wine stash out this week.

PetiteRaleuse · 10/06/2014 15:27

I had an old lady trolley in Paris. Was v useful.

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 16:16

i've got a british white £2.69. sainsburys £3.50 rose is pretty good too Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 10/06/2014 17:08

pidj was it babygros you were asking for the other day on fb? Here On offer.

GTbaby · 10/06/2014 17:09

Both babies in vests to sleep and cellular blankets which get kicked off quickly.
H has a duvet in his cot but he always sleeps on top of it.

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 17:32

i didn't want to post earlier in case i jinxed it but...

r wore the same pants and trousers all day Grin

he only wee'd in his nappy. so still not on the look. but he happily sat at regular intervals so I'm hopeful for him Smile

ValiumQueen · 10/06/2014 17:32

They are lovely PR Smile and they have 18-24 so plenty of wear out of them. I like George gros best. Shame boyshape won't wear the bloody things!

ValiumQueen · 10/06/2014 17:33

Is he back in a nappy then Pidj?

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 17:43

only for naps. so today might have been a fluke where he only peed on waking! i'm enjoying the brief feeling of triumph though lol

ValiumQueen · 10/06/2014 18:13

Did he only pee once then? Amazing.

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 18:23

6:15, 8:30 possibly in the sea Wink and 1:30 after his nap. plus probably in the bath Grin

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 18:25

he's drunk plenty. the fewer big wees were the big sign to me/Dr he might be ready

ValiumQueen · 10/06/2014 19:00

He must have been a camel in a previous life. J was a sieve.

PurplePidjin · 10/06/2014 19:28

i'm the same - go about twice a day. pregnancy was a real shock Shock

BigPigLittlePig · 10/06/2014 19:56

F does a couple of whopping great wees every day. Sometimes with great glee in the bath or on the floor Hmm

PetiteRaleuse · 10/06/2014 19:59

I have no idea how often LO wees. She doesn't give any clue at all, which doesn't bode well for my hopes to train her in July.

We're on red alert for storms tonight. I love storms. Love love love them. Shall close the shutters but leave the window open so I can hear it if it comes during the night.

Passmethecrisps · 10/06/2014 20:15

I wee once an hour roughly. When I was in the lat few weeks of pregnancy it was about every 10 minutes. I am impressed with the same clothes victory pp!

Hallooooooooo!

P is currently rocking morrison's jammies - 2 pairs for £5 and a 2.5 tog bag. It is a touch hotter than I would like really for that at 23 degrees in her room so normally I would leave her bottoms off. Her room is small and carpeted and is wert facing so gets the sun from about 2pm thus gets very hot in the evening.

I damaged my car coming home tonight as I hit a flood on the road. I was going slowly but the undertray came loose. DH is certain that it wasn't put back properly last time it was at the garage. It's so annoying as something like that happens every single time.

I need very speedy ideas for presents - 1st birthday and a massively belated birthday present for the mum of 1 year old. We were at uni together and were very close for years. Not so close now as we live very far apart but she is still very special. She is not a girly girl. Hmm

Pikz · 10/06/2014 20:27

Oh no pass. Someone reversed into my car today while it was parked.

Well done mini piji!

We are wearing shortie pj set (£2 for 2 sets in sainsbos sale!) and he has a 4.5tog duvet that he sleep under with a leg stuck out just like his mum!

Thank you for my hugs this morning, I cried buckets after leaving the airport but now on countdown until he's back to visit end of December

ValiumQueen · 10/06/2014 20:29

Now I never think of Morrisons for clothes. I rarely go there full stop. I did get J a couple of T shirts last year that are still going strong. How do you rate the quality Pass?

ValiumQueen · 10/06/2014 20:30

I love Sainsburys clothes. Jealous of sale finds.

YellowWellies · 10/06/2014 20:34

Pass spa or massage voucher? Amazon local has some great ones for £30. I'm not a girly girl but some chill out time minus munchkin is lush. A tea set for the wee girl?

Pidj J is down to about 3 wees in 24 hours too.

We went to my sisters today. She had their massive train set set up. J was agog Shock Shock Shock Shock . I think adding to our jumble sale brio bargain will be Birthday present sorted. And she had this game...... www.amazon.co.uk/Tomy-7167-Flippin-Penguins/dp/B0009IYH8O which made him happier than I have literally ever ever seen him. Hysterical laughter, shrieks, making excited twinkly star hands, clapping, jumping and the biggest smile! And aged 4+ my arse - he could do it!

He's so lovely at the moment. This is an awesome age.

YellowWellies · 10/06/2014 20:38

Morrison's clothes are lovely. They had lots of stuff with bears on this winter. Funnily enough DH popped in tonight on his way home as he was getting fuel. He came home with a bubble blowing mower for J and a massive banoffee trifle for me. I luffs him!
