Ooh Inge to start a new thread. So if the last one was the one where they don't sleep, then they'll start to sleep now, yes?

I go back to work next Weds Kitty. DS started properly today. Full day today, tomorrow and Friday. I've just done a lovely yoga class and am using the next few days to have lunches, get hair cut etc. miss DS though. Sad

pear definitely want to hear all TTC details! I'm beginning to accept that I will do it all again but not yet!

Nope, it's definitely the law that we're owed a girl next. Tis just the rule. Nothing we could do about it even if we wanted another boy... This is probably how my aunt & uncle ended up with 4 girls...!

pear feel free to obsess about it all you want on here! It's nice to share the happy stuff as well as supporting each other through the tough times. Do let us know when the cheapies arrive! Wink

kittykatsforever · 02/09/2014 16:39

Ahh well if it the law Agnu......Wink
Yes pear please obsess with us! I love all the TTC madnessGrin we want regular updates, ov sticks, seducing techniques the works lol
Frus I can imagine how it would be simpler in many ways, I imagine the unpredictable behaviour and deceitfulness made it very miserable at times but always hard to go through a break up however bad

Frus that's so frustrating! Of all the hours in the day he just had to come over when he knew you'd be trying to get them ready for bed?! Hmm Muppet.

I seem to have stopped bleeding... I started a thread about it & the only person who replied said she had similar, had lots of tests done only to be told that everything seemed fine & it's quite common for mid-cycle bleeds to be unexplained! Confused I probably won't go to the appt tomorrow, just see if it happens again. No point wasting everyone's time for something that might not even have an explanation! WinkBlush

pear, any symptoms to spot yet? Have you tried running up & down the stairs or poking your boobs? I miss Thunder!

Ha - doughnuts! Grin When I sent her my spare frer I stuck a picture on it of doughnuts & the slogan "keep calm & eat more doughnuts"! She's not far from me either Frus! Maybe we should have an impromptu party at hers... Although I don't have her address now she's moved & it might be a bit creepy if we turned up on her doorstep with no warning!

peardrop2 · 03/09/2014 15:42

Haha! Loving all the crazy suggestions. I was actually craving doughnuts at the weekend Wink I've actually started a no cake or wine in the week diet because I need to cut back in preparation. I was eating a pudding every night Hmm Thanks to bf I haven't put on too much weight but I'm suffering in other areas like teeth and skin. Anyway, it's a good time to be good.

So POAS sticks haven't arrived yet. Probably will tomorrow. However, I have already concluded that this month was just a WTF cycle. I now have two options. Option A...continue to "try" but not "try" or Option B buy OV sticks.

I am still pondering whether I should just wait until Christmas and really go for it with all guns blazing. The main reason being I would prefer a September baby so he/she can stay home longer...that's really selfish isn't it Blush He/she would probably want to go to school with their brother anyway as bpear will be at school age 4 and a bit.

Onto more exciting things. Has anyone tried homemade play dough? I'm going to attempt to make some soon. Bpear absolutely hates crayons and painting but I think he will love play dough.

Frus ~ Ooooo that is v annoying! I bet you wanted to loose it with DH coming over at bed time. I would have lost it Angry

peardrop2 · 03/09/2014 15:44

Symptom update - suddenly have bad skin. AF may be closer? Maybe!

I hate playdough too! Calf has only really shown an interest in it in the last year or so. He loathes gloom though & I love it! Hoping Runt will like it so I have an excuse!

Why do my... lady parts... have to start playing up while bring is busy?! I need her to come diagnose me! I cancelled the GP appt because the bleeding stopped but it felt funny while I was out this afternoon so I had a look & am now terrified it's a prolapse or polyps or something more sinister. Tbh, I have no idea what it should look like, what it looked like pre-DC, or since so no idea if it's normal or not, let alone what it would look like of there were something to worry about! Confused I made DH call the GP again but have to wait until Friday morning & call for a last minute slot. We're supposed to be going away Friday so it's already going to be a busy day without all this. I should've just gone today. Stupid, stupid, stupid! Sad

peardrop2 · 03/09/2014 21:27

Gloop? No I haven't tried but it sounds fun and messy Grin Hah hah I'm going to regret playdough then! I picked up jelly from the floor today so I guess it's the same?! I have tried the bags with paint. Bpear wasn't interested at all but Frus using cars to spread the paint might increase interest. Good thinking!

Agnu ~ Oh my life. I think it's good to get checked out just for peace of mind. Never something you want to do though Hmm

Ok POAS arrived. No change. No AF. Time to accept that this month is just a crazy month Blush

kittykatsforever · 07/09/2014 07:13

Has af arrived yet pear? Does it feel good to be poas again? Grin

peardrop2 · 07/09/2014 14:59

Nope. No AF. No POAS. Have not tested since my last post though Wink

peardrop2 · 08/09/2014 18:56

What activities is everyone into? Bpear is now into pouring. I tried to get him into threading toilet rolls but he's not ready. He's only interested if it's sand or water! Now I need to think of pouring items available in the house!!

kittykatsforever · 08/09/2014 21:02

We have a hair washing plastic jug in the bath pear, they both like playing with that, toucan buy a big teapot with cups etc in that we use as a bath toy and they both love it Grin

peardrop2 · 08/09/2014 21:09

Thanks Kitty. We also have the hair washing jug...life saver! Wink

DS is into his stacking rings quite a bit - take them off, put them on, repeat. Also reading books. A Lot. He goes to his shelf, selects one, brings it to the couch, scrambles up beside me and either reads it or hands it to me to read to him. When finished he'll go off and select another one and come back again. So cute.
He love sand play too. Likes to play with the spade or fill the bucket and pour it on his legs, burying himself. Quite funny.

Because it's easier to shout at him if he's always there, Frus? Wink Stay strong, I'm no expert but I read a lot of threads on here about relationship breakdown & the general consensus is that you will have times when you want him back but really you're better off without all the hassle he'd bring. You never know, maybe you'll meet someone else who'll make you realise just how much of an idiot DH is! Smile

Runt's developing some major attitude. He's started hitting thanks to Calf's influence I suspect & if you try to move him/pick him up/steer him away from imminent danger he collapses to the floor & shrieks like a banshee. Hmm He also refuses to hold hands most of the time which makes walking anywhere interesting. I suspect it'll be a while before I can leave the house without the buggy as a back-up plan!

Calf scares me. He can be sitting perfectly nicely & suddenly start flailing/hitting/throwing & getting really over excited. I think it's a boredom thing. He does it when he's finished his food or is waiting for it to be brought in. It's just so extreme though. He does it out of frustration/anger sometimes too. Runt went to take something he was holding earlier so Calf just started flapping wildly at him & kicking as a first response to him touching it, no trying to pull it back just attacking Runt! Runt retaliated too which is the first time I've seen him hit back like that. Really hoping Calf learns some impulse control soon or they'll be fighting like cats! Sad

Lorelei353 · 09/09/2014 15:55

Frus he plays in the sand in our local park with the bigger kids, as well as at nursery, so I guess he's seen enough older kids play with it. Still the occasional finger of sand brought gingerly to his mouth, while usually watching me to see if I'm watching him do it. Cheeky so and so.

Definitely attitude creeping in too. DH has him today and apparently he had some major attitude in public today which is new. DH is in no mood for it today either as was up half the night with him (major teething).
