Ooh Inge to start a new thread. So if the last one was the one where they don't sleep, then they'll start to sleep now, yes?

I go back to work next Weds Kitty. DS started properly today. Full day today, tomorrow and Friday. I've just done a lovely yoga class and am using the next few days to have lunches, get hair cut etc. miss DS though. Sad

pear definitely want to hear all TTC details! I'm beginning to accept that I will do it all again but not yet!

AF was really heavy but shorter for the first few months but gradually got longer & then eventually slightly lighter. It's pretty much back to pre-DS2 levels now but probably is heavier than pre-DS1... Can't really remember though. Weird thing this month was that I started bleeding on CD14! No idea what's going on but it's been like a light AF for 3 days now! Definitely not PG, am hoping it's just ovulation bleeding, but I've never had that before! If it continues I'll go to the GP. Hopefully just a 1 off random thing...

No idea about hoovers pear, I did research it a while ago but decided it wasn't worth it in the end.

Lorelei353 · 28/08/2014 13:40

My AF was always heavy so not noticeably heavier now. That said, I started taking the pill again two months ago. When I was on Cerazette before I had no AF for two years. Since restarting I had one less than three weeks after the previous one. Hoping it's just a settling-in glitch. Last two AF's lasted ages too, trickling on for days and days!

No idea about toy hoovers btw but we did buy DS his Ikea kitchen that Santa's going to bring him.

Just to add some spice to the thread AF was due today but no show as yet. Naturally I've been symptom spotting. Have so far experienced one crazy hormonal spot last week, tiredness (but who's not), cramps yesterday and constipation (suffered terribly with first pregnancy). I will probably POAS if she doesn't turn up in the morning. I only have one cheap strip test left Wink

Lorelei353 · 31/08/2014 19:54

Ooh exciting Pear!!! Grin

Hah hah don't worry I'm waiting until the morning.

Hope Bring is OK?! Thanks

AGnu · 31/08/2014 23:47

Technically it'll be 'morning' in 20 mins... Wink

pear it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't hear from bring for another week or so. She's a bit preoccupied atm. I'm sure she'll check in with us at some point but it might be another week or so.

I am in two minds. Just discovered that DH has to work all day but off tomorrow. I don't want to be alone Hmm

peardrop2 · 01/09/2014 07:42

Sorry to disappoint. No BFP here! AF has gone AWOL!! Grrr

Quick, order more tests so you can take another in a couple of days! Wink

I think I know where your AF has gone though... I seem to have it... Can I send it back?! Now on day 9 of mid-cycle bleeding & more than a little freaked out! Confused

Lorelei353 · 01/09/2014 11:13

Boo, no BFP pear

How annoying Agnu

Bring I'm sure you're not checking in here, and we don't expect you too, but we are thinking of you and your family Flowers

peardrop2 · 01/09/2014 14:47

Ha ha I thought swimming this morning might tempt her but no. If I owned a pair of white trousers I would give it a go :-)

Agnu Hmm poor you! Do you think you might try for no3 soon?

Lor, are you tempted yet?

Kitty, changed your mind?

I know Frus's and Brings answer Blush

AGnu · 01/09/2014 15:01

Nah, not for a while yet! Got my hands full with 2 atm, can't imagine adding a newborn to it all! DH is still against the idea but I'm not planning anything for 3 years yet so plenty of time to talk him round... Wink Calf was talking about "Baby Martha" earlier... We know no-one called Martha but it's on my girls name list! We may have been listening to The Secret Garden audiobook, containing a character called Martha... But no babies!" It's a sign... [hopeful]

peardrop2 · 01/09/2014 15:50

Agnu ~ do you mean a 3 year gap between your youngest and the new baby? That's not long! Time is just flying. I can't believe that the 2.5 year gap will be at Christmas. Feels like yesterday that I announced my BFP!

AGnu · 01/09/2014 20:35

No, at least a 4 year gap. I'm trying not to think about it too much atm, I'd drive myself mad counting down to the 'right' date with no idea whether DH would come round to the idea! I figure I'll leave it for now & raise the issue a bit nearer the time... Or try & get him drunk... Or pretend to 'mix up my dates' & tell him it's fine to not use a condom... Wink He gets scared by any change but I'm sure he'd adjust if we did have an engineered accident! He keeps pointing out that the next one could be a boy too. I don't think he understands this biology lark. There's a 50% chance of it being a boy but we've got 2 already so we're owed a girl. Grin

That's if I'm still even able to conceive by then... No idea what's going on with this bleeding... Seems to have stopped now that I've got a GP appt! Confused

I'd love another 2! I'm working on convincing DH for just another one for now... Baby steps! Wink My DSis is 6 years younger than me & my parents swore she was planned! DDad wanted 3, DM wanted 2 but eventually they reached a point where they realised that if they were going to have a 3rd they'd better get on with it! I'm hoping DH will have a similar epiphany! Grin

Lorelei353 · 02/09/2014 07:36

Tempted? Nooooo. I don't know if we'll have another one. I would like DS to have a sibling but the idea of getting pregnant and starting over with a baby does not excite me. Or DH. I do feel a bit of time pressure though. I turn 38 this month and do not want to be having a baby in my 40"s (even if it does happen ok)..

kittykatsforever · 02/09/2014 13:53

Has af turned up yet pear? I doubt it will get regular Untill you stop bf mine are always slightly different ranging from 26days to 32 I never track it as no point really, I love pissing on sticks though, I miss it Blush
I'd still love another but think a bigger age gap would be a must to enjoy it, have you got dh on board pear?
Agnu are the odds not surposed to change against us for an opposite sex child when you have more of the same? I personally still think it's 50/50 but I'm a member of ingender from when I was trying to nub guess and there's loads of women on there with 5-8 of the same Shock it's seems mad but my sister who worked as a croupier said obviously is you bet on roulette black or red it's 50/50 but she's thrown a black 13 times in a row!
Lor do you want another or just feel you should? I know plenty of only children who are quite happy with their set up! The age is the only thing that worries me if we were having another and leaving it too long
How is home life frus? Has dh pulled his finger out?

peardrop2 · 02/09/2014 14:06

Ahhh kitty do you think that's it then? It's going to be irregular because I'm still bf? That would make sense. Argh that means I'll have to invest in OV sticks again. What a pain! And yes DH is more on board than last month but I am keeping all the POAS chat for MN because I'm noooo way obsessive or thinking about it 24/7 at all Grin
