Hi All

Delivered the nursery application form today, she is going to start in Sept, two days a week. I have already turned into a pathetic moron and feel sick at the thought. Don't know what this child has find to me!

Apples I just had to purchase new shoes not because if fit but had to get ones with buckles as the shoe taking off was driving me nuts. Do you have Clark's outlet near you, I got her previous pair which were this season for £20.

DD2 has four audible words and moo and baa but is constantly babbling, which like you Junip is massive improvement on DD1.

DD1 had follow up hearing test today, hearing has deteriorated a little further do being referred to ENT specialist.

Other news, my pushchair obsession is rearing it's ugly head! Confused. Oh and I'm thinking about taking up running..... bet that's as far as it ever makes it

Pushchair obsession, you say?

AppleCrumples · 18/03/2014 21:14

Oh dear lost Grin

No pushchair obsessions here..uh uh..no way currently lookinh for an excuse for a new one

Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 21:29

Omg apologies my phone said connection fail and just got back on to see epic reposting Shock

JuniperTisane · 18/03/2014 21:31

Grin made me laugh. What form is the pushchair obsession taking? I'm thinking again too now I don't really need space for two.

Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 21:33

Yes Junip / Apples it's the damm BJCM haunting my mind..... I ordered the gt version ages ago and decided it was too heavy/big for my needs and sent back..... Now I don't know why but I really feel like I need to own the standard bjcm, but I'm having a head / heart battle

fourlegstwolegs · 18/03/2014 21:39

I have a lime green BJCM for taking to town. Its great. My awesome off road pushchair is confined to farm use only!

JuniperTisane · 18/03/2014 21:41

Oh thats right I went and looked at it in Kiddicare for you. I had the BJCM with DS1. I wish I still had it but for the wheels not being rugged enough and the handlebar not being adjustable. Its a brilliant pushchair you won't regret it. What do you have now?

lollipoppi · 18/03/2014 21:46

Grin lost

I would love a new push chair Envy dd is in ds1 old one and it's really difficult to steer with 1 hand, when I'm holding dragging ds1

Lost I'm defo going for buckles on her next pair too, she has took one off before I've even got the 2nd one on

mrsbug · 18/03/2014 21:49

I have two pushchairs in regular use, plus a pram in the loft which converts into a pushchair but I didn't like it as a pushchair so it's being saved in case we have another baby. Then we have a very battered maclaren from a car boot at my parents' house. What pushchair obsession? Grin don't even mention the two slings

Lost dd loves nursery now, it's lovely picking her up at the end of the day when she is all smiles when I get there.

Fourlegs that sounds stressful, hope it turns out ok Flowers

Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 21:54

I have the bee plus

JuniperTisane · 18/03/2014 21:54
Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 21:54

So it seems pushchair obsession is an actual illness!Wink

JuniperTisane · 18/03/2014 21:55

I want a bee plus.

Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 22:02

The Bee isfab but quite heavy and not got lovely fold like the bjcm. It's just the wide back wheels that are stopping me with the bj

AppleCrumples · 18/03/2014 22:06

I want a bee too! The ancient Hauck infinity is starting to feel a little 'rickety' and frankly a bit bulky with a walking Ivy so the joie brisk comes out a lot more these days. I still like her parent facing though.

I'm terrible though, when new babies appear at school i'm much more interested in the buggy :)

Today Ivy spent rhyme time bashing others with books and falling off the car shaped bookcase, then it took 3 of us to catch her as she kept running off outside dd1 classroom.

JuniperTisane · 18/03/2014 22:13

I spent the afternoon at my parents with both boys today. Daniel spent most of the hour after lunch stomping up and down the hallway from living room to kitchen with a remote control in each hand. Every time he sat down/got knocked down by the dog/brother he just dusted himself off, picked up the controls and stalked off again. Up and down, up and down, with a big fat grin on his face the whole time Grin

I'm using a Micralite Twofold but I'm hankering after a (completely impractical) Babyzen Yoyo.

Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 22:18

Apples lol at the buggy being of more interest than the baby so true Grin

Ivy sounds like Lo I can already sense the trouble that lies ahead

mrsbug · 18/03/2014 22:18

I have a quinny buzz which I was given as a hand me down, I love that it's parent facing but it's too bulky, wide, and has a silly tiny shopping basket. I prefer the McLaren in every way except I like dd facing me so we can chat, so I end up using the buzz unless I am going on public transport.

The shopping basket usually has my ergo in it Grin

Lostbobbles · 18/03/2014 22:21

Awww Bless him, good show on the resilience front!

also take regular look at yoyo

meringue33 · 18/03/2014 22:24

Jun Dan sounds just like my LO. He is obsessed with the remotes!! Also loves holding-things-while-walking Grin.
