pr mini pig did have it recently too. so sorry to read of your woes.

Zamboni · 23/12/2013 18:38

Soup wasn't too bad. Mouth ulcers are awful - poor DD. I thought I was just stressed as I get them when stressed but it was this herpangina which I had never heard of. I don't really have any suggestions, but lots of sympathy is this the least helpful post ever? Not sure why I even mentioned it, sorry

YW Grin at nearly bring caught! I have an iphone5 for personal phone and work phone is HTC One. Much of a muchness to me.

Safe flight home stunt. Glad some sense over the menu has prevailed!

GT have a lovely time with your family.

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 18:41

I hate apple on principle, but am a huge fucking hypocrite as I just upgraded mine and dh's iphone4s to iphone5cs. Plus we have an ipad and an ipad mini. But I didn't buy any of them so can just about stay on my high horse.

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 18:43

Soup is good. Soup I have in the freezer, unseasoned, and am making onion soup tomorrow which should be sweet. Will leave it unseasoned for DD1. That's great. Thank you. It was helpful.

MsJupiterJones · 23/12/2013 18:53

I love my iPhone. I do find it better than any other phone I've had in the past but I think now the others are just as good.

PR I am so sorry to hear about the illness and those blisters sound awful. I can't think what would be gentle enough not to sting if what you've tried hasn't worked. Banana? Yoghurt?

The choking incident wasn't too bad tbh, at first I thought he'd burnt his tongue and then after the vomit he was fine so I didn't really have time to worry about it. I do his porridge super-thick and he eats it in chunks with his fingers with no probs usually.

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 19:05

Thankyou. Yoghurt is going down ok right now. She'd refused it all day but never mind.

LO enjoyed some hula hoops today but DD1 will have to wait.

About to pour some cheap red wine onto my cock so it marinates overnight. Will keep a glass back for myself.

YellowWellies · 23/12/2013 19:12

PR glad to hear you're keeping your cock well lubricated, always essential when its a big one Grin .

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 19:17

And it's only a half cock. Imagine if I was going for a full one.

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 19:18

The other half is in the freezer

Pikz · 23/12/2013 19:45

Oh PR I am so sorry Hmm

YW Grin at being caught!

Pass this is why I'm glad inlaws a long way away

Small person in bath... Let's see if yesterday was a fluke bedtime..

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 19:49

My ILs are 1000 km away. They arrive Friday. When DD1 should be on the mend but LO should be right in the middle. Brave yourselces quiche, I will be ranting. Loudly.

PetiteRaleuse · 23/12/2013 19:53

Wow. BraCe yourselVes quiche. That's a throwback to my teens.

Sophiathemistletoefairy · 23/12/2013 20:30

Am braced pr who needs eastEnders?

Anyway, love you all, have come to bed with my I pad to watch Jane Eyre.

Cosy.

Elizadoesdolittle · 23/12/2013 20:33

I love my inlaws. Just as bloody well as they live 10 mins a way and I see them loads. Mind you, I doubt I'd see them as much if I didn't like them. DH hardly ever sees them. Not because he hates them, just happens I see them most often when he's at work.

Ooo just seen jane eyre is about to start on bbc2. DH out tonight so will pour myself a baileys and settle down to watch that. I've done all my wrapping, tesco delivery is on it's way and the turkey is defrosting so feeling quite smug. There must be something I've forgotten!

Elizadoesdolittle · 23/12/2013 20:34

Hehe cross post sophia bit jealous you're watching it in bed though.

PurplePidjin · 23/12/2013 21:23

All presents purchased and wrapped including a last minute request for a specialist hobby item for dp's cousin (sil and i have exchanged mutual grrs, good job i know where the right shop is!) something nice for a friend we didn't know we were going to see (yay mince pies and coffee with her tomorrow!) and a birthday pressie for bil's missis (mum to r's month-older cousin but they weren't together this time last year; proper fairytale, and she's lovely!) tesco wasn't quite hell but the weather's awful.

And I've made the cheesecake Xmas Grin just need to turn up, eat and pray to all that is holy R doesn't scream other people's houses down at 3am Xmas Hmm

Oh and open my lovely gifts from fabulous quichesters Thanks

horseylady · 23/12/2013 21:24

Jumping in.

Reflux day today. He's teething.

Do I go to gp tomorrow and ask for omeprazol it leave if?

PurplePidjin · 23/12/2013 21:25

PS does the post come tomorrow? I forgot to leave the biscuits out for my amazing postie and his colleagues and my mn secret santa hasn't arrived yet, greedy bitch Xmas Smile

PurplePidjin · 23/12/2013 21:26

Go and ask horsey he's in pain and it's up to them to sort it out!

horseylady · 23/12/2013 21:35

He's not I pain (yet) as mainly he's a happy chucker. But every meal has come back today.

It's been ish refluxy but not bad. But obviously I need him seen tomorrow or it's Friday?

YellowWellies · 23/12/2013 21:41

Happy chuckers end up as screamers eventually it just takes longer for the stomach acid to damage their throats as they only get burnt on the way up (whereas silent refluxers swallow it back so get burned twice) I'd get omeprazole if it keeps on happening as eventually the poor chap's throat could get damaged.

BigPigLittlePig · 23/12/2013 21:41

Evening!

LOL at big cocks, back-saving shags and being caught with pants around ankles. You lot have had me chuckling tonight Grin

PR boooooo to HFM. It was shit. I'm not going to lie, there was nothing I could eat without pain. Yoghurt sounds like the least painful option though. Avoid avoid avoid anything with tomato in. That was a massive error I made. Lasted a week Sad. FC it is settling though by Weds, as she has already been ill for a few days iirc?

Stunt I hope your travels are safe ones, especially with the dicey weather.

Horsey I would ask for omeprazole, but if you can't get an appt, you can buy 10mg omeprazole over the counter in a pharmacy if you lie through your teeth and say it's for you. Er hum. Obviously GP preferable, but y'know, nice to have options.

Pidj I think there's post tomorrow....

JJ glad LO was ok after the vom/choke incident. Babies are weird/strange/gross creatures sometimes.

Had a lovely evening making mince pies with dh and a glass of red. Most of the presents wrapped, our bedroom is swamped in stuff Confused - mostly from other people for the girls. They are both such lucky lucky girls.

horseylady · 23/12/2013 21:42

That's what happened when he ended up in hospital.

Think I'll go back x

horseylady · 23/12/2013 21:43

8pig really???

Ok that's a good back up plan.

I'll try to get in tomorrow x

PurplePidjin · 23/12/2013 21:48

They don't know he's happy with it horsey Xmas Wink
