:o pig

At 58 kg I don't want to lose weight. Just want to have it redistributed. I struggled to get above 45kg for years to the point when I lied about my weight before a bungee jump as the min weight was 44kg.

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:28

BP that made me Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 18/12/2013 21:29

Yeah I think it was just a crap gift :o

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:31

Quiche fish heading your way PR! You were incredibly kind and generous to donate. As has been said before, a tube of smarties sent with love is just as precious.

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:32

Or did you actually send a Mr Whippy? A love turd.

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:33

I can think of a few people I would like to send one of DD2s finest to. She is particularly gifted in the poo department.

YellowWellies · 18/12/2013 21:34

Boak - the cat has just vommed a hairball (thankfully on the tarp under Jonas' highchair) and the dog waited patiently for him to finish so she could eat it! Envy Envy Envy Envy

PetiteRaleuse · 18/12/2013 21:35

Fuck I'd LOVE a tube of smarties. You guys get the yummy orange ones. In France orange smarties are as bland as any other smarties. UK smarties kick arse I didn't send smarties thank God as that would be a huge disappointment from France

PetiteRaleuse · 18/12/2013 21:36

I didn't send suppositories either.

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:36

A friend of mine is posting a dairy free Christmas cake to me. She said she knew I would not have the time. How kind is that?

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:36

Grin PR

MsJupiterJones · 18/12/2013 21:40

I have lost 2.5 stone but I can donate a further 5 stone to the cause for those in need.

I was 8st a few years ago and more than doubled my weight. Disgusting. I also fucked up my cycle and my hair fell out so I am not trying to get back to that, I just want to be a healthy weight before ttc again. V difficult to diet right now but I need to for my health, my boy and my eggs.

PR do you think the recipient could be saving the present to open for Xmas? Maybe you'll get a thank you after. Chasing & VQ it is lovely you received something. MN is fab and so misunderstood.

A friend texted me yesterday and said she had got a 'bfp' - that terminology made me think she has been frequenting MN (or other parenting site).

Stunt I can't believe you're being so nice about the steaks. I did Xmas last year and if anyone had requested anything other than turkey/ham I would have cried.

L has been awful today, screamed at everything. Was visiting friend with new baby so was a bit awkward. He's been so happy lately. Maybe teeth. Looks like we may finally be getting a few more of those.

horseylady · 18/12/2013 21:44

Evening quiche!!!

Just caught up!!

E back on abx again. Still chesty. Rubbish. Starting vomming everywhere. So i took him back. Still not presenting as a typical infection but they're erring on the side of cation. Rubbish. Bug hopefully this lot will kick it.

He coughing so so much!!!

Bless him.

Im back in pre preg clothes but got a couple of pounds or so to lose. All of you look lovely to me!!

Pig- try a probiotic helps with the digestive system and a good tonic!!

PurplePidjin · 18/12/2013 21:48

YW a bit clingy and subdued, napping is back up shit creek and he's being funny about food, but i think that's because he thinks if he refuses his dinner he'll get yoghurt and fruit. So tonight he didn't, he got chicken and sweet potato and spinach then bath... I'm doing no fruit after lunch to try to sort the night poo out.

I'm 12st, pre pregnancy was down to 11 with 1/2 to go to target. But everything apart from my real skinny day size 12 jeans fits. Including my size 12 trousers. It's not all the right shape though and a lot is v old and saggy so I'm hoarding birthday and xmas cash to get a few bits. I'm finding tunics with tights/leggings better than jeans these days, with knee high biker boots.

VQ · 18/12/2013 21:48

Hi Horsey x did they continue his Omeprazole?

horseylady · 18/12/2013 21:58

No.

If he carries on vomming he'll go back on that. I don't know if it's reflux causing the cough/wheeze or infection. Or if he ended up in hospital post jabs reaction.

Elizadoesdolittle · 18/12/2013 22:05

I was a size 6/8 in my late teens/early twenties. Then I found beer and it was all down hill from there. 2 kids later I'm a size 14. I used to also be a B cup and hated my small boobs. Now I'm an H cup and hate my big boobs. Can't win! I'm ok with my figure in general, but all my weight is on my tummy so I really need to do something about that. Not going to start now though!

Loving hearing of everyones xmas tales (apart from your's stunt how dare they dictate what you should cook them!). We don't have the TV on at all on xmas day. It's presents food and games all day. I love it. It's the only day I can get DH to play a board game. Sometimes he'll do it on boxing day as well if I'm lucky.

horseylady · 18/12/2013 22:14

Christmas when I was a kid was going to my dad's parents xmas eve as they celebrated Xmas then eating food with loads of relatives squashed into a tiny room. Then giving out Xmas presents. Xmas day morning opening a mountain of presents the going into my sisters too or her coming into mine then going into our parents room. Up mega early Xmas day. Then trying on clothes/watching films/building new toys. Breakfast was always light. Then Xmas dinner after top of the tops so around 3. Then walk the dogs/see the horses again. Then more films, maybe a bit of tea, cheesy tv etc. Was lovely!!

Then always up mega early Boxing Day to work :(

Now it seems like we just chase around visiting people like mad men. I still try to get up early to ride. But this year I have no horse. Well I have my pony!! Maybe Santa will bring me a new horse?!

PetiteRaleuse · 18/12/2013 22:17

Whatever the cause if omeprazole helps you should get it, surely?!

I was skinny until I relaxed. Shitty relationships (my xxp said Iwas fat at 45kg) meant I could never relax (though I never dieted).

When I left Paris I was 44kg. When I got updiffed several years later was almost 60. Can't blame pregnancy. Can blame happiness. Which can't be too bad.

Passmethecrisps · 18/12/2013 22:24

if only we could see ourselves as others see us, eh? If I only knew what I used to look like I would have paraded around naked. Only now do I appreciate wryly that I will think the same of myself now when I am in my sixties.

Just spent the evening making Christmas cards. Lots of fun.

Christmas in our house as kids was absolutely sacrosanct. I remember being on the telephone to my best pal on Christmas morning and her telling me that her dad had gone out to the pub. She hadn't any presents and had no idea when he would be back. My dad was there with the car keys in his hand and my mum was re-labelling my presents for my pal. Christmas was for families and she needed one. Still makes me a bit wet eyed.

and do you know? When my dad dropped her off that night, her dad said nothing at all. Not a word.

horseylady · 18/12/2013 22:30

It might not be reflux. It might just be a reaction to coughing now. If his sphincter is still weak. When he's not coughing, he doesn't vom. I was happy trying amoxicillin again. I wouldn't want both as they need to rule one or the other out. And I think abx was the correct decision. His eyes were starting to gunk again, nose very green, ears infected. Very bad cough and wheeze. And sickness. Exactly as he was in hospital. I was very worried. But fingers crossed.

Interestingly he's on twice the dose he was last week? Any ideas?

horseylady · 18/12/2013 22:32

pass my mum would have done that. I would have done that. I hope your friend never forgets that xx

Elizadoesdolittle · 18/12/2013 22:48

E's the same. She rarely voms. Yet as soon as she has the slightest sniffle or cough it's vom galore. Why?

Hope your E is better soon horsey

PetiteRaleuse · 18/12/2013 22:54

Phlegm eliza ? Better out than in?

PetiteRaleuse · 18/12/2013 23:15

Idris Elba webchat tomorrow on here. Can't think of one sensible question. The only actor they could get who would make me more starstruck is Michael C. Hall.
