Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas! And hope the poorly MILs get well soon.

I got my period for Christmas - what a lovely pressie! Xmas Hmm Was at PILs and had nothing with me. Guess it's 'cos DD had really cut down on bf, although Christmas Day itself she had 6 bf, I think because she was very constipated. Eventually the prunes and lentils did the job (explosively) and I ended up with shit all over my jeans! The joys... DD was thoroughly spoilt too and loved all the attention from DP's family.

Happy birthday to Xanthe birdies! And to Cameron as well bunty (if I remember right?).

What's everyone doing for the next few days? We have Xmas #2 at my parents tomorrow, then going to my sister's by the seaside for NYE which I'm v excited about.

hope everyone had a lovely xmas and happy birthdays as well. i was exhausted xmas eve but floss did not wake til 7.40 on xmas mornong so that really helped!!!

not seeing family til after new year so joping for a restful week befoe dp goes.back to work x

tugs nye by the beach sounds lovely. I have cousins in new zealand who keep posting lovely pics on facebook of xmas at the beach in the sun :)

Thinking about what to do on his bday, family will be coming over in the eve but I think I'll tak him out to a play place in the day ive not really decided yet. I will however be taking a photo of him at exactly 11.31

Thanks everyone! We had a brilliant day and Xanthe loved it - she was full of energy all day. Lots of playing, dancing (she does a very cute shoulder shuffle!) and getting us to chase her round the house. I'm a bit :( it's over now!

bugsy hope your Gran is ok. Hope the poorly MILs are better too?

Wow pascha so many people who don't post anymore. Hope we didn't scare them all off haha!

Thanks for the best wishes all but unfortunately she passed away today. She was very old and in pain so it was for the best I think. But still very sad.

Happy Birthday Cameron, wishing you a fab day.

We have had awful few days with Lois, think its teeth related what isn't! high temp, whinge bag and usual hideous nights.

She is walking loads now though but still not figured out standing up without pulling up.

She's not really interested in her toys, just likes to clear anything off from sides, drawers..... Oh and the highchair is a war zone, food missiles flying in all directions so annoying DD1 never really did that

Took DD2 to see frozen the other day it's the first time she has kept the 3d glasses on throughout the entire movie.

DD1 went for Sleepover with MIL last night so just mini carnage maker to deal with, really need to tackle my ironing mountain...... Tea and toast anyone

All those babies! I wonder how those that don't post anymore are doing.

Went to see my niece in her first panto yesterday. She's only 11 and she was fantastic, pretty much a main part and she nailed it. Nancy sat happily through the whole thing, just clapped and even slept through the 'he's behind you' shouting.

What's everyone got planned for NYE?

lost ivy have has similar destructive tendancies! Rhyme time is spent putting all the books she flung back on the shelves. Much more fun taking stuff out and making a mess!

Happy Birthday to Xanthe and Cameron! Big girls already.

We are spending NYE at MIL's (she lives a short flight away). Should be interesting as her flat is not baby proofed and there is nowhere to put baby to bed...

Just back from seeing my friend's new baby, the tiny one. I held her sleeping so mum could brush her teeth and shower... Brought all the chaos back. She is gorgeous.

Ivy has spent all day walking from sofa to pushchair to me!! Dss got really excited everytime and keep putting things out of reach for her so she will walk to them. Her little face looks so pleased eachtime Grin
