Don't worry everyone. No need to have sleepless nights. I'm 1 FUCKING cm. one!

PetiteRaleuse · 26/09/2013 00:26

Arse. Lost a huge post.

GT push for further intervention and epi tomorrow. No point in you being knackered when baby arrives.

pig Flowers it must be horrible to lose patients. I remember the real humanity of hospital doctors and nurses when I was on my wat to kicking the bucket. I felt sorry for them!

DD1 pushed LO over today. She whacked her head on the wooden floor. Was horrible. Both are OK but was vvvvv close to spanking dd1.

Yes PR is back. Am getting my claws back. Have started to work on my case and a going to fight tooth and nail. I am no longer a victim I will fight. Nothing to lose. Twats.

LuisGarcia · 26/09/2013 01:11

Yes PR is back.

Well, finally!

(Good luck GT)

Bryzoan · 26/09/2013 01:47

Well, finally, indeed luis. Good to hear from you old man. Same goes to horsey - with Wine for the hard times.

Hope you get some sleep gt. Lo will be ok :-) good news that the bloods are looking more normal now.

Hi to everyone else. and good to have the original
And best back pr. Easier to type than peaches Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 26/09/2013 06:48

One hour's sleep. Going over battle plans with DH til 2 then in my head most of the rest of the night.

Hope gt got more sleep and wasn't offended at my suggestion about epi and intervention. Misthunk that. Over here everyone is pro epi - it's offered at pretty much the start of labour.

Hello luis and horsey you have both been missed.

ChasingDaisy · 26/09/2013 07:16

GT I was 1cm for ages. They wanted to start the synto drip and I refused until I had been given an epidural. As soon as I had the epidural and drip I went straight to 9cm x

Pikz · 26/09/2013 07:17

Luuuuuiiiiissss and hooooorsreeyyy Grin

Come on GT get a move on Wink

Yay PR Grin

Doing alright here... One half hour waking. I wonder when my beautiful sleeping baby will return.

BigPigLittlePig · 26/09/2013 07:18

Shitter of a night.

Sorry to hear no news GT - I have a 13 hr shift ahead of me so see what you can do lol.

PR thank god you're back.

Hiya luis

misslaughalot · 26/09/2013 07:27

Have also skim read the whole thread looking for a babgGT mk2 announcement! Sounds like slow progress at the moment GT and its making me relive my 66 hour labour. Hope things get moving for you soon and your Jaffa cake supply is replenished Cake

Can anyone help with our sleep issue though? Every night babylaughalot will go down to sleep really easily to start with, then wake about 45 mins later (her usual length of a nap) and that's when the fun begins. She was awake for over 90 mins last night before I could get her back to sleep again, so actually slept 7.50-8.20 then 10-5.45 and that's pretty normal for the last couple of weeks. Any suggestions?

Oh and we had our first words this week! She clearly said 'Daddy' to DP on Sunday and on Tuesday started signing 'Mummy' and then yesterday was saying 'Momma' while signing too!

Right, will try to catch up on the thread properly now!

GTbaby · 26/09/2013 07:44

PR I think I'll have to do that.

I'm really not coping with the pain at all. Mw suggested I have an injection so i could sleep.

Not happy being alone. FH is torn between his own sleeping, me and lo. And I'm getting very angry at him for not being here with me.

GTbaby · 26/09/2013 07:51

Ha. Despite name check I didn't click PR is back. Distracted much?

And luis makes an appearance! Just one request mate, can you stop beating me by 300+ points on WWF? I know I'm rubbish but there is no need to rub it in.

Bryzoan · 26/09/2013 08:12

Keep going gt. Must be really tough not having fh with you. Good though that he is looking after lo. Hopefully he will be able to join you soon? Don't get hung up on the numbers. You can shift off one and up to 9 surprisingly quickly. How is your Spd? Would be good to move about as much as you can. Big hugs - sending oxytocin over the ether...

Wrote a massive post earlier then my phone died. In short, glad your horse is mending slowly kirrin. Hope today is better bplp. When I am in hosp with dd I am always struck by how hard it must be for the medical teams when things don't go well. We are all lucky there are so many professionals like you who are prepared to put themselves through that and still care. Thank you.

Oh and pr - dd comes close to shoving g every time he us cruising on something she considers hers all the time then. Hasn't actually done it yet but I am watching her like a hawk. Glad your 2 are ok and good luck with your battle.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 26/09/2013 08:25

Hooray pr is back!

Oh gt poor you. emotions are all over the place during labour! and immediately after it. Go easy on yourself.

PurplePidjin · 26/09/2013 08:35

Erm, think that's it. Bubbles were luffly and there's lots left - a bottle of wine does several days in this house. Dp has gone off happily despite very little sleep (not R's fault for once!) and I'm faced with my first full day alone with R since January Shock

applepieinthesky · 26/09/2013 08:52

gt that brings back memories. When I had C I started getting contractions in the early hours on a monday morning. It wasn't until late tuesday night that I was in established labour and could have an epidural. It felt like a lifetime and I was absolutely shattered. Take whatever it is you need to get through it Thanks

ChasingDaisy · 26/09/2013 09:24

Aww O just crawled up to me, crawled up my lap and gave me a cuddle Smile He isn't a cuddly baby at all. I melted.

Catbag · 26/09/2013 09:51

Hi quiche, can I come in?

Pikz · 26/09/2013 09:58

Donnadoon · 26/09/2013 10:10

Donnadoon · 26/09/2013 10:11

MissMummy1 · 26/09/2013 10:15

Catbag ! Luis !

Missed you both. How are your beautiful twins cat?
Are you getting some sleep luis?

I am now plan-less this morning. Should really go out and do something.

My free lunch yesterday was lovely btw! P growled when I woke him up so I took my lovely gran instead (I think I made her year) and he had leftovers Grin

Pikz · 26/09/2013 10:21
