stunt I have some gaviscon left and happy to post it. It's only 12 sachets but I would throw it away otherwise.

PurplePidjin · 29/08/2013 14:25

I thought of you today GT my friend had an optician appointment so i took R and her 2y2mo to the park to play. It was possible, even off the cuff with no sling, but R had a nice chomp on some leaves and she climbed bits of equipment she probably should have had help for! Think it would be a lot easier if you were used to it, i think you'll surprise yourself with how well you cope x

ChasingDaisy · 29/08/2013 15:00

Gah, I'm supposed to be seeing date guy tonight and Oscar has just bashed my glasses into my face. I better not get a black eye Hmm

PurplePidjin · 29/08/2013 16:21

From the sounds of it he'll find it cute, Chasing :o

Vvvdp has a job interview tomorrow. Please may i ask to quiche to meditate, pray, cross fingers, cosmic order etc that he gets it? Thank you Thanks

TheDetective · 29/08/2013 17:05

I have twisted my body in to new shapes for you PP everything crossed Grin.

Chasing ooooooooooopsie! Bad O Grin.

Wow, what a day! 5 mums and 5 babies in a changing cubical together made for a whole new level of hectic craziness! It was fun! But absolutely knackering! Then we went to the Sainsburys cafe for lunch after. Bet they LOVED us! I think the soft play was easier yesterday Hmm.

Well, operation switch food around is going well. We've dropped a bottle it seems. He had a banana at 4pm instead.

I think we need to keep any bargains updated on here! I have just got O a wooden toddle truck with blocks for £7.49 in Sainsburys, put away for christmas/birthday. I also got my first present for the other children. Sainsburys had some pretty decent reduced toys on. Got a Fisher Price set of keys for my neice for christmas, £1.79 from £5.99 Grin. They haven't got them reduced online though.

StuntNun · 29/08/2013 17:08

Thanks Lily but DH talked them into it. I'll try cutting the Gaviscon once we're off the ranitidine. But I don't want to go back to the constant vomfest we used to have.

TheDetective · 29/08/2013 17:11

This came up in my Active, Chasing didn't know if it was any use to you?

Duffed my back, dp had to finish bedtime Sad hopefully some sleep will un-spasm it for the first night waking!

ChasingDaisy · 29/08/2013 19:47

Awesome, thanks pidj Thanks

Just waiting to be picked up and O starts murmuring over the monitor. Go back to sleep child!

Pikz · 29/08/2013 20:24

Have a fab time chasing.

Am crossing everything PP

Am having a hell of a time of it at the moment, teeth have a lot to answer for.

Kirrin · 29/08/2013 20:33

Thanks guys :) She does seem to forget it pretty quickly but the guilty feeling hangs around me constantly :( I need to chill out and just accept that bedtime goes on for hours and that what used to be 5 minute jobs now take 12 hours.....

apple I would check with payroll. If they have made a mistake they will realise at some point and then they'll want it back. I was overpaid in my first month back, I told them and they took it back from this months pay. They took it all in one go cos I said they could. They did offer instalments though.

Good luck for the interview PP's vvvdp

Enjoy your date chasing :)

Hope those teeth pop through soon pikz

I rode today and had a fab time Grin We went out round the forest for nearly 2 hours, which might have been a bit much for the first time in ages - I expect I shall pay for that tomorrow, but it was brilliant. I'm definitely going to keep going somehow.

BigPigLittlePig · 29/08/2013 21:11

Payday today! Whoop whoop! Have had to promptly part with a huge amount to nursery but I did at least temporarily have some money in the bank.

Pidj I will maintain crossed everything in hope that dps interview goes well.

Chasing I'm looking forward to hearing about the date - hope you didn't get a black eye!

Pikz I hope things get easier soon xx

Pass how are you feeling today? and VQ, hope you and J are surviving.

Bit of a mare at bedtime. F went off ok, but then woke screaming after an hour. She woiuld only fall back asleep in my arms on our bed. So she is still there now terrifying as she is mobile with pillows surrounding her Confused.

My lovely lovely brother works in a bike shop, and is ordering us one of these for F. Cannot wait to take her out! I think she'll love it!

Brockle · 29/08/2013 21:28

I have cycle seat envy bp Envy Smile Y loved it on the bike and it was so lovely riding out as a family Smile

ValiumQueen · 29/08/2013 22:25

Not caught up. Doubt I will now. I will search for posts by kyz and that should suffice.

J much better thank goodness.

Night night x

Elizadoesdolittle · 29/08/2013 22:39

Evening all, I'm feeling so much better it's untrue. Still not 100% but I feel human and have been able to function fairly easily so very pleased with that.

kirren yep, I can scream blue murder at DD1 and absolutley hate myself for hours/days after. Whereas 5 mins later she is off happily babbling to her dolls, pottering about like nothing ever happened. Wish we could take a leaf out of their book. Glad you enjoyed your ride today.

chasing Hope you've enjoyed your childfree evening out. (I'm still not sure if I'm allowed to call it a date or not, or have we moved past that?). Anyway whatever it is I hope fun was had.

pikz I hope the teeth appear soon and give you some peace.

pp I'm crossing everything.

stunt Glad your DH mananged to secure you some gaviscon.

choc I don't think I have said hello so waves welcome to the quiche. Love your DS tele skills.

pass hope the morose is fucking off.

vq glad j is much better. Long may it continue.

Poor E has been very difficult to settle tonight and is still chuntering away from time to time. I'm blaming teeth. Calpol has been administered but to no effect yet. Think she just needs mummy cuddles so it might be a co-sleeping night tonight. Not had one of those for ages. But needs must.

As I can now see, walk and hopefully drive, we will be going to Derbyshire tomorrow, yay. The cottage has no internet or phone service so I won't be able to keep up with you guys, boooo. I hope everyone, mummy's, babies, DH's/DP's/vvvDP's/FH's, soon to be born babies, puppies, cats, guinea pigs, siblings and anything and anyone connected to the quiche, behaves themselves! Laterz folks x

The guinea pig made me think of fatima not seen you for a while so hope all is ok. Good god, I hope it is you that has the pet guinea pig. If not huge apologies! It's not that you remind me of one, but that I remember a lovely photo on fb that I think you posted. Disclaimer I love guinea pigs if that helps!

Anyway I'll stop waffling like a mad woman and actually go and start packing! Ciao.

ChasingDaisy · 29/08/2013 23:18

Best fucking evening ever.

MissMummy1 · 29/08/2013 23:45

Spill chasing!

Glad J is on the mend vq

I have had a hateful day but came home tonight to a rosepetal trail up to the bathroom where a cinammon bath and suitably mahoosive glass of rose awaited me Grin

Also, what do you make of this? I have been mulling it over for a few days. Mystery bump appeared in the front bumper of my car. Tiny and èntirely unnoticeable but there all the same. I gave dp a massive bollocking for being careless with the garage door as it epwas 'soo obviously his fult'. I may have been a bit shouty. That night my next door neighbour came round with a bottle of wine and fessed up he had hit it with his boat last week Shock Shock Shock . DP told him not to worry about it ans laughed it off as 'no worse than mm1 has ever done'. I am fuming with dp for mocking my driving, a bit pissed off it took my neighbour a week to admit it was him (they are really lovely) and very Blush Blush Blush he must have heard my shouty accusations at dp. Confused

applepieinthesky · 29/08/2013 23:47

Tell us more chasing. You can't keep us in suspense like that!

GTbaby · 30/08/2013 01:49

Thanks stunt and pp. been thinking about caboo baby close sling?
Any thoughts from our sling experts?

Chasing ! No updates??? Meany Wink

Hope your all well. Very quite last few days.

Need to sleep.

Lily311 · 30/08/2013 06:00

chasing you have to update.

I went to my friends' for dinner, it was lovely to have proper adult conversation. He is the only friend I have in this city and his wife is lovely, we clicked straight away.

O was awful yesterday afternoon, she cut her tooth properly and really suffered. And she wants to walk everywhere, she comes to me, grabs my fingers, pulls herself up and off we go. My back is killing me. Pls tell me that she won't be an early walker.
