i have no idea what you're talking about, all i can see is little boxes Confused

Forget all these little emoticons (also known as annoying little boxes if you're not on an iPhone/Pad Grin) - has anybody else been enjoying the saga of the BOBs as much as me?

I was actually CRYING with laughter at the OP's last installment. No idea why the thought of them driving off with the poster obstructing the rear view mirror has amused me so much. Clearly I need to get out more!

In my defence, we're not having a great weekend. DD is feeling extremely sorry for herself, as am I (for both her and me). Pass me the Wine please...

JKSLtd · 23/06/2013 21:03

Hmm, i couldn't see them on my phone either.

Have been following the BOB threads too, am simply astounded by her bare-faced cheek. Can you ever imagine parking on someone else's drive? We have enough probs with people overhanging our dropped kerb. Though we have just managed to get an H-Bar put in and it's been better since.

Twentieth - what's up with DD?

We're all ok here, went swimming en famille this morning & DD has no fear, she lets go and tries to head off on her own! She did rink quite a lot of the pool today I think Grin

I'll have to look for the BOB thread and have a nosey.

Yay for finding a nursery kitty. Will S do more time at the nursery when he gets the 3yo funding?

I had a shower fully clothed today Shock We were at my parents house and they have a big walk in shower. I walked into it to pick up a bottle of baby wash and inadvertently turned the water on with my arse when I bent over Blush There are 5 jets in that bloody shower so I got quite wet Grin

I hope you have a better day tomorrow 20th x

I didn't explain myself properly there kitty. what I was alluding too was, more time spent at the nursery = not feeling so beholden to your IL's.

Oops ILike! But that is quite funny!

We are doing a sopranos marathon. We have all six series to get through before I goes off on demand on 30th June. Almost done with one! Bada bing!

I was reading the BOB thread last night, have just caught up with the updates. How could she have thought it was ok? Shock

More house stuff done this weekend (by DH), I went out shopping with M.

[ I know that you shouldn't laugh at somebody's misfortune but that did make me giggle ILike!

DD has got a tummy bug and the most awful nappy rash. Gawd knows how as she's not worn a nappy all week Confused She's so sore and sad about it though. Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow...

Laugh away, I don't mind Grin

I changed into my mum's clothes (mmmmmm, fetching) while my clothes went into the dryer. What a bleedin numpty!

I have never seen The Soprano's. That and the West Wing are on my to watch list.

At the moment I am making the boys a dinosaur toy each. I haven't really made anything like this for years so it's all a bit of a learning curve and I'm making rooky errors. However, I have used ric-rac for the first time ever - get me!!

You know when you have one of those weeks where you think things can't go any worse, and then they do?

Monday - boiler broke (fixed now, but needs a part)
Tuesday - heard a close friend of Dhs died unexpectedly, he was 59
Wednesday - work unexpectedly told us our workload for Thursday/Fridaywas likely to be 10 times what we were expecting. I went to the docs about my ads and how I don't think they are working and somehow came out with a prescription for the pill and instructions to have more sex with dh without worrying about getting pg Confused
Thursday - My cm has cancer :(

I dread to think what tomorrow brings, but dh is picking up his new car. The last new car we bought someone crashed into me the day we got it. I know they are all entirely unrelated, but i feel so heavy with it all this week.
