Well here it is our brand new thread

can be ok at moment. he made a bit of an insensitive remark when he said that he would like to get a pc game and then he said he gets pleasure and enjoyment out of his computer. it's a tool/ means to end for hobby/ comms etc. so then we had discussion about how his first thought when he has spare cash is nearly always for getting a game and not for dd (steaming). when i have spare cash it's always dd, bills then me and i feel guilty if i do spend on myself not dd. we seem to be amicable now tho. prob cos he knows he's promised to take me to see my gdad and would not be happy if he didn't why do men get like that?

because its in there DNA FM to be like that lol!!!
Thankfully Phil's not to bad at the moment tho

Darcie has got that new Meningitis Jab tomorrow so not looking forward to that.

DM - Jack had his about a month ago and was fine afterwards.

My baby is a 19mth old genius she can count to ten and say half the alphabet!!!

DM - congrats on your genius,i thought DS2 was clever being able to count to 3!

DS2 finally had his 1st haircut today, he kicked off in the worst temper i have ever seen from him!! - all his curls have gone for the moment and he now looks like a proper little boy.

TTM - welldone on DS2 for getting his first haircut.

AM - darcie had her jab, and was okay yesterday, ust waiting for it to kick in today

am dd had her jab a while ago and was more upset with the nurse and actually shouted/cried at her! lol she did have bit of sore area but think she had calpol about half an hour before and she was ok within while, have to go dd up x

am how did jab go? from what i remember now, the three(?)parts of the jab kick in at different times. the 1st one was the only one that dd had any real reaction to. she had temp of 39.4C so i took her straight to casualty and then they used a stronger version of infant paracetamol and she calmed down after a bit - bit worrying at times tho. she had a slight reaction to the measles part and had a few red spots but certianly nothing major, just extra cuddles and calpol here and there.

the best 40 quid i ever spent was that 40 quid on the thermometer that goes in her ear ( i can't remember what its called sorry!)

the Effect of Darcies jab has kicked in she is either very cuddly or not wanting to know!!!!

Nearly finished my xmas shopping thank god, although worked out spent far to much on clothes for Darcie! but never mind

Hi all i had an interview this morning for team manager position at work, i think it went well so fingers crossed, i think we find out either today or tomorrow.

fran counted to ten today! i said 1, she said2, etc then she said ten. i know how you feel now dm!

Hi FM that is so sweet.

I didn't get promoted today my friend Lara did, so not to upset, especially as the job would of been full-time and big upset at work for fulltimers, as our 2 service teams are merging and 6th floor service are open to 10pm and we only open to 8pm.

Darcie is still teething badly. so being a little devil but is ok

DM - sorry to hear you didnt get the promotion.
Life in Toytown has been horrible this last week, had major arguement with DH and we are only now just begining to talk, arguement started over nothing - but dont they always!!
DS2 has got to wear his pyjamas to nursery tomorrow for children in need, he will think I have lost the plot when I put him in the car in his pyjamas in the morning.

dm, sorry about the promtion not going for you but you got a friend as supervisor instead of someone who can't do the job (fm dusck and runs just in case that came acroos wrongly!........)

LOL FM she knows her job, and because our 2 service dept are merging, we are all being moved around the 4 Team Managers and hayley won't put me and Lara together coz she knows what good friends we are and that i would help her in her new role, but the Team i'm moving to is great coz i love my TM and will have more leaway with her anyway.

Life in ToyTown is starting to improve, hopefully. Thanks for asking.
DS2 and all his nursery friends looked so cute wearing their pjs to nursery.
Had a letter from Drs to take DS2 for the new injection next week, cant say i'm looking forward to that!!
