Found the remote. < phew>

Dd3 went to bed at 8 thought she was settler for a bit. Just finished cleaning up a bed full of milk. Now back feeding again.

Aaaw nymph! Still got the remote?

Yep! Next to me^. Dh is out & dds in bed. I am guardian of the remote ( have to fight for it all week!) have made up the futon for dh tonight. He will take over 5:30 onwards hopefully. Fingers crossed I wale up for her

Just on last feed before dh rakes over. Apparently he didn't sleep v well cos it was different dd3 up at 2:30& stayed in bed with me. Fed somewhere between then & now & proper feed now

Thanks, nymph! It is probably still fine by average standards, but for me, it is thick!!!

DH managed to find it online. He is still preening about being described as 'an imposing Scotsman'! :) I haven't read the whole article as it was very late last night, but DH read me the bit he was in. They interviewed him at the Baby Show we were at last weekend, just asking why we went/what we bought - that sort of thing.

Worked out dd3 is on two hourly feeds so no wonder Im knackered , just had her weighed though & she's moved up a centile.

Nohun Did you have fun at the baby show? Did you get anything nice?

We're on a CBeebies kick this morning, I'm watching my friends little girl who is very very cute and cheeky.

H, we went primarily because I thought there would be lots of baby carriers for us to try out, and we want one for DH (I already have a Moby and a Mei Tei), but sadly there were only two, and I'd already done my research about which ones it was between, and neither were there.
We did stock up on some cloth nappies for slightly cheaper than they are online, and I got (well, it's still being made) a necklace with DS's fingerprint on. Also got DS a cute pair of slippers, a bib, and that was about it. Bit disappointing actually - have been before and they have had more baby carrier stands, but we were only pregnant then, so too early for us to try them out.

Dd3 just wanted to go in the kitchen to dh & coughed at home for his toast & coughed at yhe high chair. She doesn't actually eat anything but likes to play with the food everytime we eat. So far she sqeezes stuff & sometimes sucks her fingers. Banana is liked & granny smiths

Ach, it was still good really, am excited about the fingerprint necklace, and the nappies were an ok price.

Ds loves fruit too nymph he likes licking apples especially.I love the sound of your dd coughing to communicate , ds does a strange arm flapping thing!
Made up some baby rice for him to try and he devoured the lot, then grabbed the bowl and tried to lick it out! We both got very sticky but it was good fun!

Nohun the fingerprint necklace sounds adorable, do you have the name of the compaby/person that does them?

Lots of places do the fingerprint jewellery, I am getting it from www.connellandhartglass.com/pages/fingerprintjewellery.html. We had DS's footprints done by them when he was two weeks old too.

Sounds fun nohun! Famous already :) shame re carriers at the show. I've seen the finger print necklaces(a mum at my toddler group makes them) and they are lovely. I'm v tempted.

Dd has had a couple of licks of yoghurt and looked surprised, but no more yet-not long to go though!

Sorry not to name check-2 v tired babies to get to bed once dd has finished this marathon feed.

Nohun Regarding the carriers, have you thought about popping along to a sling meet or trying a a sling hire company (I know they do alsorts these days). What are you getting DS's fingerprints on then?

Nymph I had to laugh, we've lost the remote now. I think friends cheeky DD has hidden it.

Ooh, let's all get fingerprint necklaces! :) H, I am going for a heart-shaped clear class one - it's officially ice blue or something, but looked clear enough to me.

Good idea re the sling meets, thank you, though there is no guarantee that the two I think I've narrowed it down to will be there.

Tyson, I hope to have more children, and plan to get a fingerprint necklace for all of them.

I need to ring gp today about ds and just caught myself thinking 'no I better wait till ds wakes from his nap incase the gp wants to ask him any questions' think I need more sleep!

Dd3 had more jabs this am and is bouncing again now! Hope this carries on rather than her feeling rough. Just had lunch in the garden, lovely day
