Wow! Congratulations dh, you fiance! We're all waiting with baited breath to hear the tale...

CakeandRoses · 06/11/2010 19:52

How many feeds are all your babies on now?

Now A is finally thru her belated 3 month growth spurt, she seems to be settling down into about 8 feeds spaced something like this:

6am (was 7am but earlier since bloody stupid clock change)

9am

10.30am

12.30pm

3.30pm

5.30pm

7.15pm

11pm

Each feed takes about 10 mins.

DesperateHousewife21 · 06/11/2010 21:58

Ok so my mum had Dylan for a few hours while I had my waxes done, then DP and I went to Zizi's for lunch and while we were getting the bill he said I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you marry me?
I of course said yes! Grin

Needle · 06/11/2010 22:11

it's made up for this full-of-wank sleb thread

DesperateHousewife21 · 07/11/2010 08:09

stac14 · 07/11/2010 09:22

pmsl tsc what a night you've had he is gorgeous so Envy i wouldnt care if he saw my saggy tits as long as i saw him haha

Did anyone watch bon jovi last night? Another hottie for his age, want to see them in concert

dh so happy for you hun

cakes r is on 8oz bottles about 6/7 times a day first @ 6.30 then 9, 12, 3.30, 5.30, 7 and 9.30 then she wakes during the night, she takes ages to feed x

OP posts:
kkfairybrains · 07/11/2010 13:02

Wow stac she really is a grubber!! ellie only takes 4 bottles in the day. 5oz in the morning then 8oz at lunch then in the space of about 3 hours in the eve she takes 16oz!

DesperateHousewife21 · 07/11/2010 13:47

cakes Dylan is attached to my boobs for what feels like ALL DAY but in reality prob goes about 2 hours between feeds at the mo, 3 at the most. Trouble is I feed him to sleep most times so he is on the boob for sleep not food which is why it feels like its all day. Also means I have no idea what times he's actually hungry.

I AM SO BOREDDDDDDDDDDD! Its bloody raining, theres nothing on tv, DPs playing bloody xbox, Dylan is arsey cos we've stayed indoors all day. Im starting to really hate weekends.

I saw tsc Wink

CakeandRoses · 07/11/2010 19:31

Aside from ellie, it looks like most of the babies aren't all gina forded and in a parent-friendly routine yet! Is Frankie actually feeding all that time or just comfort sucking tsc?

dh how're you getting on with a dummy for settling D?

Did you have a good night out mlic

Chulita · 07/11/2010 19:37

tsc LOL! lmao, I'd have been so embarrassed!

dh congratulations! all that 'suble' hinting worked Grin

mlic I feel your pain, I really truly do. S has been feeding every 2 hours recently, day and night and then of course you factor DD's wake ups in there too and it's horrendous. I feel like a zombie most of the time.
Mind you, we went to see my parents for Friday night and S went to sleep at 6pm, DD at 6.30, S fed at 3am and then both woke at 7am Shock I couldn't believe it...didn't happen again though!

cakes S is different every day so no routine at all here, except that he's usually in bed at 6pm. That's the only fixed point in our day.

I've still got massive pain in one nipple after 15 weeks of bfing. Driving me round the bend, not sure if it's a milk blister or what but it's like a pinhead sized white lump and after S feeds it burns for about an hour. I've tried everything to shift and nothing works...not sure what to try next but it's soooo painful :(

CakeandRoses · 07/11/2010 20:18

chulita that sounds awful! i'd never heard of a milk blister so had a look on kellymom. presume you've read/tried this?

tsc had a look at your pics on fb Grin. Were the pics taken kinda nonchalantly, like 'Oh, i'll just take a pic of the party guests, which just so happens to have a double helping of famous bods in it, one of whom is v fit' or was it a blatant stalk n shoot?

I'm such a doughnut mlic - I only just realised that you come from (or just live in?) the same county that my DH is from.

Cmon, 'fess up - what is the local delicacy? Grin

I'm always a lightweight these days - you start to feel like cinderella as midnight approaches but it's bloody early wake-up with the DCs that's scary rather than the pumpkin/carriage.
