Cavey it was this one, and thank you for asking - I have just spent a lovely few hours reading back over past threads :) So much I had forgotten! All the details of how our babies came into the world, like miniGardenia being in SCBU or no1's little boy actually being a whopping 10lber

no mention of the bed offer at all - the quinny has just sold for £250 on ebay though so we'll use that towards them.

They've booked to come over, without asking, in Dec. Staying in the Travel Lodge. With DNiece again when DD1 will be in school, has swimming on the Thurs and it will be her assessment week. School on the Fri and it will be final rehersals before her show the next week (they could have come to her show to see her if they had come the week after) and then on the Sat DD1 and DD2 and I are taking my friend for lunch & to the panto (as we do every year) and then they head home on the Sun. I'm working all weekend so we need both cars. We'll now have to give them one of ours or spend the weekend driving them about (between the hotel and Debenhams ) and/or babysitting sodding DNiece

AARRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. ffs

I have been reading too, made me well up. Now my tiny bundle is a bigger bundle asleep in her big girl bed snoring like Peppa Pig.

dizz if they've not mentioned it, what's stopping you from saying something along the lines of 'ooh, the girls are so excited about help to choose the bed you're buying them'....or something

that would mean my actually having to talk to them - they phone DH's mobile

well next time they phone him, ask to speak to them...that'll throw them off their stride long enough for you to ask them about the beds. job done

as for you hotmamas, one word PILATES! Joseph Pilates would not take a client that would not commit to 3 times a week for at least 3 months and preferred a commitment of 6 months.
