You silly, silly women.

Don't you know any better?

No, not Brown Atlantis. There'll be someone else.

Someone all new and interesting

someone to make Dave look like even more of light-weight

Yes agree. Should be a swim-wear round or a talent spot or something

"It's a filofax invasion! "

You had to carry the filofax with alllll of the incerts to weight you down on that side from the bloody mobile phone that weighted a ton.

foxinsocks · 30/04/2010 19:19

I bet Dave is hairless on his body

whifflegarden · 30/04/2010 19:19

I get paid per post

Do you really think this though? I always get the distinct impression that there is very little support for the conservatives here . The MN poll validates my view....

Northernlurker · 30/04/2010 19:21

I thought the tories thought we'd gone too far with H&S Atlantis? Over-regulation innit? Surely you should be setting fire to the helmet hair and shiny blouses?

atlantis · 30/04/2010 19:22

"No, not Brown Atlantis. There'll be someone else.

Could it be??.. no surely not.. the saviour of the labour party is... banana boy, milli vanilli himself ... Dave, I ate my fiber today, miliband.

"I bet Dave is hairless on his body "

There's an image I just didn't want and don't know what to do with now. Thanks.

ahundredtimes · 30/04/2010 19:24

Alan Johnson

salt of the earth, postman vote

It's a waxing thing atlantis

there was a memo, thought everyone had got that?

This is much more fun than arguing policy isn't it

Right, I must go and do sensible things now.

"I thought the tories thought we'd gone too far with H&S Atlantis? Over-regulation innit? "

Too right. If I want to take 10 toddlers swimming in a pool all by myself I should be allowed, it's a free country ain't it, or it was until those darn elf and safety witchets.

Northernlurker · 30/04/2010 19:26

Atlantis - even our Boy Dave could kick your Dave's hairless backside all the way back to his father in law's massive estate

foxinsocks · 30/04/2010 19:27

he started out as a postie where we lived in larndon. He's a good bloke. Not sure he'd want it though?

atlantis · 30/04/2010 19:28

"Alan Johnson

Postman bloomin pat? As PM? He wont be able to deliver anything until 11 am and then he'll be bending important documents he's supposed to keep flat and throwing you were out cards through obama's door before running off down the road before he answers.

elliemental · 30/04/2010 19:28

oddly enough, it was our local council (tory) who demanded the closure of all our paddling pools because of health and safety ... they got a bit confused see, mistaking guidelines for Law.

I think they should all have to sing a number from West Side Story.

foxinsocks · 30/04/2010 19:29

I think the tories like memos. Lots of them. Like just keep quiet and let Gordon screw it up for himself. I think they all read that one.

atlantis · 30/04/2010 19:30

"Atlantis - even our Boy Dave could kick your Dave's hairless backside all the way back to his father in law's massive estate "

Only if he was using his brother as back up, the guy's got a big banana yellow streak down his back.

Besides we'd just send eric Pickles (with everything) around to sit on him.

atlantis · 30/04/2010 19:32

"oddly enough, it was our local council (tory) who demanded the closure of all our paddling pools because of health and safety ... they got a bit confused see, mistaking guidelines for Law."

Or could it be the fear of the 'sue me if you get hurt ' culture that would have cost the council thousands if someone stubbed their toe?

mmrsceptic · 30/04/2010 19:32

monitoring mn at this time is like watching a hundred six year olds play football, a few have a clue and stand in position and all the others swarm after the ball like a school of mackerel

atlantis · 30/04/2010 19:34

" "

Not a good position to be in if Gordon's had a bad day and wants to kick something.

(see and you all thought I was going to say peter mandelson didn't you?)

Don't worry, you'll be fine, as long as your not holding a loaf of bread.

(GB is toast)

Northernlurker · 30/04/2010 19:43

Atlantis - it's not playing fair to mention Mandelson! You'll notice I've been very nice and not actually mentioned she who had better not be named even though she snatches small children's milk bottles OR Edwina Currie. Yes that's right I haven't even mentioned the fact that the last time we had a conservative government they gave high office to Edwina and Anne lets chain women prisoners to beds as they give birth lest they abscond mid labour Widdicombe and Michael Portillo before he went all fluffy and Jonathan Aitken before he admitted he was a liar......

Northernlurker · 30/04/2010 19:43

oooops

SanctiMoanyArse · 30/04/2010 19:47

SOH pmsl

Between that post, daft tips and the SN limericks I am having a MN giggle tonight

To anyone inclined to start such a thread:

I don't care what people vote as long as they read up on it forst but please do me the respect of accepting I have done the same

'Just think how awful we'll be to be around when we win... '
