Well, you can choose to believe that these two men have freely given £36m each with no expectations in return. Some of us are perhaps a little more sceptical.

Neither of us have been party to any private conversations or agreements which may or may not have been made.

EEexpat · 12/09/2026 14:16

It gets better. Harborne has matched Delo’s donation of £36 million.

Slow to the uptake, EE is.

Almost as if he doesn't actually read posts.

If they had expectations, how would Reform pay them?

Enjoy your celebrations.

Some of us are waiting for the outcomes of the police investigations before we crack open the bubbly.

And oysters .... and Farage says: Thank you ... both of you, thank you.

Just like before.

You are way behind the times. We all already know this.

So, what are you doing about it? Maybe sue both Delo and Harborne for illegal donations?

Do you reckon £72m will be enough to cover all of the legal costs when the criminal investigations lead to prosecutions?

Eh? Have you started early on that champagne?

DuncinToffee · 12/09/2026 14:24

I have to say that I am not sure how someone living in Bulgaria is going to profit from Reform's donations.

£5m for non political reasons is now difficult to defend.

No idea what you're trying to ask.

If you know what Delo and Harborne expectations are, why don’t you list them?

This is an anonymous forum. So, Farage, Delo and Harborne won’t be able to sue you if what you say is wrong.

EEexpat · 12/09/2026 14:37

@DuncinToffee

People who don’t receive donations by definition can’t profit from them regardless of where they reside.

Regards your bridge that’s for sale, why not contact Delo and Harborne? They seem to have money to throw around.

I must have missed something. I've been posting a lot about Hungary, on this thread, but not understanding Bulgaria ... have you said you live there?

Isn't it obvious what their expectations relate to?

Reform have already made lots of commitments about the deregulation of crapto and reducing tax on crapto profits. Farage has also been trying to block Bank of England plans for a state-run "Britcoin" etc. Indeed, he is so desperate to stop it that he said he would even be prepared to go to prison for it.

Is it a coincidence that Farage is so enthusiastically defending the interests of his major donors? Well, I will leave you to reach your own conclusions on that. As for what else they might have asked for in return for these new donations? I don't know, but watch what Farage does in the months and years to come and perhaps we'll find out.

Exactly my thought. And now the lawyers know Reform have millions they will charge 10x what they were going to charge last week 😂

He said he had a friend who was a JP who told him he hadn't done anything wrong.
Who would that be I wonder.

OK thanks. It is interesting that you seem to be the token Reform supporter on here - yet live elsewhere. The two mega-donors live elsewhere, so does Cottrell. It isn't that great for those of us who are committed to this country, for all its shortcomings, to have this interference by ex-pats.

Lots of people have imaginary friends as children. Maybe some people never stop talking to them?

This is an odd post. Why would anyone be sued?
Ben Delo
"has always been propelled by his commitment to rationalism, intellectual honesty and frank, open debate. Following the extraordinary success of BitMEX, he started to give his money away guided by these rationalist principles."

Surely you'd expect to be paid, not sued.
